Negative experience: Was asked by Rob to give feedback so here goes. I saw a desirable 3 centre holiday to Greece for 9 nights and requested details and for an alternative month. Came back to me with a 6 night trip with no mention of dates. Really poor if you don't listen to the enquiry on the back of an ad and don't come back with the requested info. Won't be booking.

Fantastic experience: Booked a trip to Thailand for me and the Mrs in April for 17 nights over 4 islands and the process couldn’t have went any smoother. Rachel was of great assistance, very professional and got me the best deal and was extremely helpful by putting an itinerary together for us to make things easier to follow. 5 stars from Rachel and travel centre. Fantastic experience: I booked a holiday on the 1st week of Oct/2025from Manchester to Port Elizabeth. Jennifer Young (being my Consultant at the time ) helped me in an extraordinary way. Within an hour the whole process was complete. By the end of the day my Travel Itenerary was already emailed to me. She explained to me every benefit due to Seniors. I was able to select available options according to my personal needs. I'm 75 yrs old and traveling wirh a peace of mind.As I'm completing my Review I'm relaxed at the Special Assistance Lounge. My flight takes off at 2040 to Dubai. It's 3 flights to get home of which I'm used to by the way. What I like the most is the short Transit times she managed to get inbetween my flights ; around more or less 2 hrs ea. This was the best service ever , excelling in nature. I would gladly recommend Travel Center to my friends and family for it's proffesionally trained personell/staff. I confidently recommend them as the best. Thumbs up Travel Center! Sky is the limit!

Positive experience: I booked with travel centre for a trip to the united states next year. Although it took a while to get a response, the staff by name Steve did his best to take me through the steps and when I was still indecisive he was calm and gave me the chance to make a decision and each time I needed clarification and got in touch via WhatsApp he was there to provide one. I would recommend travel centre because of the fluidity they give in terms of payment schedule where you can make your payment on monthly basis till you finish in time to make your trip. I was a bit skeptical initially but my fears was put to rest due to the assurance and ATOL insurance that protects and guarantees my trip!

Negative experience: Hiya I’ve tried to get a quote recently however the staff member has been unresponsive. I initially enquired almost 4 weeks ago and have literally received 2 email exchanges. This is quite disappointing as I am looking to book my honeymoon to Thailand. Please could I have another agent support me with my query as I’m not currently filled with confidence and I’m not sure if I should look elsewhere

Incorporating a Tanzania safari and Zanzibar beach stay. We require extra space seats on the flight to Zanzibar she assures us we can book them when the airline releases the seating plan. Fantastic experience: Last year 2023 I came across Travel Center and use their live chat feature as me and my family wanted to visit Sri Lanka and the Maldives in August 2024! I started talking to Oscar on the live chat on their website which then continued on WhatsApp. Oscar went through every detail with me and made sure the holiday package was exactly how I envisioned it. Oscar provided me with multiple flight, hotel options in both Sri Lanka and Maldives, provided me with websites I can visit to ensure the hotels/resorts were something me and my family liked.
