Reed & Mackay

Negative experience: I have been unlucky that my company is using Reed & Mackay for travel bookings. Their website and app are not user friendly, you can not filter easily through options, it throws options with a small print and you don't really know what you are booking. Using booking.com and separate websites for airlines, trains, car rentals you can book cheaper, quicker and better then using R&M.

Fantastic experience: I've been lucky enough to have worked with Client Lead, James Darney on a few occasions and he has been incredibly helpful. He has saved me in an booking error and is always the most pleasant, friendly and fun person to speak with. I find the online booking system very easy to use and the communication between our firm and R&M team very efficient.

Negative experience: Absolutely unprofessional company. Stay away!

Negative experience: Absolutely useless and clearly have no common sense. It seems impossible to me that booking tickets can be as hard as they make it. Youre better off just hiring a whole new secretary dedicated to travel, given that this is clearly an extremely arduous job…

Positive experience: Good company to work for. Great colleagues, great people. although being a model employee I still became of the first to be made redundant. I still have not recovered from this. Few months later I secured a job with TripActions. Just before starting they decided to withdraw the offer. Subsequently I exposed their actions to my lawyer and local MP. Shocking!! Ironically and sadly I found out that this discriminatory and NASTY company bought Reed&Mackay. I now can say I have no chance going back to Reed&Mackay lol
