Negative experience: So Hays travel Chapel Town wants us to collect our travel documents from their branch which is a 1-hour drive away and they will not post it to us because this is not their policy. Seriously they need to change this policy. We have paid £1400 for this trip and they don't even bother to do a signed delivery. The manager was very rude over the phone.
