Fantastic experience: Booked the deluxe 17 day non shifting package for Hajj 2023 through the Nusuk Hajj website. Alhamdullilah excellent service received throughout. Brother Tofayel was our allocated guide. He was an excellent & thoroughly experienced guide. Realised pretty quickly our mindset had to change, this isn’t like a normal holiday that you’ve spent a huge amount of money on. This whole journey is a test THERE WILL BE DIFFICULTIES IN HAJJ so be warned most definitely your patience will be tested you’ve have been invited by the Almighty to perform Hajj so go with zero expectations. Again this isn’t like a holiday where you spent thousands so you demand & expect an equally high level of service. Things will go wrong, travel logistics will change this is test on how you react when they do. You spend 15K then demand that Allah swt forgives all your sins at hajj. Even if you spent 100k your money would never be worthy of having your sins forgiven. Alhamdullilah changing my mindset to this ensured I had a Fantastic experience with excellent levels of service and attention to detail from Al Bait guests. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went to Hajj 2023 with Hijaz Travel, and I’m posting a five star review specifically because of Sisters Azra and Salina, and Brothers Kabir/Toufayel. My elderly mother became extremely extremely unwell on Arafat and I knew that I had to get her all the way back to her Makkah accommodations as soon as possible. Not only did they take my mothers condition seriously, they waited with us for hours to make sure we could get back from this restricted area to Makkah. They were also kind and gentle with us the entire time. I will never forget especially how Sister Azra was there for us in our time of need.

Negative experience: We are doing Hajj this year and Hijaz is the partner Nusuk paired us with. I would highly recommend prospective pilgrims to avoid them. There is lack of accountability, communication and organization. I understand hajj poses a lot of logistical challenges due to sheer number of people but that is no excuse for leaving pilgrims in limbo. Just a couple examples: When our flight reached Miqat 20-30 minutes before Jeddah, the pilot announced that we had just passed the miqat point. People were shy to start the Talbiya (Labbayk) and the guides sit there like everybody else. Few minutes later, a passenger took it upon himself walking down the aisle saying Talbiya aloud and encouraging others to join in. When we were doing the umrah the first night we arrived in Makkah, the “religious scholar” they appointed to lead the group in umrah said we are going to offer Tahiyyatul Masjid salah before starting the tawaf which is exactly what many books and workshops I attended said not to do. He later was corrected by someone in the group. Due to lack of communication and planning, lots of people from our group missed staying the night of 11 DhulHajj in Mina and were stuck in Makkah hotels because there was no transportation arrangement. They waited until 11pm to let some people know an alternative way to get to Mina. Those who tried spent the next 5-6 hours trying to get to Mina. Also, instead of communicating these transportation options in the Telegram groups for everyone’s benefit they just announced it one of the hotel lobbies for anyone who might be there. People were desperately asking questions on the group and were ignored. They removed the ability to post text messages to the Telegram group chats in the middle of the hajj. Arafat was another story with many people passing out due to non working A/C in the tents. No transportation was provided on 10th or 11th of DH from Mina or Jamarat back to Hotels. Again, may be understandable due to logistical challenges but there were no communication on what alternatives are there until it was too late. On top of 15,000 we spent on the hajj package people had to pay exorbitant taxi fares to get to and from Mina. It is very clear to me that the guides are not good communicators and they don’t take responsibility. Looks like most Hajj related 5 star comments are from 2022 and because they issued a full refund when people could not go.

Fantastic experience: We registered ourselves for hajj last year but due to the change made by Saudi government, we couldn't go. Hijaz was open about the situation and refunded us immediately after they have confirmed the news. It must be hard for them. May Allah open other doors for Hijaz team.

