Fantastic experience: Cheryl from Tui Dumfries is a pleasure to deal with. She knows exactly what we need as my wife has walking difficulties. She checks to see if the resort is suitable. Also if it has a walking shower. So far we have booked 5 holidays through her. Everyone was perfect. She goes above and beyond and so understanding.

Fantastic experience: Went to book a city break on Sunday 24th November 2024 for my wife’s 60th . The idea was to go to Lisbon until we discussed warmer climates in February. Anyway Leanne showed us a great deal on 7 nights in Marrakech and the rest is history. She made the whole process of selecting the right holiday easy and was very attentive to our needs.

Negative experience: Me and my partner came in to get help with booking our honeymoon. The girl we spoke to, didnt ask us any questions about what kind of honeymoon we were after or even Congratulate us! As its quite an exciting time for us, we were expecting a more personable experience but didnt get the sense the girl cared at all. She had no knowledge of the place we wanted to go and needed to ask another colleague for guidance. We left after about 10 minutes because it just felt uncomfortable. We went to Hays instead and the guy was brilliant, he wrote down everything we were looking for and had great knowledge. We got our honeymoon booked! Wont be going to Tui again.

Fantastic experience: Well after countless visits to travel agents to book a surprise holiday for my husbands 40th, I was leaving very disappointed. But I popped into Tui on the off chance with very little hope that I would get everything I wanted. But to my surprise a lovely young lady called Zoe went above and beyond for me. Fantastic experience: Helen at the TUI shop in Dunfermline has recently helped me book a family holiday at Disneyland Paris for April 2025, involving 3 separate bookings and a good deal of complexity. The booking took hours to complete and was far from easy but Helen’s patience, tenacity, resilience and professionalism won through in the end. We have booked quite a few holidays with Helen; she instils confidence that the bookings are correct and good value and I feel that she is a real credit to TUI.

We had Jazmin the first time and she was absolutely amazing at helping us narrow down all the places we wanted to go and then finding a hotel that was perfect for us. She took us through absolutely everything, ratings, cheapest dates, value for money, insurance, local activities as well as giving us her own experiences from when she went. Fantastic experience: Hi had a great experience with TUI Dunfermline. Went into book a family holiday - to suit different ages and different interests/likes. Zoe Proudfoot was very friendly and so helpful she provided us with many choices of different areas we could visit, different options from sc to ai, different airport choices with varying flight times. After deciding on Lanzarote, which will be our first visit to the island, Zoe provided us with places of interest, many areas/restaurant and things to around the island. Gave us advice re husbands passport running out 3 months and 7 days after our return - better to renew as passport control are very strict. I will definitely use TUI again for future holidays.
