Fantastic experience: 3rd time booking with Travelpedia This time the agent was Joe Correra and yet again an amazing helpful experience. We saw an amazing south east asia tour advertised and Joe Correra helped us put a package together for two adults and two children travelling April 2026. Joe gave us a flexible approach to choosing hotels that would suit us within our price range and we have secured hotels beyond what we thought we could achieve. We tried pricing it up ourselves booking each individual flight legs and hotels and Joe Correra was able to put together a travel pack saving us in excess of £2000. We highly recommend booking with Travelpedia

Fantastic experience: Booked our bucket list to Thailand special 70th birthday. I can’t commend Joe Correa enough for his knowledge understand of our needs and preferences. He gave us quite a few choices and time to review. Because of Joe’s enthusiasm to get us the best deals according to our preference and budget I feel we will have an amazing trip. 20 days visiting four different locations and all by plane was a big ask. Joe made any changes we asked without hesitation and now our trip is a reality. I cant wait to go and know that if we need anything at all Joe will be on hand to help out. First time using a tour company but certainly wont be our last with Travelpedia.

Fantastic experience: I booked to go to Krakow Poland through Travelpedia last year and this also included the Auschwitz tour and finally this week our holiday arrived. From the second I booked this company has been AMAZING! The representative Zac was genuinely the most helpful guy answering my never ending barrage of questions and making sure I was all set even sending me a message the day before to wish me a happy holiday! We have had the best holiday! Hotel was right in the centre of the beautiful town, excursion to Auschwitz was amazing and they also took us to the other camp Birckenall too. Pick up was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel and pack lunch for the day was also included! While out here Zac messaged to ensure I had arrived safe and also on the excursion day to ensure I found the pick up point okay. This has been a well organised holiday and I would highly recommend Travelpedia to anyone looking to book a holiday, great prices, great holiday and outstanding customer service! Krakow will forever hold a piece of my heart absolutely beautiful country, can’t wait to return xx

Fantastic experience: 20/02/2025 My review is for Luke and Zac. These 2 have been amazing helping me to sort my trip. Its taking a week to put it all together, (not through any fault of their own either). They have been very patient with me because I kept changing my mind with where I wanted to stay and when I wanted to go. They contacted me every day to see if they could help me further, till eventually I made up my mind. They remained polite and friendly throughout. They got me a great deal at a great price too. The booking process was very easy with very clear instructions on how to proceed so you can't get it wrong. By the end of the whole process it felt like we'd become friends, (sorry again about the random love hearts ). I would certainly recommend Travelpedia and will use them again. Well done to both of you

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking customer service .6 mnths ago changed my booking but you never even told the flight carrier.trying to charge for sky high prices for everything when lots cheaper to do on the net direct .told me couldn't get free seat on flight even tho booked special assistance.dont believe what they say .go direct to your carrier.i certainly did.plus did most of the leg work myself

Fantastic experience: Just back from Krakow, did Auschwitz/ Birkenau tour all arranged via Travelpedia UK. The Tour was very humbling and recommend doing it. Tour guide Janeck was superb and excellent English ensuring everyone understood this awful history. We stayed at Hotel Maximum which was in a great location for exploring and visiting the wonderful Christmas markets. Can’t thank Travelpedia staff enough for helping arrange our trip, they were amazing from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Travelpedia earlier this year after seeing there ad for a trip to Kraków on Facebook. Luke dealt with me throughout the whole process. I was kept updated on any changes and the majority of the excursions I did were booked with him. I have just returned. My wife and I had a fantastic time and will return to Kraków. We will not hesitate to use Travelpedia again.

Fantastic experience: We booked a 7 day holiday to Istanbul and Cappadocia through Luke. The service was fantastic and he was there throughout, helping us with anything that we needed. We were travelling as a group of 6 so, there was quite a bit of back and forth in the booking process as our group added different requests. Luke was helpful throughout and very accommodating. I can’t recommend Travelpedia (and Luke) highly enough. The quality of hotels was superb.

Fantastic experience: We have have just returned from a 3 night stay in Bucharest (Romania). We had a pre arranged trip arranged in the price to Peles Castle and Bran Castle commonly recognised by the story of Dracula. We found in the heart of Bucharest, King Mihai I Park, a glorious park, spread over 187 hectares around Herastrau lake and one of the jewels in Bucharest’s crown. Travelpedia exceeded our expectations and our agent (Lexi) was amazing. Checking in on us at each stage from departure, trips and ensuring we arrived home safe. We will be booking our next adventure very soon with Travelpedia

Fantastic experience: Booked Krakow with Zac. Brilliant from start to finish. He was very patient and took time to make sure everything I asked for was covered. Hotel location was excellent, 2 minutes walk from train station and right on the edge of the old town. We had booked room only so was an added bonus to be told when checking in that breakfast was included. Had a lovely time seeing all the sights of Krakow and would 100% recommend using travelpedia (already recommend to several people). Fantastic experience: Travelpedia are amazing! I booked a trip to Krakow via Instagram and they could not have been more helpful. Our hotel was nicer than expected and in such a great, entrap location. Then, we had a coach pick us up and take us to an Auszwitz tour which was very well organised. Krakow is clean, we felt safe and it is absolutely gorgoues! I’m looking forward to booking more trips.

