Fantastic experience: Maureen and I havejust returned from a 5 day break in Great Yarmouth. Despite the time of year the weather was fantastic. The hotel was great as was the food and service. David our driver gave us lots of laughs and 2 brilliant day trips. Thank you K and M we shall be travelling with you again very soon

Fantastic experience: We have booked quite a few holidays through km travel and have always been highly satisfied. We have just come back from an holiday to babbacombe Devon. The hotel was excellent, food perfect and plentiful. Hotel lovely and clean. The staff are very attentive and pleasant. The view from the hotel is stunning driver Matt was brilliant. Very polite and helpful friendly and funny too. The ladies in the office are great always very helpful. We cannot fault km at all. Thank you so much to everyone concerned.

Fantastic experience: First time away with K M Travel and I can not complain, I had a great time. The service they gave was great. Pick up from your door at home to the coach, no messing around ordering a taxi or arranging a lift. On time, no waiting around thinking they’ve forgotten you. Straight to coach, all on and off. Monday to Friday, two day trips on Tuesday and Wednesday, plus a ride through the illuminations. It’s up to you if you want to go on the days out, no pressure. Return home, off coach to mini bus and right back at your door. Bargain price for hotel, breakfast and evening meal (food is great too), lovely hotel, great evening entertainment and staff friendly and good service. So thanks for making it a great holiday. And a big thanks to all the drivers

Negative experience: Been with K&M loads on bus now to Weymouth new coach it’s absolutely torment I haven’t been on a coach as uncomfortable for 40 years everyone is the same never again

Fantastic experience: Just returned from the Paignton trip, and had a wonderful experience. The coach driver Tony was brilliant, he was a complete professional and made the trip thoroughly enjoyable. The Marine hotel couldnt be faulted, with a lovely big bedroom, fabulous meals, and kind friendly staff. Highly recommend these trips with K M travel.

My case was picked up at my door and the next time I saw it was outside the bedroom door and returning was picked up at the hotel room door and was next seen when I arrived home. Fantastic experience: First time with KM (to Criccieth, North Wales), but not the last. John, the driver, really looked after us, and was very knowledgeable about the places we went to, and even places we passed through to get there. KM only pick up in Barnsley, so you're not spending hours picking up people on the way (eg, Halifax, Huddersfield, etc), which is a big plus point for me. They also offer a home pick-up and drop off for a fiver, which is good value.

Positive experience: Took 4 going and 3hrs back which only takes 2hrs going and 1hr and 45minutes he didn't go straight through so we didn't arrive till 3oclock in the afternoon and had to rush breakfast and finish it on coach as driver said he was leaving at 9-30am then took 3hrs to get back as we stopped 1/2hr on way home it wasn't 3days in Blackpool iwas only 2very dissatisfied

Negative experience: The coach driver who attended Tamworth Moto services on Friday was driving extremely dangerous and reckless. He was driving down the wrong side of the road, I'm not sure why as there is no road markings or signs to indicate a one way road. This meant the coach driver was nearly in a head on collision with a vehicle. This was avoided because of the quick reaction of the car driver. The coach driver was then verbally and physically abusive to the person in the car. Disgusting, dangerous and reckless behaviour. Should not be putting so many peoples lives at risk. Has been reported to company.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful staff. I rang when shop was closed (didn't realise) but the lady said she would ring me back first thing next day which she did! Great service.

Fantastic experience: Having never used KM before my first experience to The Duke of Gordon Hotel in the Highlands this last week was absolutely brilliant. My Mum has limited mobility now and has used KM many times in the past with her partner and has always been thoroughly satisfied. Needing a wheelchair this holiday me and my husband and son came along to help Mum. Everyone on the coach were very friendly and the driver John was outstanding with fabulous driving, loads of knowledge as we visited our destinations, such great personality, assistance was second to none and so much fun! I would highly recommend KM to anyone their coaches are stunning! Thanks KM for letting my first experience be unforgettable! Superb!

Fantastic experience: Hired a coach for our wedding to transport our guests from the town hall to our venue. I only booked a few days beforehand, so even though it was short notice they provided an excellent service. The coach turned up on time and all our guests commented the great service.
