Fantastic experience: I recently joined a Bosnia trip organized by Sabeel Travels, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The itinerary was thoughtfully designed, allowing us to explore the best of Bosnia's culture and natural beauty. The hotel was not only comfortable and conveniently located but also offered fantastic amenities. We had access to a well-equipped gym, a relaxing sauna, and a beautiful swimming pool. A perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Sabeel Travel’s careful selection of such a high-quality hotel truly enhanced the overall experience. Fantastic experience: Allhumdulillah, my wife and myself have had a thoroughly enjoyable time in Jordan. Each day was memorable one. Petra, The Blessed Tree, the Cave of the 7 Sleepers - out of this world experience. Wadi Rum, desert safari, Magic Camp - wonderful!! The hotels and the good, excellent. Our group leader Jubair - so patient and knowledgeable. Our guide Abdulrahman - very polite, understanding, with great local contacts, a thorough understanding of his country, passionate about his talks. Fantastic experience: First time trip with Sabeel Travels - it was a great experience to go to Amman in Jordan and Palestine. Brother Faraz was super helpful and communicative despite not being able to make the trip. Brother Zaheer was super friendly, entertaining and helpful in many ways - especially for first timers - from start to end. Fantastic experience: My recent travels to Jordan/Palestine has truly been great. Throughout the journey and experience Faraz Uncle kept everyone in loop in what was going on each day. He planned each day perfectly and gave us all an itinerary with information on what we was doing, where we was going and what time we would be doing the tours. Even though Faraz uncle could not make this trip he was constantly in contact to make sure we was all okay and managed to do each activity everyday. Whenever I was in need of help Faraz could did not hesitate to help provide information and help. Everything was perfect from Jordan/Palestine, the hotel was amazing, the food was impressively tasty and everything ran smoothly. Zaheer brother looked after us the entire trip, he guided us throughout the journey and was always available when we was in need. Fantastic experience: My experience with Sabeel Travels was truly amazing. Faraz was thorough from start to finish and all of our needs and everyone’s requests were accommodated. The atmosphere in the group was so welcoming, we were always kept in the loop with all the plans. Definitely recommend visiting Jordan/Palestine as a tour with the company. Fantastic experience: Travelled to jordan with sabeel travel. The whole trip was extremely well organised down to a tee. Their agent met us at the airport and took care of a difficult process of visa and customs and thereafter the tour guide, who stayed with us throughout the trip, took over. We had a wonderful trip and I would recommend sabeel travel for any of your planned trip.

Fantastic experience: I have travelled with Sabeel Travel a number of times and never been disappointed. The tours are priced accordingly and worth the money if wanting to travel with a group and learning from each other. Yes there are always hicups in some travels, but these are not always the fault of travel agent. I have been to Al-Aqsa twice and recently to Spain. Fantastic experience: We travelled to Al Aqsa for the first time as a family of 11 for Eid ul Adhaa. From the point of first contact to the moment we said our goodbyes at the airport our experience was superb. Brother Faraz went above and beyond every time and his caring personality shone through. The trip was organised immaculately, everything went to plan and it felt like we were all one big family. Al Aqsa itself is a surreal place that is definitely worth visiting, Sabeel travels made our experience more memorable. We stayed at the Hashimi hotel - great location, nice and clean rooms, good food and stunning views from the roof top. Each tour was organised and communicated well via a WhatsApp group so everyone was kept up to speed with everything and it worked brilliantly. We were accompanied by knowledgeable tour guides including an archeologist who explained things brilliantly. During our full day trip on the coach we visited many religious sites and mosques, but there was also room for fun. We were taken to the oldest city in the world Jericho where we took a cable car to the top of the mountain for spectacular views right across to Jordan. It is now three days since we returned and the Al Aqsa blues are real! We deeply miss the blessed lands and cannot wait to return, with Sabeel travels of course. Fantastic experience: OUTSTANDING PACKAGE!!! This was my second trip to Al Aqsa with Sabeel Travels. It was amazing as last time. The tour operator, the guides and the hotel food was exceptional. I would encourage those looking to travel to Palestine and see al Aqsa, to use Sabeel Travels. Hashimi hotel is within 5minutes from Aqsa compound which makes it an amazing location to be able to visit the masjid for daily salah. Suitable for all ages - young and old.

