Fantastic experience: just returned from our second holiday to madeira booked by the friendly and ever so efficcient staff at stewart travel at the parkhead forge.we have always been thomas cook through & through until theyre collapse at which we moved to stewart travel which in my opinion we have found equally if not more efficient.once again travelling during this covid pandemic things are so much more difficult than in previous years but the helpfull staff at stewart travel were there for us evry step of the way before we left,during our break,and making sure we got home safely as all these covid tests, QR codes etc etc can be quite confusing and stressful but stewart travel were always at the other end of the phone to give us guidance i would highly recommend if u want to book a holiday and know your in safe hans then stewart travel are in my eyes definately a company to be highly rated. and a very speciall thanks from my partner and i to theyre assisstant manager nikki gillies who booked our perfect holiday and politely and efficiently guided us through from start to finish without her help we wud have been totaly confused and lost with all these new rules i wouldnt go with anyone else now def a 6 ****** star service

Negative experience: The only travel agent who provided cruise quotations that completely ignored clearly stated criteria and failed to respond to follow up email. Had to ask them 3 times to discontinue further emails and only did so when I threatened them with a reference to the Information Commissioner.

Negative experience: AVOID! miss sold a holiday to a country with a FCO warning. When trying to change destination or receive a refund we where rudely treated where we had to walk out because of the attitude from Ashley. We will be taking further as no one should be made to feel the way we did.
