Fantastic experience: Today we went in store and was helped in finding our holiday to the Dominican Republic! We have never been to this part of the world but Kirsty was fantastic in explaining and advising us on our options not just about flight and hotel but also the possible excursions we could do whilst in the DR. Fantastic experience: I can into the Tui store after an initial issue when booking a holiday via the Tui website. Kirsty promptly looked into my issue, and went above and beyond to resolve, checking with back office systems and colleagues to ensure my initial booking had not gone through. She quickly rebooked my holiday for the same dates, flights, etc… and it worked out slightly cheaper! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Lovey experience in store, massive thanks to Olivia for her patience and lovely manner. Booked Disneyland Paris but due to restrictions with Disney systems had to do three bookings ‍♂️ Olivia wanted to ensure they all went through at the same time as Disney wouldn't cancel if only two went through so she roped in Becky and Jenna too.....thank you ladies only gutting thing is we can't take Olivia with us thank you so so much will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Went into quite a busy store and was told there maybe a wait, offered for us to go and come back if we wanted but we chose to wait and we were with someone in no time Booked a cruise with the wonderful Jade who was able to offer personal experience on cruises and the destinations which we were considering which was great. Priced up two different cruise companies and never once felt like we were holding her up, even though the shop was busy she literally couldn't do enough for us. Took into consideration all our needs and preferences and helped us choose the best experience for us. Thank you Jade ☺️

He made the whole process totally stress free and sorted everything out for us. He spent time finding us the best possible destination and accommodation to suit us, explaining everything thoroughly. I will definitely be booking my future trips here I can’t recommend them (in particular Rhys) enough!

Fantastic experience: I booked my holiday yesterday with Emma. Nothing was too much trouble. We did have a hotel in mind but she recommended a much better one, she spent time showing us on goggle maps where the hotel was and the surrounding areas and making sure we were happy with everything before booking. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Went into TUI's Barnsley store today (14 June '24) to book a holiday for September 2025 to Corfu. We were attended to by Emma, who was really helpful and friendly, as all the staff are. Booking our holidays can be quite lengthy and intricate due to health issues, but Emma was very patient and knowledgeable. All in all a good experience booking our holiday. Thanks again to Emma.

Fantastic experience: Been into store and spent hours with a Tui Rep for a hen do. Hours purely because of the requirements of the party! Abi was absolutely amazing. Super patient and constantly searched all areas to meet the needs of 16 people! What a star. She went above and beyond by ringing the hotels direct and sorting flights personally for us. I could not recommend Abi enough. Thank you so much! I will come to Abi for all my holidays in the future !

Negative experience: This is my second holiday with TUI and yet again left with disappointment . rude management refusing to help. We went for the more expensive choice in hotels for their attractions. 18 days prior to our holiday we are informed that the attraction will be closed due to maintenance . The management of barnesley shop was only saying sorry and wouldn't offer any Goodwill gestures or excursions to compensate for this . I explained to her that we booked this holiday as our honeymoon. She was not sympathetic and was a bit argumentative so I had to end the phone call . Also when we booked this holiday we was told to inform Barnsley TUI to inform the hotel or my medical need. I have informed them and was told that I have to contact the hotel myself...

I was so anxious, Kirsty at the Barnsley store went above and beyond, she kept me in the loop, emailed me when she knew any information and reassured me it was going to be okay. Positive experience: I would like to give a big thanks to Abi for putting together our 2024 Trip for our 60th birthdays. Very friendly, patient and down to earth, nothing was too much trouble even when we amended the trip several times. We have booked with TUI many times since Covid and always find all staff helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Booked two holidays in the space of 4 week with TUI Barnsley! I went in to book to first one and sat down with Jane who was very patient and helpful. I then booked my second holiday with Paula over the phone who again was very helpful. I always go to Sharon in the bureau for my currency. All staff at the TUI shop are friendly and give amazing service. Would definitely recommend going here to book your holiday!

Fantastic experience: Popped in on Saturday and was greeted by a lovely lady called Jenna (i think, very smiley and helpful with long blond hair) we were passed to Jane to deal with us. We haven't been abroad for years so this was our first family holiday abroad. Having being totally bambuzzled as to where to go, Jane went through everything with us very knowledgable and could not have done more had she tried. We walked out chuffed to bits with our first family holiday booked for next year all thanks to this wonderful lady. I will definitely be using them again, couldn't recommend them enough.
