Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic holiday in portugal. Thank you to Joanne for supporting us with our booking. It was our first ever holiday abroad as i had a fear of flying. But you talked us through everything, then when our tickets were ready, you printed them off and checked us in on line. We were upgraded at the hotel which was a lovely surprise as you let them know it had been my big birthday. I would highly recommend travel empire and am looking forward to booking again in the near future.
