Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. Sold me a room that had vomit on the carpet and blood stained shower curtain. They offered a messily 25%. They will rob you blind and make out they are just an agent so can’t help with refunds. Absolutely horrendous. Save your money as you’ll be left out of pocket

I informed him that I did not receive what I asked for (false advertising) on the hotels company website. He apologized for THEIR misinformation & informed me that he would look into it & refund me back for the advertisement of breakfast included. Fantastic experience: I have visited all US states and territories- except Alaska. Alaska Airlines has a promotion with unbelievable prices so, instead of four nights in Laughlin I’m going to Alaska. I had two 2 nights bookings with MoreRooms which I cancelled by phone tonight- the process was easy but did take about ten minutes total, however I was satisfied that the email confirmations of the transactions came through whilst I was still on the line to the MoreRooms girl Michelle

Negative experience: Wishing I could do minus 5. Is what they deserve for the terrible service they provide. It took them about 12 hours after my reservation was started to let me know that the room wasn’t available. And I had to call them 5 days later for them to give me my money back, bad customer service over the phone too!!! BAD EXPERIENCE overall. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!!

Negative experience: I can't say good or bad yet. I am waiting on a refund that will make my decision 5 stars or 0...... When I booked a room, the calender that populated was for the next month not the current month. Common sense would think it would populate current month but no. So I booked on the day it was not recognizing it was the next month. I got to the hotel less than an hour and they told me that I had booked the following month. I immediately called this company. More rooms They spoke to the hotel associate and the hotel said no problem canceling my booking because was less than 24 hrs. It's been just over a week and no word from more rooms but I am anxiously waiting. 240.00 is a lot to me not to them. I really hope to see a refund soon. I'll definitely keep using them if they have honor and treat me respectful. If not, they're so many other booking sites that offer the EXACT SAME PRICES. I'll post another review (hopefully positive) as soon as ifind out about refund. Going to give it one more week. I mean 14 days to approve a refund the hotel already approved is more than ample time. I'm skeptical but hopeful.......

Positive experience: I booked on line, and for some reason it double booked the same date. Within 2 mins I called to let them know the issue so they could change the date. Which the out come was not what I expected. I had to spend another 89.25 for another date. And still to this date 16 days ago, still haven't received my refund . And I had to call multiple times to settle this issue. Finally I received the payment back so the issue was finally resolved.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely pleased with the morerooms service and particularly Daisy who went out of her way to grant me a refund although my cancelation period had expired. I explained my case (which was exceptional due to armed conflict) and in a few days Daisy called me to announce that I will get the refund after discussing the situation with the hotel and other administrative tasks. Negative experience: ****DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY *** I booked a room with two queen beds, we arrive to check-in and were told that the booking was for only one queen bed. This is very upsetting since I selected two beds and paid the price for two beds…Their customer service is extremely poor the number you call does not go through and the service response after submitting a ticket is just letting you know your stay is booked. There is no response to resolve the issue. I definitely DO NOT recommend anyone to book a stay through More Rooms This a scam website, they give you an option to choose your room, I did just that selected a double bed room and they confirmed with a one bed room. Fantastic experience: I've booked a hotel with more rooms i rang their customer service number it was answered very quickly and query was sorted out for me by Jim parker who rang the hotel sofitel in abu Dhabi to provide me with the clear information that I requested. Positive experience: Customer service was very helpful. But online booking was problematic. It said my credit card was declined, even though the payment processed successfully. Had to call for the reservation to be confirmed. Would have been nice if it just worked properly in the first place. Still, the person I spoke to on the phone did a good job fixing everything.

Positive experience: Overall fine experience. Price was more than advertised on Skyscanner. When I booked the notification came back that my payment was declined so I had to call. The agent was helpful and got it sorted that the payment wasn’t declined and had gone through. Then he wanted me to fill out this google review before he would send my confirmation number. Very strange to coerce me in to a google review in order to get my confirmation. I refused until I had a confirmation number which eventually was provided and here I am now writing this odd review.
