Preferred Travel Farnham

Fantastic experience: I have been using preferred travel now for a good 8 years or so for all of our family holidays. Nothing is too much trouble. After receiving quotes, I always ask for different options, prices, flights, dates. Always never a problem and are all so helpfull in finding the right holiday for us. I recently traveled to Thailand for our annual family holiday only to be caught up in the situation in Dubai for our connection with the floods. The support and helpfullness we received from preferred travel was incredible! So helpfull! Book your holiday though a local business like preferred travel. They always go the extra mile. This is the only place we book and will ever book our holidays. Thank you :-) Carl and Family!

Positive experience: Staff are friendly and helpful. Have used them on and off for years. Being shut on alternative Saturdays is not great though.

Cianon was just great, listening to everything we needed and found us an ideal family holiday. She saved us time and money! We usually spend hours and hours trolling the internet for our holidays! The holiday she found us was well under our expected budget and we were in her office for just half an hour.... Lovely service. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: PASSPORT Expiry date. Everything was fine except three days before we were due to fly we found that my passport expired in 5mths. And in many countries you have to have 6months. The agency had looked at the passport when booking the seats! It meant a day in London with a taxi there and back. Expensive and tiring, so make sure you have 6months before it expires at least on your passport as the agency has no legal responsibility to check or advise you. They do send you an email but I never saw the small print.

Negative experience: Booked a holiday ages ago. Totally got the wrong island for our arrival. Not good when you've been awake for 27 hours