Fantastic experience: Hijaz Travels provided us a fantastic Umrah package for August 2022. We were well informed right from the start to the end by the travel agents. The visa was obtained within 72hours. The Hilton suite hotel in Makkah and Frontal al Harithya in Medina are well located and provided a fantastic service. The tours provide by Hijaz were also very good. Drivers turned up on time and were reliable. Allhamdullilah my family and I had a very peaceful and spiritual experience. Fantastic experience: After one of my colleagues recommended I booked for the hajj for 2022 but unfortunately the Saudi government cancelled all trips booked through travels agents, I was given a refund straight away and they were very helpful when I emailed them.

Good communication Sadly due to the new Hajj rules that came in very late in 2022, we were unable to proceed with our Hajj with Hijaz however they made the communications to us very detailed and also swiftly refunded the money without any hesitations. Many travellers and agents were effected by the new rules that Saudi introduced (the need to book directly with online system) however despite this set back, Hijaz communicated the situation with me and also refunded our deposit. Fantastic experience: After recommendation from a friend I booked a hajj package for 2022 for 2 people with Hijaz Travel LTD. Due to the changes from ministry of hajj this year. our booking had to be cancelled with them. They kept me updated with the situation. My deposit was refunded back to me very quickly.

Fantastic experience: I booked hajj 2022 with hijaz, unfortunately due to the last minute changes introduced by the ministry of hajj and uncertainty surrounding the whole process this booking could not go ahead as planned. Hijaz handled this with utmost professionalism and transparency. They responded to queries almost instantly, provided regular updates and kept me in the loop. Upon requesting a refund this was processed with in a couple of days, despite being told it could take 10 days. After the pandemic we thought our journey to umrah will be different or should I say difficult especially because I was travelling with my mother who is 82 years old. But with the grace of Allah swt and the help of Hijaz our journey was amazing as the hotels in both Madina and Makkah were near the masjid which made it easy for my mother to travel,the transfer for ziyarat for both places were included and we got reminders of everything that was scheduled with time etc a day before the journey.If there was concerns all we had to do is message and had reply from Hijaz management within minutes. Thank you again Hijaz for making our journey so memorable, Insha allah will be looking forward to travelling with you again soon.

Negative experience: THE WORST EXPERIENCE!! We booked hijaz company as a group package during the month of Ramadan it was our 1st time going to perform umrah and it was the worst experience anyone could have asked for. It was so unorganised and there was no communication from anyone. we want ahead with a group as it was our 1st time and we were told we will have an iman to guide us and 16 people will be attending. there was no such thing. we also paid for travel which was a no show and then arrived an hour later we paid for double bed as it was more then a triple bed but what we got instead was a triple bed. We also were told the tours will be spoken by someone in English but it was spoken in bengali which majority of the people including myself did not understand. also for some reason other members in the group were in different hotels to us (LACK OF COMMUNICATION) as everyone was surprised to see why that was we were given the most disgusting hotel and towards our stay we were told they got to choise the hotels they stayed it but we did not get that option. I am very disappointed with the company this is the 1st and last time we will be booking them SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BOOK THEM

