Negative experience: So unprofessional Ordered a large number of dollars and they called me and said that they would match the highest rate I get When I went there 2 days before my trip they didn’t have all the money so i said ok give me what you got They started to count the money and half way they changed their mind again and said we can’t match your rate because that’s all what we got The manager rudely tried to blame me by claiming that i said something different when they phoned me !! But it’s all lies Update : Why would I contact you when you continue your lying?! When you called me you said you would have the full amount and told me you would match the highest rate I get Instead of admitting miscommunication with your colleague you trying to make me sound ignorant about the changes of the rate every day!!!

I popped in to sign up for the TUI Travel Money Card, and Hadley was absolutely fantastic – super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made the whole process so easy and pleasant. She helped me with a last minute holiday and I was so pleased with her service. She also, emailed me the next day and offered me two free trips and free bussiness lounge at the hotel which I am very happy about. For these reasons we have booked a holiday to Cyprus in September and also a cruise in July 2025. We will book with TUI for all our holidays.

Fantastic experience: Me and my girlfriend came in the other day to book out first holiday together. We were both quite nervous at first but becky greeted us with a friendly smile and sat us down to talk through what we wanted. We told her we were nervous but she reassured us and told us everything we would need to know! And found out about a local bus tour of where we are going (valencia).

Fantastic experience: I unfortunately suffered a bereavement and had to cancel my holiday, I called and Nikki took the call and was so attentive and helpful, she couldn't do enough to help me and called me regularly to keep me updated and even called within the TUI group to help move things along. Overall I would like to thank TUI and more importantly thank Nikki who went above and beyond to help me. Nikki shows what customer service is all about and I cannot thank her enough As soon as I see fit I shall be straight to the TUI shop and see Nikki and book my next holiday. Fantastic experience: Went to the shop yesterday to book a holiday for the summer to Rhodes Greece! As we wanted to know if the NHS blue light discount was available in store, we rung up first and Becky answered to let us know that it is available! When we arrived Becky was there to greet us and was so very helpful. She shared some of her experiences with us and took us through everything we needed to know about our holiday. A very great sense of humour made our booking experience even better! Fantastic experience: Visited this week and met Nikki in store who was a fantastic help, making everything so simple for us. She was patient with all our queries & requests, nothing was too much trouble, she helped us book our up coming trip to Turkey and we really excited about it. We didn't feel pressured or rushed and she took the time to find us good flight times, sorted out our airport parking and really made booking this trip a great experience. We would have no hesitation in coming back and left with brochures to start planning next year's holiday too. Highly recommended, the very best service with great advice.

Fantastic experience: We visited Bracknell Tui this weekend and were assisted by Becky. She helped us decide what family holiday to book and answered my many questions! She shared her knowledge and experience with us, helping us to create the perfect package. When spending so much money it is important to know you have made the right choices and have the correct information, not clicked the wrong box or speaking with someone after being on hold for an hour! Negative experience: I would not recommend using Tui, our flight last year was cancelled causing a lot of stress. Our transfers didn’t show up causing further stress and extra money for my family. We had a really long email trail to finally get a credit note and unfortunately not a refund. Tui refused to refund things we paid for that we didn’t receive I.e room upgrade, transfers. Unfortunately the experience has been beyond stressful again and we’ve been miss sold a room type, we’ve tried to upgrade and pay extra but we will be charged for Tui’s mistakes. Every problem seems to be the customers fault and no responsibility is taken also no resolutions are offered. Very disappointing I will not be booking again.

Fantastic experience: I have used TUI Bracknell for a number of years and have always been really delighted with the service. I do however want to make a special recommendation for someone looking at booking a Cruise. Both Charlotte and Fleur are absolutely brilliant, super friendly, very knowledgeable and they do exactly what they say they will do. Plus they have always been able to offer me a better price than going directly with the cruise company, which is why I have just booked again with them. So if you are looking at a cruise or have any queries do speak to Charlotte or Fleur they are both fantastic and TUI are extremely lucky to have these two stars.

Would like to update this review We stayed at Levante club hotel Benidorm Booked as adult only. There has been children here All inclusive.why do we have to pay for cocktails ice creams ,bar snacks, fresh pool towels slush puppy’s and premium drinks Also says 4 bars only 2 open Most of the entailment is carried out in Spanish It’s a shame as hotel is very clean and staff are great I think TUI need to check there information better The problems above are not the fault of TUI Bracknell they were 5star

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend Kelsey Paterson from the Bracknell branch enough. Massively helped me out when I was struggling to amend a booking I had booked but was facing trouble with amending due to my partner being unable to fly along with escalating an issue which had been ongoing for 7 months which she was able to get resolved within a week. If you need anything sorted relating to your holiday, she is the person to go to. Amazing work!