Fantastic experience: Istanbul and Al Aqsa Tour - October 2019 A colleague recommended Sabeel Travels for the Al Aqsa and Istanbul Tour. Initially, I was not sure but after the tour, I would highly recommend it. We stayed in a great hotel in Turkey, walking distance from the Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topaki Palace. I was impressed by the tour guide and the knowledge he had and shared. Then, when we went to Jerusalem and Al Aqsa. M.Faraz was very supportive during the immigration. I was really impressed with the organization, the coach and also information given by the tour guide there (Sheikh Saleh). I loved, the visit of the Al Aqsa Compound and then going through all the 4 quarters of the Old City. The visit to Hebron, Bethlehem, Jericho and a quick stop of the Dead Sea (the closest was in the car park of the place) was amazing! The hotel- Al Hashimi, is situated in the old city and walking distant to the Masjid Al Aqsa (around 8 minutes). The hotel Staff were very kind and helpful, specially the receptionist and the cooks. I was impressed with the breakfast and the evening meal, and specially on the last night on the terrace in plain view of the Masjid Al Aqsa and Dome of the Rock. I am not going to deny, I have previously been to Jerusalem before, but I did not enjoy it as much I did this time. The Tour leader M.Faraz was really kind and helpful. Jzk for making this spiritual journey very memorable. I will definitely be going again in sha Allah with Sabeel Travels. Musarat.

Fantastic experience: Al Aqsa Tour amazing trip. Faraz of Sabeel Travels kept us updated before & during the trip what to expect. We had a WhatsApp group which kept all the group updated on meeting points & Ziyarah timings. Accommodation location & food was great at Hashimi Hotel, and the view from the terrace was amazing. We had great local guides which gave us insight into the history of Masjid al Aqsa & Jerusalem. Full day Ziyarah Tour we visited Masjid al Khalil, Maqams of Prophets, Jericho. The local Restaurant we went to eat in Jericho was great with fresh local food & great variety of Mezza & fresh naan. Good value for money compared to Jerusalem restaurants. Definitely will reccomend & Travel Again with Sabeel Travels keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: Al Aqsa Tour with Sabeel Travel was amazing experience. From booking to returning back to UK Sabeel Travel kept us updated & informed all the way. The customer service from Faraz was exceptional he was patient, polite & made sure all our questions was answered. The Hashimi Hotel was great location not too far from Al Aqsa Masjid less then 10 mins walk. The guides he used for tour's were great with in depth knowledge of Aqsa and Jerusalem. Dinner in Hashimi was great with freshly cooked different dishes every day Alhumdulilah. Overall a great experience & would not hesitate to travel again with Sabeel Travels. Keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a tour of Al Aqsa. Everthing was perfect! The hotel (Hashimi) was lovely with good food and hospitality. The excursions to various significant religious sites were very well organised, delivered by Shaykh Saleh and a local Palestinian Archaeologist. The itenary for the week was well scheduled to also allow enough time for individual worship, shopping etc. Brother Faraaz (tour operator), was readily available and very approachable. I will not hesitate to book with Sabeel Travels again. Thank you for making this a memorable experience.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Sabeel travel. Accommodations were made that were top notch. The hotel that we stayed at was very nice and very close to Al-Aqsa. The morning breakfasts and dinners were fantastic. Brother Faraz is a soft-spoken humble gentleman who led us well. Sheikh Salah was funny and engaging and taught us a lot. We also particularly enjoyed the tour of Al-Aqsa compound by one of the sisters who studies archeology and was prolific in her knowledge about hadith and history. Overall, was a fantastic trip. I would certainly use Sabeel Travels again in the future.

Negative experience: Astagfirullah! Never with this tour group again! Firstly I would like to start off by expressing my disappointment with the tour company “Sabeel Travels”, especially with the tour guide himself “Faraz”! Rude,arrogant attitude that was racially active, which made my journey to the blessed lands more difficult. Day one: Arriving to Luton Airport Faraz nowhere to be seen and no updates given on a specific meeting point for the members of the group. No sense of organisation but simply a walking, talking money machine. Has no interest in getting to know the individuals within the group but keen to know how much money he can scam from each one of us. No Islamic knowledge on the rulings of travelling and prayer. As a tour guide he should have provided each member of the group a small bag pack so others could identify one another within the group. As we landed in Tel Aviv, faraz was rushing everyone, took no consideration of families and elder members of the group. Running ahead of everyone and leaving the group behind, maybe he has a lack of confidence or no self esteem because he clearly can’t talk or deliver instructions to a large group of people. He personally called me a “Jew” because I had visited the blessed lands before and was very vigilant about what information he was telling the whole group. Day 2: The day of the Masjid Aqsa tour, Faraz again was late and had no sense of direction, half the group waiting and the others just lost after Zuhur pray. I personally left the tour group at this point and did my own private worship as I had visiting the blessed lands before I knew my way around very well. Both my brother & sister followed the group and was waiting around for an hour for faraz to get his ideas together so start the tour. This man doesn’t have any knowledge at all and the actual tour was given by a Palestinian lady. After the tour had finished I met with my siblings at the hotel which we encountered the devil himself faraz who was very inquisitive about my whereabouts that afternoon asking very demanding questions and wanted answer. So I explained to him that I went and did some private worship and visiting the other areas of the old city, one of them being the Jewish quarter to see the wailing wall - faraz made a very rude gesture and comment saying “did you join your brothers in prayer and banged your against the wall wearing your kipper as you are a Jew” I stayed very patient and ignored all this as I’m in the blessed haram and didn’t want to cause any argument or tension between the group.