The trip was very well organised and we were encouraged to ask questions regarding the trip whether this was concerning logistics or visiting the Holy sites both in Makkah and Madinah. Fantastic experience: Alhamdolilah Allah made possible for me and wife to perform Umrah thanks to Hijaz Travel last year in October. For someone who is from North Africa that speaks only Arabic and English my experience was excellent 10/10. Special thanks to Shabbir, Tofayl, Akheel, and the other Bengali brother who went above and beyond Masha’Allah. Going definitely with them again for either another umrah or Haj Insha’Allah. highly recommend. I was worried that because I don’t speak neither Urdu or Bengali that I might find it difficult to coupe with them but Alhamdolilah all went well and here is my experience: Started the process and once I provided them all the documents I was informed on every step needed or actioned by them. Very professionals Masha’Allah. Once dates were confirmed, a WhatsApp group was formed to keep those going up to date on each step. This was very useful as we kept using WhatsApp throughout the journey even after we arrived back to the UK. We had a plan every day and the leaders made sure their group was informed and kept up to date. Now there are few things I want to highlight to Hijaz Travel for the sake of improvement for the future Insha’Allah: 1- it would be better if in Mekka before starting the umrah, for everyone to have the same colour in the form of a bag or something so that the group wouldn’t separate or get lost and follow the leader/group. Some of the brothers like Akheel ( having orange bag ) and another brother ( sorry I forgot your name) who handed couple of green bags helped a lot when doing the Tawaaf as it was easy to identify everyone from the group. 2- when doing Tawaaf please bear with the sisters brothers and don’t rush. Some of the brother/leaders did stay behind to help the sisters which was very much appreciate it. 3- when doing the visits there was both Bengali and English translation but Bengali translation was more favourable. 4- because I was the only native Arabic speaking person in the group, I was approached few times by the hotel staffs both in Makkah and Madenah who raised few things that it bothered them. These are as follows: - when checking in/out please stay in group and don’t block the entrance. - when the bus arrive to pick the group, leaders should identify which bus it is for which group first before telling everyone busses are here! This caused issue as some of the group and staff had to put the heavy suitcases in the first bus, then they were told to remove it all and put it in the second bus. - shouting, arguing and fighting specially in Madinah. people in Madinah are very friendly and they are soft spoken. The hotel manager told me personally “ this is not a Wednesday market, people should not speak that loudly and shout over little things” 5- this one is for the individual/group who are going for the umrah, yes I’m talking about you who are reading this review, please do not do the following when in Saudi: - when heading for visits ( Zeyarah), Makkah or Madinah the bus will make short/medium stops to rest or view the visit (e.g. Uhud mountain) the leaders will make it very clear how much time you are allowed to take e.g. 15/30 minutes, you will find people selling all sort of things and you will be tempted to buy few things for your family and friends which you are allowed to BUT do not make everyone waits for you! Just be reasonable. - you are there for a specific purpose to perform umrah/haj. Be prepared to be out of your comfort zone as you might be tired or sleepy and must push forward, please try to make all your prayers at the masjid on time and don’t miss any prayers and du’ua when possible. - buying gifts for family and friends are often cheaper around those visits places that you will attend so have a little bit of patience. - bring bottle of waters with you, backpack and some sunglasses You will thank me later - if you need to wash/dry clean your clothes there are plenty of places in both site who would do that for fair price Ask the hotel or you might see them outside your hotel giving cards. Luckily they were based in my home town of Birmingham. So I popped into there office. I spoke to Tofayel saab. He answered all my questions. He came across as a genuine honest man so decided to book my umrah packages. After making the booking he kept me updated regarding my booking Visa etc. So went to Umrah with a group which was lead by the group leader imam Badar Ul Haque another sincere humble person. We mention to Tufayel Sasa that it was our belated honeymoon and he ensured me and my wife had the best time in both Medina and Makkah. He didn’t travel with us but his representative Akeel Bhai did who continuously made sure he was on hand to give us the best service/tour. We were able to do Ziyarah in both Medina and Makkah. Everything was well explained thoroughly in sufficient time. Our Suites in both locations were first class. However, circumstances changed due to Covid and Hajj travel was cancelled that year. I got my full deposit refunded within days of the cancellation and the whole process of refund was very smooth. We booked our Hajj trip with them last year, due to the tremendous package they were offering. The package we had selected was at a reasonable price and gave plenty of time in Saudi Arabia. Fantastic experience: My wife and I completed hajj this year with Hijaz Travel. I have done hajj before with other tour operators (it was my wife’s first time) and I can say my wife and I were impressed with Hijaz Travel. Their service was outstanding and great value for money. Our contacts were brothers Sunat, Maqsood and Tofayul who were helpful and very approachable. Brother Sunat called us shortly after our return to UK to see how we were doing - a genuinely, thoughtful gesture from a true gentleman and it reflected the care shown by their team. Hijaz Travel were organised and professional throughout, their hotels were around 5 minutes walk from both mosques, non-shifting packages (essential!) and they provided 2-3 meals daily (eating out can be a nightmare during busy meal times). Al Shohada hotel in Makkah is an old 5* hotel just behind the Clock Tower. It is nice, clean and spacious with helpful staff and big breakfast and dinner buffets! Zam Zam Pullman in Medina is a beautiful modern 5* hotel located at the front of Masjid Nabawi. It takes barely 5 minutes to get the entrance of our Prophets SAW tomb which was a huge bonus. Mina is unique - don’t expect luxuries but then again it’s a humbling experience and what hajj is about. Expect packed tents with air coolers. Majority tour operators occupy similar tents. Some operators may offer ‘VIP tents’ with A/C but personally I find them too cold and give rise to sore throat and other health issues. Well done to the team at Hijaz Travel. May Allah SWT reward you immensely. No doubt I will recommend Hijaz Travel to my family and friends. Tip: On 10th of Dhul Hijjah I recommend getting a taxi from Makkah to Mina. It’s quicker and cost around 200 riyals (shared between 4 it’s about £10pp). Make sure they drop you off at the Slaughter House (Moassem) which is the closest point to the European tents - do not accept ‘Mina’ because they’ll drop you on the opposite side of Mina (near Jamarat) and it’s another 1hour walk from there!

