Fantastic experience: Had an easy & excellent service from Lisa booking my holiday to Greece for my anniversary in 2025! Very professional, calm & understanding of what I was looking for during my holiday. The manager of the store was also helpful sharing her time in Greece & her experience, the funny thing is, I only went into the store to inquire about this holiday but between them both they gave me a better deal than what I had searched for before hand. Thanks again Lisa keep up the good work & looking forward to building & great relationships with you guys for my future holidays!!

Fantastic experience: Met with Jessica on Thursday with a vauge idea of a holiday that turned out to be a 4 day search.(due to my pickiness) Jessica was very patient, extremely attentive, she listened to all my needs and wants and booked me and my family a perfect wee holiday. We only dropped in to find out about the deal on the board out and decided to go ahead and book. The atmosphere in the shop was very welcoming. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. 10 out of 10!!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had a brilliant experience with Lisa at the TUI at the gyle in Edinburgh, we are only going away for a col of days to Berlin and not the most expensive holiday but Lisa actually listened to what we where looking for and found it. I have had colleagues in this shop before that don’t take the time to listen or even ask what’s important and just think of the money side but Lisa is fantastic and is a true credit to TUI as a business and to this shop, when ever visiting it calling I would highly recommend Lisa.

Phoned the gyle shop to enquire about a holiday to Poland for a few days the reps name was Jessica she was very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble for her together we found what I was looking for and I ended up booking a 3 nights stay which was what I wanted it was nice to speak to Jessica she was very helpful x

Fantastic experience: My partner & I visited the Tui shop at the Gyle yesterday & booked our holiday to Vegas & also excursions for our cruise. Mandy was very friendly & extremely helpful. We normally book online, however we decided to go into the shop to book & we were glad that we did. Mandy answered any questions we had & helped us with booking our excursions. Mandy was very knowledgeable. The other girls in Tui were also very friendly. I would definitely take the time to call into the Tui shop at the gyle again.

Fantastic experience: TUI Edinburgh Gyle: I live far enough away that there are at least 2 more local TUI stores for me, so why do I use TUI Edinbugh Gyle? Because I trust the people in this store to do right by me, to support me when I’ve had a booking issue recently and because I know they’ll go the extra mile to get me what I need and at a price that works. Yes, I’ve compared with my more local stores and been given a better price every time by them, they are worth the petrol. Manager Ashley is an absolute star, and worth recognition, I recently had to move a holiday due to a severe injury to one of the party, this could have been a horribly stressful situation to rearrange but no, Ashley who had to take days off made sure at least 2 other staff members knew my situation so it could be addressed swiftly and painlessly and it was, with Ashley keeping in touch to make sure it was all sorted. Hats off to all the staff in there for I had contact with several as I rebooked my holiday and added another. I’m a loyal returning customer because of TUI staff like Ashley and Claire or Susan to name but 3. They care, they remember me and it feels more special. I may know more about Orlando than them as I’ve been going over 30 years and yet they bring their A game every time. Thanks. It means so much!

An appointment was made for me to see Lisa as she is from the States. She was totally amazing!! She gave me an hour and a half of her time, masses of information and help with planning an itinerary. She is lovely, knowledgeable and efficient - a powerhouse of information. She rapidly followed up with a detailed quotation email. She is a keeper!!!

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Louise at the Gyle for helping us to plan our family holiday for the summer of 2024. I have spent hours upon hours searching the internet for the best price to suit our budget, with no success. To much to choose from with no expert advice. After only an hour with Louise we came away with several options, now to choose one and take the plunge. Going into a shop speaking face to face is definitely the way forward. There was no pressure to book there and then giving us time to go home and research each hotel and pick the right one for us. Now that Louise has done all the hard work for us all we need to do is ring once we are ready to proceed. Excellent customer service. Why struggle on your own when you can get the experts to do the work for you at no extra cost. Very happy customer.