Fantastic experience: Masjid Al-Asqa tour was amazing. The group was wonderful, the accomodation was nice and the whole trip was Unforgettable. The tours were jam packed full of information and so much to see and learn. Price was really good as well, an experience like this is priceless. I liked that we had loads of opportunities to just go by ourselves and explore. There was no restriction and that was so nice. everyone was so kind, helpful and respectful. Thank you to Allah SWT for making Sabeel tours a means for us to visit such a blessed and holy land.

Throughout our trip, Sabeel Travels helped and assisted us with all covid travel regulations and was prompt in replying with all our queries. Our Palestine trip encompassed everything and more. An absolutely amazing holiday, exceeded all our expectations. The trip delivered on all the great historical Islamic sites listed in the intinery and also included a walking tour around the city of Jerusalem. It was particularly successful by the enthusiasm and energy of the tour leader who is extremely knowledgeable and passionate. The hotel booked included in the package was in an excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms and the view of Al Aqsa Mosque incredible. The hotel was set 10 mins walking distance from Al Aqsa Mosque. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. When the trip ended, I left with more than a great experience and great memories. Will look to book again with Sabeel Travels. Fantastic experience: سبحان الله *Tour of Bursa And Istanbul* Trip was wonderful, group leader was very caring and supportive, also group members were very helpful to each other. Tour guide person was knowledgeable and clear to understand. Gain lots of knowledge about ottoman history and was very spiritual. Had lots of fun is well Alhamdulillah. My son and I enjoyed every moment. Note:= Down side was that I felt there was not enough time given in bursa, we were told that you have 2 hours free time for shopping where 1 hours passed by doing wudu, praying and eating so one hour was not enough. Another thing I realised that Bursa was cheaper than Istanbul, I wish I had knew before hand, later on I was told by a sister that group leader did mentioned it but I think that I missed it. It would been helpful if it was mentioned on WhatsApp group. Sugestion: if a brochure provided with the tickets about *cheap shopping places *how to book transport *adress for eating places with map *people should be taken to the place to get a sim card to stay connected to prevent time wasting. As 30 to 40 minutes was wasted for looking for missing people and another 15 to 20 minutes was for the bus as some people didn't come on time which was stressful. Recommendation: yes 100% I can't thank enough to brother Fraz. I'm looking forward to travel again with sabeel travel.