Fantastic experience: First of all, I don’t post many reviews in my private and professional life, but I’m compelled to do so in this case, I need 10 stars. Hijaz travel exceeded all our expectations in every aspects of our Hajj tour. The professionalism of staff both from UK and Saudi were outstanding. Customer service is not a department it’s attitude, I was so overwhelmed with attitude and friendliness of the hotel staff in Saudi they were absolutely outstanding, always went out of their way to help the visitors in a such stressful and testing time.

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah, we have performed our hajj this year through Hijaz Hajj package 2019. Hijaz travel service were excellent from the booking to completion of the Hajj. They helped us each and every opportunity we had requested. They kept a steady presence in the hotel lobby so someone was on hand to help. They had very good intention to run the whole process in a smooth and orderly manner, however this did not always come to fruition, due to situations beyond their control or instructions not being followed by the Hajji's. The Hilton accommodation was second to none. However at Zamzam Pullman there were issues with the restaurant not coping with the volume of people We especially enjoyed the Ziyarath talks by Bodrul Bhai, we just wish we didn't have the sound of the coach behind us so we could hear every word. It was an honour to have the seminars hosted by Sheikh Mahmudul Hasan. it was extremely beneficial to help understand our hajj actions.Thank you Tofayel Bhai and all the Hijaz staff, it was a wonderful experience to visit House of Allah and performed all the rituals of Hajj and with out your service we wouldn't be able to do it as well.. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Hajj 2019 Excellent Pakage. They did more than what they have promised. You can expect some disorganisation when more than 4 million people are doing same thing at same time but it can’t be mistake on part of organiser. I said to Brother Tufayl during Hajj and repeat it again that use WhatsApp or any other technology to communication. If I went back in time, I would choose Hijaz again and again and again, thanks for making this journey so smooth and amazing. As a whole I recommend them and happy to use them again inshAllah. Fantastic experience: We would like to show our great appreciation to Hijaz Travel for all their help, which, with the grace of Allah, enabled us this year to complete our Hajj with an extraordinary sense of fulfilment. We found them to be very professional, transparent and totally dedicated to providing support at all stages. The services they provided not only addressed collective needs but also went further to meet individual needs. We have heard from other Hajjis and we ourselves have experienced many examples of that, often going above and beyond their call of duty. One example is that we needed to break away from the group to return to London early – the day after the Hajj finished. They, in particular brother Tofayel and brother Maqsood dealt with it very non-judgemental, professionally and in a sympathetic way. They not only went out of their way to get an earlier flight for us and arranged for our transport and passport collection at the airport, but remained constantly in contact until we boarded the plane well after midnight. We strongly believe that most other Hajj operators would not have the ability or inclination to assist individuals that way. We pray to Allah to highly reward everyone connected with Hijaz Travel for their good deeds in working tirelessly. Helping us and others so actively in fulfilling our religious obligations. Fantastic experience: Salaam this is Ahmed Ali. My first time at Saudi was phenomenal due to hijaz’s amazing service. The food was great and the staff were very helpful to me and my family. Just wanted to say a special thanks to Mr Tufayel Bai and Mr Subbir Bai as they were with me everyday. However it would be better if there were more Bengali speeches as the elder people can’t fully understand English. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!

