Fantastic experience: My wife and I have recently returned from a holiday to Portugal organised by Hays Travel, Christchurch. The organisation was superb and when the Airline tried to alter our booking Hays sorted it out for us. I cannot praise them enough for their high quality service and the friendliness of the staff.

Fantastic experience: Very light airy and pleasant travel agent shop. Very easy access around the open plan floor. Very very nice, friendly and helpful sales team. Nothing was rushed, all the questions relevant and geared towards what we wanted and could afford. No hard sale and very welcoming even though we did not end up purchasing this time. Will be going back for sure.

Fantastic experience: We’ve (family of 4) had the most fantastic experience booking via Hays in Christchurch. Recently got back from a 10 night trip away in Tenerife. I loved the fact, we didn’t have to print one little thing off, they did it all for us, ie boarding passes, suitcase/s tags, to booking our seats on the plane. Still had our TUI rep & coach transfers, Was totally stress free. Today 18.10.18, I phoned up Hays, to be a returning customer/s, I spoke to the wonderful Cheryl, wanting to book another holiday, want to say a huge thank you, for all your help and advice. I do hope to deal with you again in the near future. I highly recommend to all, they do their upmost to help, any question they will happy to answer; we’ve done lots of that. Best thing again, it’s all whilst you sit back and relax. Thank you all :) xx

Negative experience: I went to exchange some currency in the Highcliffe Branch, and had the worst experience in my life. Regardless of providing all the requested documentation, was treated like a thief by a staff member called Roz. I am a frequent traveller, and in constant need to exchange currency and book my travel; will never put my foot into the Hays Travel agency in my life!