Fantastic experience: Great tour in an amazing place! Great tour in an amazing place. Visiting jerusalem is a must for many, but this tour in particular is a great introduction to the city and history. Tries to keep a good balance between free time and tour times but there is so much to see and do by the thousands of years of history that it is not for the faint hearted(!) and also fairly hilly in parts and lots of walking so great exercise! However, lots of consideration is given to looking after everyones needs, we were a group from grandmas to couple of children young as 5 and all had an amazing time. It was flexible from Changing times to coincide with cooler weather or where people have been delayed at the airport through security etc you could also opt out of parts if you wished. They try to go above and beyond to give you a feel and experience of a wide variety of things and places and of areas outside jerusalem like the west bank, dead sea, jericho etc The tour group leader Faraz is a very humble, cool, calm and collected guy which is needed in a volatile area like jerusalem. You feel safe with him and he listens to everyone without arrogance but also keeps unruly people in line (in a respectful way) which is a must when you are travelling in big groups. Also fantastic support and care for those who were travelling alone or single women. The palestinian sheikh tour guide is a character in himself, larger than life and kept the energy up throughout the whole time. They make the perfect duo. Hashimi hotel is a brilliant location, and one of the few tour groups that uses this hotel. Its 5mins from masjid al aqsa in the old city, where others are outside the walled city usually a 15-20min walk away. Elderly, those with children, and anyone tbh benefit from the location alone. Praying 5 times a day plus tours means you need all the ease and convenience you can get. The hotel itself is family orientated, right next to all the shops and restaurants and has a lovely feel. Great view from rooftop too. Dinner in evenings was lovely, breakfast had what you needed but could be more varied. On the whole lovely, fresh and tasty. An extra day or two per tour would be great but i appreciate that its scheduled to fit within school holidays and such so its more accessible for everyone. But dont worry, when you come once you will want to come again and again! Be wary this is a politically contentious place, and there are security checks and clashes frequently but for the most part tourists are protected and left alone. He gets the inside scoop on potential troubles and because the hotel and tour guide is well connected you feel you are in safe hands. Any negative experience is far outweighed by the beauty, atmosphere and the strength and resilience of the local palestinian people, so definitely go and would recommend with sabeel travels. One recommendation would be to add a little bit more background and history to some of the tours as due to logistics or time on other activities (like lunch, shopping etc) sometimes it delayed us or a few parts were rushed. But again they really do try to fit in a lot in a short time so appreciate that we get the full experience. Alhamdulillah cant wait to go back and also add other tours in future!

Our trip was amazing from start( booking process) to finish. Faraz kept in touch with us even whilst we were in Saudi. Moulana Qasim, was our guide for our umrah trip. He really supported us through out our trip and was always on hand with any questions/information and support. He was approachable and nothing was ever any bother. He did umrah with my parents and husband in the morning and then came back out with me and my son, later on in the day. My son was really worried about getting lost and he kept him close. He spoke in English and Urdu which helped us all, including my parents! Whilst on our tours, he would tell us history of the places we would pass. Fantastic experience: Magical trip of a lifetime to Aqsa! We have just returned from a tour of masjid Aqsa in Jerusalem. I would like to thank Sabeel Travel & brother Faraz who help make it an incredible trip of a lifetime for me and my wife. We booked this tour to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Brother Faraz assured me he would look after us and make sure it would be perfect for us, from start to finish. Part of the package was various tours of the holy sites in and around Jerusalem. The tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, he provided a running commentary during the tours but also gave us an interesting insight into the history of all the local religious places, as well as providing tips on other things to see and places to visit in and around Jerusalem. Highly recommended. Oh and forgot to mention the tour guide had a great sense of humour, he kept us smiling throughout our time with him. The hotel we stayed in was located right in the centre of the old City of Jerusalem and but only a 10-minute walk away from Masjid Aqsa. The hotel room provided was fabulous and to top it all we had a breath-taking view of Jerusalem and Masjid Aqsa. The hotel provided our breakfast and evening meals. The food was delicious and varied. The hotel staff looked after us throughout our stay with them, nothing was too much trouble. Brother Faraz was quick to respond to any problems or queries that we had putting us at ease. Positive experience: We travelled with Sabeel tours for the Jordan and Al Aqsa trip in December 2022 Pros Brother Faraaz was very helpful and respectful when booking the tickets. He was responsive at all times providing sound advice and guidance. This was a big assurance for me that we were dealing with a professional outfit n Very safe and organised group to go with. I was very nervous about travelling in this part of the world but everything was explained to us. Coaches, arrangements were all very good. To have full board in Jordan and half board in Palestine for that amount is a very good price. The hotel in Petra was Superb. Hotel in Amaan and Palestine were good and got the job done. Of course not 5-star but look at the price you are paying and I would say value for money. Brother Ibrahim, our tour guide in Jordan, was amazing. He had very good knowledge, great command of English and a great sense of humour. There was a great atmosphere amongst the travellers. Everyone got on well, no issues amongst the group members. Areas for improvement: Our group ended up being quite big and moving around many places made it a bit challenging. I wonder whether they would consider limiting people or splitting the group or adding an additional day to the overall package so everything is not so packed. My biggest disappointment was the day tour in Palestine. The morning was good (visiting Khalil) but the afternoon seemed to drag and didn't really see that much. The 2.5 hr lunch was not necessary and I would encourage the organisers to consider thinking carefully about the planning of this aspect of the tour. Although not fully advertised visiting places like the Dead Sea (during the day), church of Nativity and Jericho would have been good. There were definite parts of the day that can easily be rearranged to accommodate all of this. Overall I would definitely recommend Sabeel tours. They know their stuff and with a bit of fine tuning can make the experience even more amazing. For the price you are paying it's an amazing experience.