Fantastic experience: Hajj 2018 - Outstanding Service all round 5th September 2018 Accommodation – Excellent as promised.. All shared 2/3/4 single beds in a room depending on package…. but hotel quality very good. Food – Again Exceptional and caters for people of different taste and appetite.. Fish, Meat, Chicken, Veg and Dal all part of the diet. We are all grateful for their complementary breakfast throughout the whole time of our stay… even though it was not included in the package… that was an extremely kind and generous gesture from Hijaz. May Allah reward them for this effort. Transport – Between Airport, Mina, Muzdalifa, Arafat, Ziyarah, Makka to Madina and lastly to airport on the way back… A lot of transport and transfer to manage… Again exceptional good quality fully air-conditioned buses, comfortable journey in all cases.. All the Hajis were well-informed and managed during these transfers. Guide – Our spiritual guide was Sheikh Mahmudul Hasan who is a very knowlegable and learned scholar. He is very approachable, available and willing to help with all queries. As a day to day aid, we had all the Hijaz staff who were incredibly helpful, worked tirelessly to ensure we had a smooth and untroubled time there. They were available 24 hours. Fantastic experience: Awesome! It’s my first Hajj Alhamdulilah with my family there was 7 of us in total. During the days prior to us leaving Some of my family members had already been on hajj and they told me about some of the problems they had faced while on the journey. It’s fair to say I wasn’t looking forward to facing these problems myself… but Alhamdulilah I can say from the moment we got there until we left they were very well organised, it’s obvious they have been doing this for many many years. Some of the best things are; – They all travel with you the whole way! And I mean it, all the guys you see at the branch will be with you throughout the whole journey. – Sheikh Hasan who is amazing will be with the group and provide answers to any questions and about 3-4 lectures are held to boost your imaan and to inform us about what to do each step of the journey. Honestly thank you guys for organising this trip of a lifetime for me and my family

Fantastic experience: My husband and I embarked on our trip of a lifetime with Hijaz Travels's 5 star package, we have just returned and alhamdulillah the company exceeded our expectations. Logistically managing so many hajjis seems an ordeal, but you managed to transfer and transport us efficiently and comfortably as required, and we were kept informed at all times. Sheikh Mahmudul Hassan was fantastic in his knowledge and delivery, may Allah swt reward him for all his efforts. A few constructive comments, the food at both hotels was exceptional throughout, but repetitive. Also, the ziyarats were incredibly brief and sometimes not worth the time taken on the journey. Either spend more time or do not do the tour altogether, drive by ziyarats are not what we expect. Brother Maqsood has been responding to my constant questions since January 2018, and continued to be equally helpful throughout the journey. I am thankful to you all for enabling my husband and i to complete our fifth pillar, i pray Allah accepts our hajj and rewards you all for your endeavours. I have already recommended Hijaz Travel to friends and family for their Umrah and Hajj needs. Finally, i would recommend a group picture to be taken of your hajjis at the start and end of their journey, i would have liked to have had that looking back in years to come. Fantastic experience: We went on Hajj as a family this year. I was very nervous not knowing what to expect. We were put at ease even before we left with a seminar and all throughout the journey we had more seminars and guidance. The sheikh’s seminars were very informative and brother Maqsood was always available to answer any queries we had. The team professionally handled every situation and their meticculous attention to detail was commendable. I would like to thank everybody at Hijaz for the smooth running of all the activities and for helping to make our Hajj a memorable one.

