Fantastic experience: I was in contact with Eastleigh branch and spoke to Meghan. I had originally emailed my requirements to Meghan who found me everything I needed for my holiday. I subsequently rang and spoke to Meghan and we went through the whole booking which was fabulous. I am now the proud owner of a new holiday with my two friends for next year and we could not have done this without Meghans help. She is a great asset to the Eastleigh tui store.regards carole jarratt I will be definitely be booking again with Meghan. 5 stars

Fantastic experience: I prefer to book holiday over the phone and chat to someone rather than do it online so they can advise me and listen to my indecisive thoughts etc. Woman I spoke to this afternoon was very helpful and polite.

We were greeted by Caitlin with a very warm welcoming smile and she took the time to listen to our every request. Also the other staff member that was there today (sorry didn’t catch her name) was so lovely in helping us with all the info about the place we were booking. Again, so helpful and friendly. Fantastic experience: I was trying to book a holiday on the TUI web page today and had some issues as I only wanted 1 room for my wife and myself but for some reason the it brought up 2 rooms and 4 adults plus it would not let me delete out room 2. Decided to phone the number on the web page and low and behold I got put through to Meghan at the Eastleigh office turns out to be the best thing that could have happened as I explained to her what was going on as I tried to book my holiday online that young lady took the bull by the horns sorted everything out the holiday was booked and paid for in a matter of minutes thanks to Meghan very professional well clued in as how to sort the situation out in a calm manner so thank you very much Meghan I've had a few holidays through TUI now and next time I might just lift the phone to Meghan it was effortless thanks again. Fantastic experience: We went into TUI Eastleigh to see Josh in February to book a holiday. Josh contacted us to follow up on the holiday, unfortunately, I fell very ill soon after and we were unable to go but Josh couldn’t have been more nice and said that if he just give you a reference when you come back and we can help you find something another time. When we went back in July, we were met with his friendly smiling face again. And we were so very grateful. Josh was very knowledgeable and really helpful when giving us advice on where to go and what to do. We don’t go on holiday very often so we are not very in the know and asked a lot of questions. Josh gave us a wealth of knowledge on where best to stay, what to look for in a hotel and advised us of some of the activities he or his colleagues had previously been too. Each time we came into TUI, we were met with smiling faces from Josh and the other colleagues there. Everyone was always happy to help even when we got there a bit late. Nothing was too much trouble. And Josh really made the process smooth and easy and we are very grateful. He was very friendly and approachable and we will happily come back to Eastleigh and see Josh for our next holiday and recommend the Eastleigh store to our friends and family. Thankyou!

Fantastic experience: Called the store regarding assistance at the airport, we havent been away since 2022 and wasnt sure how it works. Spoke to Caitlin who talked me through the whole process to ensure I got the help I needed for my family. I'm very happy to say that everything Caitlin requested for us on the form, we received at both Airports going out and coming back, this really made our holiday so much easier and gave us peace of mind that we're were being looked after before, during and after our holiday. Fantastic experience: Great experience booking our holiday in store with Caitlin yesterday. No details were missed and she made sure that everything was explained and understood fully before moving on, ensuring that it was all set up around our needs for a perfect getaway. There was no pressure in to booking anything and was an overall pleasant experience. We plan to return to the store soon to arrange a travel card and final details for the flights.

Negative experience: Short changed on currency. I didnt want alot as it was a gift but when you are short changed over 10% that's alot. Tried calling for 3 hours without answer so I had to drive down again,pay for parking to then have someone put it right but with attude. Only said sorry when I said that it's now cost more a lot more to get them to put their error right. Great revenue if you do that with everyone and it seems no one is capable of doing the job they are paid to do. Will never visit again.
