Negative experience: Totally miss sold our holiday. We stayed at The Green Nature Diamond hotel in Turkey. We.were told there was numerous water parks at this hotel - where in fact there was 3 water slides. Outside bar was shut for 10pm most nights if not before. The inside bar was on the first floor of the hotel. Not much in the way of entertainment at night or during the day. The ice cream bar was no where near the pool, a good ten minutes walk away - in the baking heat ice creams were melted on getting back to our pool side seats. Absolute disgrace for the money i paid

Fantastic experience: I visited this weekend with my husband and 5 months old daughter to book up our family holiday for this summer. The whole experience from entering the store until we left was fantastic. We were greeted when we arrived by Anne who got us a place to sit whilst we waited for an agent to be available. We were offered tea/coffee and all the staff were so friendly towards our daughter. We didn’t wait long and then were helped by Brinder who was absolutely fantastic! She was so knowledgeable on both the destination we wanted as well as the hotel we had in mind having been there herself! She was also so great in giving us tips on traveling with our daughter and ensuring us the hotel we chose catered for our whole family as our daughter will be a year old at the time of travel. Brinder even offered to email the hotel we booked to enquire about having a birthday cake arranged for our daughter who will celebrate her 1st birthday whilst we are on holiday which was such a lovely touch and meant so much to us. Brinder ensured we had absolutely all the information we needed before leaving the store and reminded us if there was anything at all we needed before travel to pop in or give the store a call. We left thrilled having booked up for 2 weeks in the Dominican and it cannot come soon enough! We can’t thank Brinder enough for booking us the perfect holiday! The entire experience was absolutely amazing and reminded us why we always book up in this store

We were initially attended to by a lady called Margaret who also called Gemma a lovely Welsh lady over to assist. Gemma had been to and lived in the area we were booking and was able to give us so much insight into the area and what to expect. They were both friendly, attentive and professional. Gave my son lots of advice and suggestions of places to visit and excursions to go on. This was all done, in one visit and they kept in mind our budget. Fantastic experience: Popped in for an appointment this morning to get summer family holidays booked and ended up booking the next two summers! Huge thanks to Gemma for her personal, caring, knowledgeable service; travel advisors who have visited and worked at many of the destinations is a big plus for helping us find the right holiday. You pay a wee bit more than if you were to book yourself online but then have the support of the staff throughout the whole process and they can help you with getting ready or any changes or additions in the run up to departure. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Extremely impressed with the service I received from this store, and in particular, the customer service assistant, Margaret. Talk about going above and beyond! Had been recommended to contact this store by a friend who had also received a first class service. Had planned a trip for 14 days but Margaret pointed out that I would save over £800 going for just 11 days, which I didn't even know was possible. She also gave me various options for flights, making sure I got the best deal. She also went into great depth about the resort I had selected, having never been before. Would highly recommend this store for your holiday bookings. Delighted all round.

Fantastic experience: Popped in for some euros today for an upcoming trip, and was served by Charmaine. She was absolutely wonderful. So happy and cheery, and very helpful. She asked where we were travelling to, and shared her experience of the area around the same time we are going, which was really helpful as it will be our first time. She even recommended a good sun cream for me! I've never had a negative experience in the store, that's why I always go to them. Everyone is friendly, warm, and welcoming. The store itself is clean, tidy, and warm. And I like that the currency exchange is at the back and out of the way, it gives you a bit of privacy and security when handling large sums of money.

Negative experience: I have booked 3 cruises with Tui, through the Glasgow Superstore, since last August (Aug, Jan and March) spending over £15,000 in the process. So counted myself as a really good customer and fan of Tui. I would have continued to book with them for years to come. For the final cruise from Montego Bay in March I booked Tui’s park and stay option and started my holiday on the 20th March at the Premier Inn, Park Royal, Gatwick Airport, to enable a relaxed start the following morning. I have Tui’s written contract giving me permission to stay at the hotel from 7am on the morning of the 20th, we arrived at 4.30pm and parked up as instructed on the contract. The parking and overnight stay gave me permission to park until the 4th April and cost £174, paid at the time of booking. As it was valet parking I dropped the car off the following morning at the terminal. Unbelievably I now have a Debt Collector/Bailiff pursuing me for £170, for non payment. I obviously contacted Tui for their help but they declined to get involved. This has really tarnished my feelings towards Tui/Marella and particularly the Glasgow Superstore, who displayed such an uncaring attitude - I have gone from being a great fan to someone who will never, ever trust them again or book with them. If you do book certainly never trust them with airport parking or overnight stays. I am truly saddened by their attitude and lack of care, as I do believe they could have quickly sorted the problem. I would say if you have to travel with Tui, then do not use the Airport Parking extra or Park and Stay or you too may end up being pursued by Bailiffs like I am.

Fantastic experience: I visited the store twice and called once for help with my booking which was done online. On all occasions the staff were extremely pleasant and couldn't do enough to help me. A pleasure to deal with!