Fantastic experience: went on a 5* 3 week Hajj package with Hijaz Travel and here is my experience Hijaz travel offered an all inclusive non shifting package and they were spot on to their word. We arrived at Jeddah Airport and got through customs and immigration within 45 minutes which was impressive as from my previouse experience and feed back from others this process takes about 6 hours but we were in our hotel within 4 hours of landing. This gave us time to freshen up and perform our Umra. There were regular seminars throughout our journey and step by step guidance provided by Sheikh Mahmudul Hasan who was available for advice and guidance. The accomadation Al Shahoda was 5 minutes away from Haram situated directly behind the clock tower very nice hotel. Catering breakfast and dinner was included in the package but Hijaz travel provided complimentary lunch throughout our journey. The food was of the highest standard and I must say I have not seen as many fish dishes as I seen on this tour along with other continental dishes. The staff were very friendly and approachable and I have made few new friends having spent time with them whilst they were assisting us. All transfers and transport was sorted out by the Hijaz team and organised in a very professional way. The team even managed to get transport on transfers where on the package is was not included which was a bonus as the other option was a long walk back to Mina which would have taken over an hour. During our stay in Makkah Hijaz travel staff had done so much to make the journey enjoyable and comfortable as possible. When we went to Madina our accomadation was again no more than minutes walk directly in front of the Masjid with excellent hotel accomadation at the Pulman Zam Zam. Overall I would recommend Hijaz Travel as they have provided a service which they offered on paper and have exceeded that. Well done to all involved May Allah reward your team. —Atlas Iqbal

Fantastic experience: This was our first time doing both Hajj and Umrah and alhamdulillah it has been an amazing journey. Everyone at Hijaz worked so hard to make sure that everything went smoothly and so we were able to truly get the most out of our Hajj trip. Fantastic experience: Me and my mum travelled to Saudi Arabia with Hijaz travels to complete our Hajj. Hijaz travels catered for us and gave special attention to each and every Hajji. I was really proud of them, things which they promised they delivered and I hope they are able to provide this level of service going forward. I will be recommending them to family and friends

Negative experience: Alhamdolilah just returned from my Hajj. Sunat Gul was very approachable and helpful before travel and even while there. For those who have never been or been but not done Hajj there are few things to bear in mind specially after paying such prices . The flight we got was with Turkish airlines so that adds 6-7 hour of transit so when we got to Mecca after 24 hour ( door to door) it can be very tiring to then do Umra. Hotel al shohada at Mecca is close to Haram but definitely not 5 star. At Mina the tents are the standard European tents and it is air coolers, NOT air conditioned, only few travels agents offer those and are more expensive but if you can afford it is a must as in this tent it was then overcrowded with around 80 people and we could not even turn sides being so packed and it was hot and humid and most asthmatic were struggling there. The food during Mina was provided by Saudia Govt and includes packed boxes. And it’s free and the same as people staying on the road. Again some agents offers proper meals even at Mina. At madina the hotel Zamzam Pullman is brilliant. Brother Maqsood and Tufail are alright but I think brother Tufail’s brother can be rude and had few bust ups and he was supposed to guide us back from madina to airport but had no clue as to what he was doing and was even make us miss on Zamzam collection if it was wasn’t for ourselves.

