Fantastic experience: Shopped around in town today for best prices to get Euros exchanged into pounds, and TUI came up trumps. The lady at the bureau de change desk, Michelle, was simply fabulous!! Her knowledge and service was exceptional, she called me back promptly when the money was ready (it was quite a large amount for a Monday morning) and the banter across the counter was flowing. Highly arecommended her and TUI for any travel money needs

Fantastic experience: We have used this store in the last 5 or so years several times. The staff are excellent. All very friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to help. They do their best to look after customers (like today when they were busy, and we strolled in without an appointment, but they shifted appointments around to see us). The atmosphere in the branch is extremely positive and we will continue to book all our holidays there in the future. Holly helped us today and was brilliant. Last time, we saw Laura who was equally as helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. A well run store with lovely staff.

Fantastic experience: Popped in to sort out some Cruise Insurance for our upcoming Marella Cruise and although they were extremely busy, we were greeted by the very cheerful Laura who helped us require the product we wanted. All our dealings with the staff here have been wonderful. I know a lot of people book online, but these stores are invaluable and they can help so much with what you need and even the bits you can't do online. Please support your local TUI store. The Newton Abbot one is a real gem.

We can't thank her enough for her customer service, she,was extremely efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic experience: We went to Tui because we wanted our family break booking to be 100% correct. The booking was for 7 adults and 3 children to Disneyland Paris. It was difficult as we needed information on rooms and an upgraded room,breakfast and different flight times for some of the party. LUCY was extremely helpful,knowledgeable and friendly throughout the booking process. She had a real challenge getting the information from Disney land and happily dealt with several changes that we made. The invoicing was a chore as there were 4 separate rooms and invoices. Fantastic experience: I booked my holiday with Laura at the tui newton abbot store. I wasnt sure where to start but after a few questions she really got to know us and what we were after. After a few suggestions and showing us everything we needed to make the right choice she found it! There was no pressure but the assurance that i had found the holiday of our dreams was all i needed to book it. The process was so smooth and everything i needed to know was discussed. Fantastic experience: Visited the Newton Abbot store twice over the last couple of days, on the first visit we met with Georgia and today with Anthea which resulted in booking the holiday in store. Both were super accommodating and very helpful

Fantastic experience: Booked a holiday with Tui recently, and we were subsequently informed that the hotel was neighbouring a site with significant reconstruction work, and offered some alternatives. Went into the Newton Abbot store, and initially dealt with Anthea, who went to some lengths to deal with the Tui centralised customer service centre, in an effort to see what alternatives might suit. Anthea spent some three hours trying to resolve booking an alternative for us, but wasn’t able to find something which suited. She arranged a refund, enabling us to look for alternatives in our own time, and free of being tied to Tui. A week later we returned to the store for an appointment with Joanne, to discuss some options for Turkey. Her knowledge of the country (and particularly the area we are interested in) was second-to-none, and Joanne spent a couple of hours reviewing options with us, telling us about the excursions that might be of interest, and sharing some local knowledge of where the locals eat, and how to get there. Booked with Joanne whilst we were there, everything sorted for a host in just five weeks time. Big kudos to Joanne and Anthea for their service over the past couple of weekends. Great customer service, great approach to getting the right outcome for the customer (even though in one instance the result had to be a refund). Will be using the team at Tui Newton Abbot again - they’re engaging, know their product, and totally helpful. The appointment system (which regular customers might take a bit of getting used to) is great - we’ve previously waited for ages for Pele to become free, whereas in both past weeks we walked in, and were seen immediately. Really convenient!

Negative experience: Visited TUI Newton Abbot at the weekend to pay the final balance on our holiday. We were told by one of the staff that appointments now need to be made before visiting the store if we wish to speak to anyone & that we were 'lucky' she was free! We waited 15 minutes to speak to someone on arrival at the store & was not told this when we arrived! There was no prior notification of this new 'appointment only' system. An email notifying customers who have holidays already booked may be useful!

