Negative experience: ****DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY *** I booked a room with two queen beds, we arrive to check-in and were told that the booking was for only one queen bed. This is very upsetting since I selected two beds and paid the price for two beds…Their customer service is extremely poor the number you call does not go through and the service response after submitting a ticket is just letting you know your stay is booked. There is no response to resolve the issue.
