Fantastic experience: Amazing service from some very lovely people, me and my partner went in to sort our holiday insurance, and booked another holiday away with our little one to benidorm in September, izzy was super professional and very polite, there a lovely bunch in the Torquay branch and we will be going back for further family holidays in the very near future Great experience all round.

Fantastic experience: We just popped in at Tui in Torquay today for some information about a holiday in Greece. We dealt with Kirsty. A very easy approach, very friendly and helpful and gave us some good tips. We left with a holiday booked to Greece and flights to Tenerife next year. For our flights to Tenerife, we looked for flying from Exeter. Kirsty mentioned to have look at flying from Bristol. Well that was a good advice. Saved us over £400 so we are very pleased and will use Tui again

We had booked a big family hoilday but due to a family member having a baby on the way, we could no longer go to the adults only hotel we had originally book. The last few holidays we have booked Jane has booked for us and always takes time to explain everything and what’s included even when we went in a few years and didn’t know where we wanted to go but knew we wanted to go away Jane went above and beyond to find us somewhere within our budget, We absolutely loved it and have now been back twice.

Then when we came in store it was a really efficient booking , everything was organised and double checked to make sure we were happy with everything booked for the trip. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this branch enough, all the staff are lovely Jane is brilliant! We came to her with a rough idea of what we wanted, an all inclusive holiday for a family of three and a budget. Jane helped us look at options that we never would have thought about and was able to tell us lots about what each hotel offered. Even better she had been to most of the areas and was able to make recommendations about the local towns and activities we might enjoy and transfers. We booked with Jane and I'm so glad, we literally had our dream family holiday it was perfect! My husband has a disability and struggles with travel, Jane arranged extra assistance for us and we booked a private transfer through Jane which was a great option. I've never used a travel agent to book a family holiday before, but I'm so glad we did. The personal touch, removing all the stress and the ease means we will be back again. Fantastic experience: We are here in Torquay on holidays and popped into the TUI shop. We were looked after by Izzy who was so friendly and efficient. She was so proffesional we booked a holiday for next year with her. We wish we lived nearer as we book at least 2 holidays a year with TUI. But a lot happier in the Torquay shop than our local one namely Cwmbran.

Fantastic experience: Went to book our first holiday abroad since having children 25 years ago. Having recently recovered from surgery there was no need to keep putting it off. Had a reasonable budget for our ideal all inclusive beach front holiday. Went in the store around 2pm, by 2.45pm Jane had booked our October 25 holiday with such courtesy and dazzling smile, all in budget too, when it was it was paid for and Jane even logged into the app for me. Made the experience so simple and stress free. Flights from airport of choice, in half term and great discounts on excursions. When its time to go we will be getting our holiday money from TUI as they have great exchange rates. Would definitely book again at this store, got such an amazing holiday to look forward too and it was just so easy.

Fantastic experience: I booked a package holiday and it included a TUI flights. The package holiday company had not included the option of baggage and restricted our option on check in onTUI site and refused to help on contacting them. I called TUI Torquay on recommendation from a friend and spoke with Jane, she was amazingly helpful and managed to help me quickly and efficiently. Thanks to Jane, I can enjoy my holiday now :)

Fantastic experience: I wanted to change our hotel booked for Jamaica in June and spoke to Kirsty in the Torquay shop who was extremely helpful and friendly.No problem changing hotels but when it came to confirming the amendment the system wouldn't accept it as our baggage allowance had changed . However Kirsty worked long and hard to sort out the problem . In the end she had to cancel our original booking and rebook with the new hotel and baggage allowance. Due to her prompt action we were able to keep our chosen seats which was a relief. Furthermore Kirsty then sorted out our refund. I cannot thank her enough. Kirsty is a credit to TUI

Fantastic experience: TUI Torquay are extremely friendly and listen to exactly what you’d like from a holiday, including your budget. Kirsty in particular has been our ‘go to’ holiday rep - She has years of experience and nothing is too much trouble (and believe me, I’m not the easiest customer!) I’ve booked holidays over the phone/email and not even had to go into store. I quite often change dates/destinations when I look and she sends me different quotes etc and nothing is ever too much trouble. She’s matched online prices which is great. Nothing beats booking through a store because if I have a query, I go to them rather than having to wait for hours on the phone trying to speak to someone. I couldn’t recommend Kirsty and the Torquay TUI branch enough - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: When booking our Honeymoon we didn't really have many ideas on where or what to do but when arriving into the TUI Torquay branch and speaking with Kirsty she put us at ease with her kind, patience and professionalism. After spending alot of her morning with us we managed to find the perfect honeymoon for us, we even had other members of staff recommended in which resort to stay in. They went the extra mile and even phoned up a colleague in another branch to talk about the hotel we would be staying in as they had personal experience of staying there. I would 100% recommend Kirsty and the TUI Torquay branch for any holiday and travel needs. I will be definitely doing more business there. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have one child who is disabled so had some concerns regarding our travel.