Fantastic experience: We walked in and had great service from Lucy, she helped us find a great holiday that fit our budget and had all the things that we wanted and helped us find the best price. We then walked in again and spoke to Lisa to finally book a holiday and she talked us through the different rules and regulations that the country we are travelling to has, e.g. the new tourism tax that was brought in recently, I would 100% recommend booking a holiday through them the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: We have recently been in store to book a cruise. I thought I was quite confident booking online, however my partner persuaded me to go in store to talk to someone first, and I am so glad we did. As we arrived we were promptly greeted by a very friendly Lisa. We had explained what ideas we had in mind to book. Lisa listened to our needs, got to know our personalities and took on board what was important to us for this holiday. This is when Lisa asked if she could show us some other options. Lisa made sure we had a full understanding of all our options, with all the pros and cons. We then came to retaliation that what we went in to book, wasn't very well suited for us, compared to an option that Lisa discussed with us. We then proceeded to book the holiday with Lisa in store. It was so helpful being able to go in and speak to everyone in store, not just Lisa as others had been on the same cruise as we were booking and were able to give their tips and things to do when on the cruise. This is something we would have never benefited from when booking online or over the phone. Being in store chatting to agents helped us with every detail of booking our holiday as we could look at the itinerary of ports and through images of the ship together. This was so helpful when booking even the smaller details to our holiday, such as which cabin we wanted. We are so grateful to Lisa and all the others in store for helping us book the most perfect once in a lifetime holiday - Thank you! :)

Fantastic experience: Fantastic customer service today from Beth at Newton Abbot’s TUI shop. Beth very patiently and professionally co-ordinated multiple holiday bookings for me to ensure that guests from different airports could all travel on the same dates and stay at the same hotel. She went above and beyond resolving some initial hotel availability issues for our dates. We are all delighted with the service we received today from Beth.

Fantastic experience: Highley recommend Newton Abbot store, The welcome from everyone is always first class from the minute you walk through the door. Special shout out to Lucy who has the patience of a saint, myself and husband have very different idea's of what we want from a holiday so always a nightmare trying to get something we both will enjoy. Lucy gave 100% and was soooo patient with me and my list of wants and needs, the time she dedicated both in store and on the phone was without doubt above and beyond. Fantastic experience: My wife and I went into Newton Abbot store to book a holiday for 2024 and as always greeted by friendly smiling staff.Spent the next hour or so with Georgia who was absolutely amazing finding us a great hotel and flights from Exeter just what we wanted (POA Saint) an absolute credit to the store and Tui.We left feeling chuffed with our selves looking forward to our holiday.Thank you for the time and effort you put in for us Georgia

Fantastic experience: Joanne was so friendly, informative and patient. There were 5 adults and 3 separate bookings to Mexico but she took her time with each booking, ensuring we had the correct discount and giving us lots of helpful tips prior to our holiday. Fantastic experience: Jo at TUI Newton Abbot is a star. We wanted to book a cruise to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. As complete novices on cruises Jo took so much time explaining and giving advice even staying after hours to get it all booked. Very happy customers.

Fantastic experience: We went to the Newton Abbot branch to book our holiday but we did have a few concerns. Once we got talking to Lisa she knew exactly how to help us and we felt confident in her professionalism! We left the TUI store feeling lighter than air! Fantastic experience: My partner and I always book through Tui, Newton Abbot. The staff are all amazing! We have been helped by Molly, Caitlin, and this week, Charlotte helped us book a special birthday city break. Charlotte helped us find the right hotel and sorted everything. Fantastic experience: Lisa at Newton Abbot Tui store was very helpful. We had gone in to ask if we would be able to pay to upgrade to a sea view balcony room at a certain hotel which we were not able to unless we contacted the hotel after booking which we did not want to risk. Lisa kindly looked at other options for us and we booked a different hotel in a different resort. She was very patient looking at various options to get us what we wanted despite the store being busy on a Saturday. We weren't made to feel rushed or pressured into booking. Great service from Lisa who knew about the various resorts on Menorca and which she felt would suit us.