Fantastic experience: Excellent tour company, brother Faraaz organised our whole trip Masha Allah splendidly. We travelled to Jordan, Amman - Petra then Jerusalem. In all 3 destinations we were well looked aftered. Edom Hotel in Petra was amazing, excellent service, location & food. Literally on the door step of Petra. Jerusalem - Hashimi Hotel was exceptional, based on location, service, hospitality and again delicious food. Our tour guide Saleh in Jerusalem was Masha Allah very informative. All the tours were very well organised by Sabeel travel. We were blessed with an excellent group of 44 people from all over the UK. Please do not listen to people and their bad experiences in Jerusalem. I did not experience any hostile behaviour whatsoever. Visit yourself and be the judge, it will be a surreal experience Insha Allah. Please do not be put off from scaremongering rumours. They are just rumours. We all undergo similar experiences in Saudi Arabia. Getting through Customs is challenging, our bags are checked in both Harams - Makkah & Madinah. The Police ask us our nationality and Ethnicity. Why do people then discriminate when the same process is followed in Israel!? Myself and my husband plan on visiting Jerusalem on an annual basis Insha Allah with Sabeel travels.

Fantastic experience: The Jordan and Jerusalem tour was a truly amazing experience from start to finish. The tour operator - Brother Faraz, was extremely helpful and supportive from beginning to end. He was accommodating to individual needs and also gave us leeway in deciding if we wanted to adapt daily excursions in anyway. Each day was jam packed with historical excursions to many places in Jordan and Jerusalem. The coach travel was comfortable, with WIFI and plenty of rest breaks on long journeys. The hotels booked were also very comfortable and provided excellent local cuisine. In Jerusalem, our stay was in the highly sort out Hashimi hotel, in the Old City and a mere 5-10 minute walk from Al Aqsa. The hotel also has a mesmerising rooftop view of the Old City, Mount Olive and the Dome of the Rock. Hashimi Hotel also provided brilliant food on a daily basis! The whole tour was really meticulously organised by Faraz, and he was incredibly patient and calm throughout the tour ensuring all ages were catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend Sabeel Travels and look forward to booking with him again.

Fantastic experience: I have recently returned from an amazing trip to Istanbul and Jerusalem with Sabeel travels. We visited some beautiful places and done some great excursions which were made possible due to the links that brother Faraz had (all of the local guides spoke English and were able to give us inside information) The hotels we stayed in were conveniently located a short walking distance from all the main attractions and had great views as well. Fantastic experience: Istanbul and Al Aqsa Tour - October 2019 A colleague recommended Sabeel Travels for the Al Aqsa and Istanbul Tour. Initially, I was not sure but after the tour, I would highly recommend it. We stayed in a great hotel in Turkey, walking distance from the Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topaki Palace. I was impressed by the tour guide and the knowledge he had and shared. Then, when we went to Jerusalem and Al Aqsa. M.Faraz was very supportive during the immigration. I was really impressed with the organization, the coach and also information given by the tour guide there (Sheikh Saleh). I loved, the visit of the Al Aqsa Compound and then going through all the 4 quarters of the Old City. The visit to Hebron, Bethlehem, Jericho and a quick stop of the Dead Sea (the closest was in the car park of the place) was amazing! The hotel- Al Hashimi, is situated in the old city and walking distant to the Masjid Al Aqsa (around 8 minutes). The hotel Staff were very kind and helpful, specially the receptionist and the cooks. I was impressed with the breakfast and the evening meal, and specially on the last night on the terrace in plain view of the Masjid Al Aqsa and Dome of the Rock. I am not going to deny, I have previously been to Jerusalem before, but I did not enjoy it as much I did this time. The Tour leader M.Faraz was really kind and helpful. Fantastic experience: Went with sabeel travels with the latest expedition to istanbul and jerusalem. Alhumdulillah it was best and the most spiritual trip i have ever been on. Hotels were great in both places not too far of a walk to get to the sights in both places. Faraz looked after his guests with the utmost respect and quality. Fantastic experience: My overall experience with Sabeel travels, I would say has been quite positive. I was quite apprehensive at first because being with a tour group makes you think you’re going to be heavily restricted, but Faraz has done a good job at balancing how he operates his groups. If you’re a group of friends and you would prefer going on your own adventures, you’re more than free to do that. However if you’re a family and prefer direction and guidance, he will be there to help. His prices are very fair from what I’ve seen and the visits we went on during the umrah were also very beneficial and educational.