Fantastic experience: Alhumdulilah my family and I have just returned from Hajj. We made a last minute booking with Hijaz travels as our initial operator did not full fill any of the pre Hajj promises. My first contact with the organisation was via Sidi Maqsood, who patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. Since that conversation, Hijaz travels catered for our needs above and beyond what we could have ever wished for. We are based in Scotland, but Hijaz travels adjusted the flights to suit us, posted out all the essential books/tags/documents and created an online feed for the seminar as we were unable to travel out for them. I am sure there are many groups, with all the bells and whistles to appear professional and organised, but Hijaz travels have proven their service through complete sincerity. And at times, my family and I felt we were the only hajjis they had, as their attention to each hajji was that personal! I have yet to meet a team of people who are willing to self sacrifice for the sake of Allah the way these men did for our group, and for that, my family and I will remain indebted. I cannot recommend Hijaz travels enough for your Hajj choice. May Allah reward your team immensely and bless you with the reward of all the Hajjis! The team, specifically brother Msqsood, have been professional, on point and available to address queries whenever raised. The package was delivered as promised. I would not hesitate in booking through Hijaz again and have already recommended to family/friends.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from start to finish! We were looked after by Sunat Gul who arranged the whole Umrah ziyarat for us. Sunat Gul delivered more than what he promised us. A delightful and very experienced planner he gave us some points on how and what to do during our visit that would save time and money. His contact in Makkah shareef (Salim) was very helpful, he was standing at the reception of hotel to welcome us and guided us throughout. Cant fault them on anything. I have already recomended Hijaz travel to my family n friends and will use them again in future. A big thank you for making our stay so comfortable and conveniant.

Negative experience: Went with this group for Hajj 2017. The Medina hotel was nice and the Makkah hotel was ok and the food was decent. Only problem with the group was was that the organisation wasn't the best (esp when arriving). The package itself is catered towards more Bengali people because of the language barrier they speaker lot of Bangla rather than English so you cant understand. The leaders only seem to show care towards the end of the Hajj package when it was nearing completion but this just felt like a desperate attempt to save from any bad reviews or complaints. During the package travel itself they didn't seem to care as much and were actually rude at times. Also the workers (who were nicer) had to sleep in the hallways which was appalling. If I was Bengali I would give 3 stars. Groups ok not bad, but for what you pay service should have been better. Hajj is such and amazing experience and people work had to save for it. So I feel obligated to write this to inform people. If I were Urdu speaking for example I would avoid.

Fantastic experience: Booked hajj travel from them in 2017. An excellent service was provided throughout, with comprehensive guidence at every step. Hijaz fed lunch to 310 people on 10 hijr at a five star hotel, and Hired a bus even after midnight to aid our Travel to Minah. Both of these things were not on the itinerary and given by Hijaz without being asked by us nor were we charged anything extra. Will definitely use them for all of my travel needs in the future, inshah Allah.

Fantastic experience: Went Hajj 2017 with Hijaz. I was pleased to have the service they have provided. Everything was organized and with high standard. Hotels in Makkah and Madinah was 5 star rated. Room service was excellent. Best thing about this package was non shifting. I strongly recommend everyone who go Hajj from UK always take non- shifting package. Hijaz provide best non- shofting package with competitive price. were on half board and food was really good. Transportation for Mina, Mujdalifa and Arafat was superb with modern AC coach. Guide has provided us with Jiarah services for sightings which was pleasant. Staff were always helpful and with adequate knowledge. I recommend everyone to go Hajj with Hijaz.

Fantastic experience: I travelled for Hajj with these guys in August 2017 and I must say, if there’s anyone who really goes above and beyond for their Hajji’s, it’s Hijaz Travel. Brilliant service throughout my trip and they even took feedback well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an A*** all round service. Fantastic experience: Firstly, I would like to thank Allah SWT for giving me the opportunity to perform this blessed pilgrimage, it was truly an experience I will never forget Insha Allah. Having booked my Hajj 2016 trip with Hijaz Travel Ltd, I was very pleased with both the package provisions and the services provided by the team. By the grace of Allah SWT everything went very well. We stayed at the Al-Shohada hotel throughout our stay in Makkah, Al Hijaz provide a non-shifting package which is very convenient. The hotel is a few minutes walking distance from the haram. Al Hijaz provided seminars in the days leading up to Hajj with useful information on the itinerary ask well as being able to answer questions anyone may have with regards the Hajj rites. During the main hajj days, Al Hijaz provided good transportation throughout, from Makkah to Mina, to Arafat, and onto Muzdalifah. As we were a large group there were several team leaders on hand to guide us . I would definitely use Al Hijaz again. May Allah reward them for their efforts. WS
