Fantastic experience: Our Adult Son is Autistic and with the excellent support from the staff in Cumbernauld Tui, we were supported to book a dream trip to Disneyland Paris for him and ourselves. They helped with every aspect of the booking from the initial discussion and booking, through to disability passes and transfers, even telling ourselves of there own experiences in Disneyland Paris. Every time we needed support or a question asked their was always a staff member happy to give us and my son the time to help or answer our query and I cant thank the staff team enough.

Fantastic experience: We have used Tui ,Cumbernauld on 2 occasions now. On both occasions we have had Jill like after us. From initial enquiry to ease of booking and a fantastic 1st holiday. I also sure the 2nd will be just as good. I would definitely recommend this store and Jill on particular for her knowledge and professionalism throughout the whole process

Fantastic experience: I popped in into the TUI store yesterday and was served by Jill. Having made the original booking online, i was a bit apprehensive about going in to the store but Jill put me at ease immediately and answered/ sorted my request quickly and efficiently. The atmosphere in the shop very welcoming and it was evident from the interactions between colleagues that they are a very close team- even celebrating Jill's 25th anniversary of service. I can honestly say that the friendly rapport and welcoming manner within the shop will make me more likely to book in person rather than online for my next holiday-thank you Jill and TUI.

Positive experience: I have booked a few holiday's from TUI Cumbernauld. Julie in particular has been fantastic in choosing the right holiday for us. Paying great attention to what we are looking for and coming up with the goods. Never had a disappointing time away yet.

Fantastic experience: This was the first time I have used tui and I was not disappointed. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in the shop. I left the shop having booked a holiday but later decided the accommodation location was not right for me. I contacted the cumbernauld shop (in a panic) to see if it would be possible to change the accomodation. Jacequline and Jane were brilliant, so patient and understanding. Took me through all my options again and sorted out my new accomodation. Got off the phone feeling a lot better and much more excited about my holiday. Would definitely recommend as there after sales care was exceptional.

All staff are fabulous, however I have built a good relationship with Julie over the years, she knows exactly what my family and I like without me telling her. Friendly, polite , professional, very down to earth , she is amazing at her job. I started going to Julie when my middle child was only 1 ( she’s now 15) we booked holidays villages for 1st 5 years in a row , massive parties around 16 of us with kids lol. Each year we book , kids are older so our needs change, Julie takes all this on board and doesn’t stop until she finds something for me . We always look back and have a chat about our kids and how grown up they now are!! We have became friends , she’s a diamond!!! Xxx
