Fantastic experience: Came in to book a holiday but it had been a daily offer so not available. The lovely lady helping us came up with exactly the same holiday but 6 days earlier and £28 cheaper. She went through all the details with us before we booked. 2nd holiday with this company and will certainly book again. Highly recommend this friendly travel agent

Me and my partner have just come back from a beautiful holiday in Italy all booked through Wordsworth Travel and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff are friendly and efficiant, the prices are very reasonable and the aftercare is spot on too. Definatley our first port of call when it comes to booking holidays.

Negative experience: I would like to thank Wordsworth Travel for wasting a full day of my time when trying to book a holiday, i rang soon after opening with my details and a promise to get back to me within 5 to 10 minutes, after waiting nearly a full day i rang back again only to be told the same thing, the next time i rang i was told someone had tried contacting me several time but got no answer, i can only assume that someone else must have a load of missed calls. Still waiting
