Fantastic experience: We have used preferred travel before and they were amazing so for our first family holiday as 5 we didn’t think twice. We have a 16 year old with additional needs and a 4 year old that can be very demanding so trying to find an apartment that can cater for us all together and somewhere that was child friendly but not to far away on a plan was going to be tricky. Jessie provides us with different options all that met our requirements and budget. It was a very smooth journey there and back with transfers included. The whole holiday was incredible from the moment we arrived at Gatwick. We alerted able to spread the cost to make it affordable also. Thankyou so much Jessie and everyone at preferred Travel Fleet. Negative experience: Was over here from Australia and went in to ask where the nearest covid testing station to get a fit to fly test was and the young lady assistant asked if i had booked my flight through them and as i had not she said that she could not help. Well thank you for the kind help and keep the good work up.

They were so helpful and sorted out the issues we had with our hotel whilst we were still away on our holiday, like it was not an issue and no trouble at all. The personal touch you receive is fantastic and I would not hesitate to book another holiday with them.

Fantastic experience: So impressed with the Preferred Travel team in Fleet. Trying to manage travel arrangements during CoVid is far from easy. We’ve changed destination, dates and costs 3 times in as many months with the dynamic situation and the team have been immensely helpful, responsive and committed to helping us go on holiday! It’s a tough time for travel agents, but in my view this experience shows why cutting out the middleman is not a great idea. Without Preferred Travels help I’m sure we’d still be chasing refunds and be left with flight vouchers. Instead we are going on holiday! Thank you.
