Negative experience: Would give zeros starts if I could. The app let's you book trips and confirms them. Then to be left waiting. Call up to find out where your taxi is to find out a driver hasn't even been assigned to the job!!! Going seriously down hill lately.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from start to finish , booked an 8 seater to Bristol from newton abbot and return, communication from the office girls was great and whenever I asked a question they got back to me very quickly and were always very polite and helpful , good drivers and especially mick the irishman on the return journey, what a lovely friendly chatty chap . all around very good would definitely use this service again , thakyou and well done .

Negative experience: If I could give less I would ... taxi booked for 3pm to get the 15.30 tain to exeter after 3 phone calls and now 15.22 told that our driver is on his way subsequently miss our train very disappointed...in the service not provided

Negative experience: Booked a taxi for 21:55, train was a little delayed so arrived at 22:05. got a txt at 21:50 that the taxi was there, I said on my way, then added later that we would be a few minutes late. As I arrived, taxi had gone. Other drivers told me he'd left over 5 min ago. The car came back as I was waiting, but the driver said he was already booked. He said h'd waiting for half an hour. I showed the txt proving he'd only waited 5 min. He became very rude and I let go. Lady on call was very clear that everything was my fault. So 10PM, no car and I today see a charge on my credit card. Avoid this company, they are a law on their own.

Negative experience: Booked a taxi and had confirmation via text it was all booked - fab, no issue. Checked back on phone later in evening and had a text to say it was cancelled. Called them up to find out why/book another and they said earliest they could do was 45 mins later (12.15am) - bit of a pain but no worries. Then got called at original time 5 times to say our taxi was here! Very grumpy driver as he had to wait 10 mins for us as he was 45 minutes early. Spoke to the office and very unhelpful. Bit of a downer on our night having to stress about this.

Fantastic experience: Really good experiences with these taxis; Damian on a wednesday, Jess on the monday. Both were happy to deal with less than ideal weather conditions and a lot of camping gear. Really appreciated the communication via text with confirmation of booking (even when having to delay pick up on the first trip) and arrival pf drivers. Great service all round

Negative experience: Terrible company not at all reliable, booked a taxi for when I finished work only to find out they cancelled it !!! The girl on the the phone was rude and obnoxious won't be using again and deffo won't be recommending them this isn't the first time I've had terrible service from them !!!

Fantastic experience: I trusted this taxi company twice in the last couple of weeks with 2 important routes: one to the airport from my parents at 3AM and another, after being part of a car accident and collecting a hire car. On both occasions, the lovely Jess was, friendly, enthusiastic and understanding to what we were going through. Negative experience: Absolute rip off , we called for taxi from claycutters arms to Chudleigh 2.4 mile & charged us £30 .It wasn't even out of hours , it was only 8.30 ish .

All the staff are friendly, polite, helpful and taxis are always clean, tidy and the journeys are reasonably priced. They will even take you to your holiday accommodation door! Would highly recommend to anyone local or holiday makers.

Fantastic experience: Called TQ12 today for a taxi and a very helpful lady soon had a car on the way to me, within 10 mins Jess arrived to take me to Newton Abbot Station. Was messaged from the first call with a link to track the taxi so I knew exactly when it was arriving and I have to say that Jess the driver was a credit to the company. Very friendly and I enjoyed a great chat during the short journey. I then recieved another text to ensure that my experience had been good and thanking me for my business. I will certainly use TQ12 again when delivering cars in their area and recommend them highly to anyone

Fantastic experience: We used TQ12 taxis to collect a member of our crew and drop them at Newton Abbott Station when we were filming locally. They made their train with time to spare. They were prompt, easy to deal with and book, and we heartily recommend. Took payment via card over the phone, which made us choose them over other services in the area. Professionally dealt with by Sue in the office and Steve the driver - both were top notch. Will be using again whenever in the area.

Negative experience: Booked them to pick us up at Totnes train station. They were half an hour late and never called to say they were running late. On the way back to the station 3 days later, they never showed up. Almost missed the train and a flight back to the USA. DO NOT go with this company!

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusted with the service I recieved. I booked on the app to be picked up from Newton abbot to my location. The app took my money and then cancelled my booking! I called the office and they told me they don't take the money out until the journeys completed (this was untrue as my money is still out of my bank) however a taxi driver from their company said they could give me a lift. I paid and then realised I had left an item in the taxi. I rang the office they said they would have a look and called me back (they didn't I had to ring them) I was then on the phone to a different women whose customer service is disgusting asked if 'I would let her talk' (whilst i was explaining the situation and cut me off repeatedly) , spoke to me like I was 5 years old and had 0 sympathy for the fact that an item worth over £200 had been stolen in one of their employees cars. Still waiting for my charge of £21 back for a journey that was cancelled. Never using this company again.
