Fantastic experience: Went in at 4pm, booked within the hour. Courtney went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and answer all questions, I can’t thank her enough for putting my mind at ease that we were making the right choice in where we were going. I had found the holiday online, but then when I went back next day couldn’t find it. I had screen shotted it and showed Courtney and she found it straight away. They also have a Facebook page so if you have any questions you can write on there and they reply really quickly too. Highly recommend using TUI Paignton to book your next holiday.

They were both amazing and helped us cancel down 2 books and change it to 1 booking for 3 people in a different resort. Fantastic experience: Massive MASSIVE thanks to Katie at tui paignton for all her work in sorting out the annual lads snowboard trip .almost every year I sort out this trip by booking everything separately . I have to be honest it’s usually cheaper, however this year Katie worked hard in not only finding us the perfect snowboard trip in the 3 valleys , but matching the price as well ! It was so nice to just go in and pay bits off over the months instead of putting big lumps of money down to pay off the trip : nothing was too much trouble for her and in Fact we are all already booking up for next march . Fantastic experience: I cannot put into words how wonderful the staff in this travel agency are. On Saturday Klaudia went out of her way to help us and Sunday Lisa with someone called Richard over the phone. Lisa was exceptional and so empathetic to help us sort out our problems to get to Majorca. I dont believe you can train staff to be so attentive and kind. It was their genuine and natural way of helping me and I will never forget it. Every holiday I will be booking there and 100% recommend. Thank you TUI you have been incredible xxxxx

Negative experience: Overcharged for exchange rate on GBP to EUR. I checked the Tui website after the transaction to discover their exchange rate was completely different to what i had been charged by the member of staff. Avoid!

Negative experience: AVOID , AVOID, AVOID, can't be trusted, our trip was booked with them, they failed to pass the payment on to the hotel and we got charged again. they tried to clam to was nothing to do with them as they subcontracted our holiday out to another company, when i mentioned that wasn’t my problem the assistant manager hung up the phone, and they wonder why the high street travel agent is struggling. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
