Fantastic experience: I went to Elena for help to arrange a trip to Rome for my wife's birthday. In the words of my wife 'it was the best holiday experience of her life'! Everything was planned out, from start to finish. It was such an amazing trip, all made possible by Elena. I would not hesitate to recommend Elena to anyone looking for that perfect get away, whether a long weekend or that trip of a lifetime.

Fantastic experience: Elena was amazing! She gave us lots of options, then focused on a particular hotel chain that we liked the look of and found us exactly what we wanted. The whole experience was seamless and we felt really looked after. The hotel was gorgeous, the location (Corfu). Lovely personal touches. Can highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: What an amazing travel company. The service my father received from Elena and Neil was simply above and beyond. What started as an idea for a simple trip soon evolved into a complex itinerary that began to cause my father some anxiety. However Elena had other ideas and helped my father organise every aspect of the trip down to the smallest of details putting him at ease and allowing him to enjoy the trip to its fullest. The travel pack was also an incredible touch that allowed him to keep all the documentation in one place and really feel like a valued customer. Generation Travel provide a level of personal service I've yet to experience in the travel industry.... well, until I booked my holiday with Elena! Cannot recommend enough

Fantastic experience: For that added touch.. I approached Neil earlier this year to organise a 'Babymoon' holiday for my wife and I as our last holiday before our baby was born. He was professional throughout the process, giving us multiple options to chose from based on our requirements. Our holiday was during the snow storm earlier this year and many flights were delayed or cancelled. Neil kept an eye on it all and was ready to sort out any alternate travel or accommodation options if needed. Soon after our arrival home, a 'Welcome home' card came through the door, just for that added touch.
