Fantastic experience: Amazing service, so helpful and knowledgeable. Michelle was amazing making sure I got the right hotel and information for a long weekend in Oslo, Norway. The hotel was beautiful, more 5 star than 3, all of the beautiful sightseeing attractions, the Royal Palace, museums, opera house etc. were within walking distance. Would highly recommend the Holiday & Flight Centre, personal, friendly service, advice and a great tailored holiday.

Negative experience: Wouldn't recommend booking Marella Cruise through them, we leave tomorrow and still not received luggage tags and cabin number. Causing considerable anxiety as we won't know where our cases may end up as they go from plane to boat. Avoid booking through them as marella cannot assist as it is a third party booking

Positive experience: My mum booked a TUI cruise on the med at this Travel Agency. The cruise itself was delayed by 2 years due to the pandemic. As my mum is in her 70s, she needed a lot of reassurance on covid testing, the different passenger locator forms etc. The Holiday & Flight Centre didn't seem very proactive in helping here with all these things. She had to go in a number of times to sort everything out. The travel agent who handed everything over (the tickets, boarding passes etc) was pleasant enough, but it all felt a bit rushed and last minute. My mum was panicking for a week or so before her cruise because she didn't have the tickets, boarding passes etc until about 2 days before departure. This is probably due to the industry suddenly picking up pace again after the pandemic, but my mum said she could have got the same holiday cheaper going to the TUI agent direct and she felt the TUI travel agents were much more friendly and helpful. She said she wouldn't use the Holiday & Flight Centre again, which is a shame as she had used them a few times in the past (pre covid). Following a response to my review by the owner, which was very reasonable and addressed a number of points, I have upgraded my star rating to a number 4 and do believe that the remaining lost star is mainly due to the impact of Covid on the industry at the moment. I'm sure once things settle down, this will be reflected back on the customers' experience. Thanks for your response @the holiday & flight centre. UPDATE: My mum and her partner had an amazing time on their Mediterranean cruise and are still raving about it!! They are saving for their next one. They would have happily stayed on the ship the entire time, it was that good. Said it was the best holiday they had ever been on.

I will definitely be booking future holidays with them can't recommend them enough

Only the holiday and flight centre was giving any help calling me to let us know what was happening & telling us when we would be picked up & what time the rescheduled flights were none of the other so called big travel companies contacted their customers to let them know what was happening.

Fantastic experience: After phoning round several travel agents for information on booking NYC and Vegas we were getting little to no information. However, after a 10min conversation over the phone with Elaine we managed to booked with ease and with great hotels! Have paid the holiday up and each time we have been in the staff have been nothing but helpful and friendly at all times. Would 100% recommend and any future holidays will be booked through them