Fantastic experience: This was our first time using TravelpediaUK. Wonderful experience from the very beginning to end. Zac (Senior - Agent/Team Leader was great, he was so patient with us throughout and helped us from start to finish and was with us every step of the way.Answered all questions and helped me find the most perfect accommodation. Super easy to deal with which made our holiday hassle free.Organised all our needs to make our holiday great. We were provided with 4 days itinerary as we had limited vacation day but we were able to cover a lot of places in Morocco , Marrakesh which included activities as well. Our transfer was ready waiting for us when we arrived at the airport, the hotel was excellent and the activities were great. The very first day we went to the local shopping area medina and explored the new town and old town ,The Kutubiyya Mosque or Koutoubia Mosque. They organised a day trip to Agafay desert within which we visited the desert explored activities like quad biking and riding camels followed by dinner, Local dance and performance by the local artists, and the Fireshow. We were provided by pickup and drop off vehicles which were air conditioned. The next day we explored the Ouzoud Waterfalls The entire experience was amazing from beginning to end. Our guide, who by the way speaks multiple languages, was very informative, courteous and patient.Enjoyed the local Berber cuisine, hiking was challenging but fun. The Last day we went for Hot air ballon ride. It was the very first time I was riding in a hot air balloon. The whole experience was incredible. The balloon ride and the breakfast were standout highlights. We were very well looked after and our driver and guide. Everything was so systematically scheduled and organised which made our trip so smooth and memorable we didn’t had to worry about anything. Zac and team were so professional and were always available throughout be it before the trip - during the planning as well as during the trip. Felt so satisfied with my booking with Travelpedia. Thankyou so much Zac, for organising a flawless trip. We were very happy with our package which saved us so much. Looking forward to organising another trip in the near future. Fantastic experience: Just returned from a long weekend in Kracow arranged by Zac. He was so helpful from start to finish, even contacting us whilst we were there. Arranged & paid for a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday. We were so impressed with the service from Zac that we have already booked a holiday further afield. Although the holiday was booked months in advance he kept in contact, sending key reminders when the time was right. He kept in touch while we were in Iceland and kept us informed on the cancellation of the Northern Lights tour and also checked up that we got home safe with no hiccups. The hotel was centrally located so we were delighted with its location. Will be booking with them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!!

Our transfer was ready waiting for us when we arrived at the airport, the hotel was excellent and the activities were great. Travelpedia suggested 4 excursions/activities for us as we wanted to experience seeing as much of Egypt as we could as well as doing some fun things! They organised a day trip to Luxor within which we visited the valley of the kings, a fun day in the desert quad biking and riding camels and a dolphin boat trip with a bbq and snorkelling. Whilst we were there the hotel guide presented us with even more possible excursions so we also opted to do the long but worthwhile day trip to Cairo to see the pyramids as well as a spa evening. I would definitely use Travelpedia again to book our next holiday as the whole thing was easy and seamless, with any questions being answered promptly and willingly. Fantastic experience: A group of 13 of us decided we wanted to go to iceland.. we searched around and found travelpedia who were offering a package. I was contacted by Zac who sorted everything for us. Zac booked the trip including trips out there for us. Zac kept in contact from booking to getting home.. if I messaged I would always get an instant reply. Even when we were out there zac was messaging to check everything was going smoothly. Fantastic experience: Had an amazing ski trip in Borovets, Bulgaria. Zac was great, he was so patient with us after we switched things around a few times while booking but he really helped with some great advice. Highly recommend Borovets for a cheaper alternative to the alps, great snow and everything is so close so it’s all so easy. Great for beginners and intermediate skiers/snowboarders. Families, couples and groups.

Negative experience: Poor organisation/communication. Sold us a trip to Bucharest, no transfers from hotel or to trip. Had taxis on top then. Package included a tour to Pele Palace but the Palace was shut! Very Disappointing. Paid for breakfast but breakfast was not open. Communication was unclear and very last minute. They won't take any responsibility. Check every detail before booking with these people!

Tour of Auschwitz went really well and we had a very knowledgeable guide. Transfer taxi from uber did arrive as booked and when I informed Zac from Travelpedia he organised a refund payment which went directly into my bank. I can't recommend this company highly enough and will be booking with them in the future.

Fantastic experience: Just booked with Zac made initial enquiries about a trip to Krakow and found Zac very helpful. Unfortunately my husband couldn't make the dates I had picked. Thought Zac would just write me off and forget all about me and I would book when I felt like it. Zac however got in touch and asked if there was anything else he could help me with and it just so happened I had our new holiday dates and I booked straight away. Very helpful, very helpful.
