Fantastic experience: We recently came home from a Sicily/Malta Bellarome private tour. Definately 5 stars for service, communication and itinerary. Loved the 24/7 WhatsApp support. They confirmed each day's itinerary via WhatsApp which was great. Always on time, each day's driver and guide were 1st class and we were able to vary the itinerary to suit our wishes. Truly 5 star. We experienced 2 minor issues during the trip and Bellarome fixed both issues - one of which was on a Sunday afternoon. Great service. I could not rate them higher and would definately recommend them if travelling in Italy and Malta (which was beautiful). PS. We had used another private tour company in Italy previously and Bellarome were far better in terms of luxury, service, communications and overall support.

Positive experience: We had a great Scandinavia trip organized by Bellarome. A few minor glitches related to pickups, but they were quickly resolved. Informative personal guides and tours that were tailored to our interests and budget.

Positive experience: We recently booked our London trip through Bellarome Travel, and overall it was a wonderful experience. Antonia and Eliana were professional, responsive, and attentive throughout the planning process. Our accommodations were perfect; comfortable, clean, and very convenient to public transportation. We loved the food tour with Chef Riki, as well as exploring the beautiful Chilterns and Oxford with Moe. Both The Murder Express and The Mousetrap were fantastic additions to our itinerary. Our only concerns were that the first two tours with Olga involved quite a bit of walking and didn’t allow time for leisurely shopping had I known, I would have prepared differently (I wore boots!). The Rock & Roll tour focused mainly on Beatles history, and the Camden Market tasting included just one vendor. Even so, Bellarome delivered an enjoyable and memorable trip overall. I knew from the first call and conversations with Antonia this was going to be an amazing trip, but the trip experience was even better than we could have imagined. When they say VIP, they MEAN VIP. Private transfers in luxury vehicles that take the stress of Sicilian driving off our shoulders. Amazing tour guides who are locals in the towns we visited that tailored the excursions to our preferences. Clean, safe, and centrally located hotels. Fantastic experience: Booked our honeymoon trip to Italy using Bellarome and we were thrilled! They were able to get tours, hotels, and travel completed for us exactly to our style and need. Everywhere we went, we felt like royalty. The team had a What'sApp set up for the trip so we could message the team for anything (one time we couldn't find our driver at the train connection, so they called him and he found us). They sent the agenda for the next day with reminders of times and vouchers for tours. It made it so easy to enjoy our trip. From beginning to end, it was so well planned. We even changed our flight to Italy to land 3 hours earlier and they adjusted. We added a cooking class a month before. It was a great experience and would book with this team again!

Fantastic experience: Everything was first class. We experienced everything we had hoped to and everyone we interacted with were knowledgeable and fun! Fantastic experience: Andrijana prepared a custom vacation for us that covered all of the things we wanted to do on our two weeks vacation to Italy and Greece. We received communications from the local team of agents the day prior to each days tour. They were responsive to any and all questions within minutes. The tours were excellent and the guides we had were top notch. Having skip the line passes to all of our museum and site visits was a life saver as we walked by blocks long lines to enter without a wait. The transportation was via comfortable eight passenger vans which was perfect for our group of eight. The timing of events was perfect as we showed up for each one at the precise time on the tickets. All of the hotels were perfect 3 to 4 star accommodations that included a delicious breakfast. I would not hesitate using Bellarome for my future travels. I give the an A+.

Fantastic experience: The trip was designed according to our interests and activity level, and before and during the trip any inquiries we sent were promptly responded to. Every transition, driver, guide, and hotel reflected what we hoped for. Most of the guides and drivers were fluent in English (one used a translation app, which worked fine), and several of the guides were superior (in terms of their knowledge of whatever we were touring, their enthusiasm for their subject matter, and their willingness to assist me with uneven terrain). The hotels were fantastic and located close to city centers and important attractions. Being met at train stations, airports, and hotels by the drivers made getting around exceptionally easy (and pleasant). Thanks to Bellarome for creating a truly memorable trip!

Fantastic experience: Zicasso-Bellarome Travel arranged our trip from Milan, Verona, and Venice. All arrangements were made from pick up at Milan Airport and transportation to our first hotel and train travel/lodging to follow-on cities. Flawless performance. Zicasso-Bellarome also made arrangements for privately guided tours in each city and the side trips to Lake Como and Garda. The highlights of the trip are too numerous to list. Fantastic experience: Top 3 vacation of my life and I've been lucky enough to go on many holidays over my 65 years. From the hotels we stayed at, the food at the resorts and the people at both the resorts and in public, everything was perfect. We had a little snafu at the beginning when our flight was cancelled and we ended up leaving 24 hours later, nothing to do with Bellarome, and after one quick phone call to Bellarome the itinerary was adjusted to our new day and time of arrival. Drivers met us at hotels and airports when they were supposed to, hotel rooms were available and ready when they should be, and our organized trips went off like a dream. A helicopter tour of one of the islands was cancelled due to the airport being closed and we received a refund within days of our return. Pearl Resorts in both Bora Bora and Taha'a were particularly nice, great choice Bellarome!!

Ludovica worked with us to design an awesome mix of organized tours and self-exploration. Fantastic experience: Ours was a 10 day trip through Italy beginning in Rome, on to Florence and finishing in Venice. This was the trip of a lifetime! There were so many wonderful experiences, but I want to commend Bellarome for the incredible arrangements that made this trip the joy that it was. As we tell others about the trip, we always begin with the amazing way we were met by 'agents' who guided us through airports and met us at train stations, along with the drivers who got us to hotels and tour guides who were all exactly 'on time' and very cordial. We had several tours lined up and each one was wonderful. But the two that stood out as very exceptional were the tour of the Vatican in Rome and the final tour of Venice. These two tour guides were spell binding! And then, they went way over the top by taking us to their favorite places to eat and introducing us to the proprietors for two of the best meals we had. The three, four star hotels were all excellent and the front desk staff were so patient with us, explaining directions and recommending where to eat. To make a long story brief, Bellarome took all of the stress and worries about the logistics out of this trip which set us free to enjoy the time. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Everything from the initial customized planning of our trip to Rome and Amalfi with Nicole through to our organized activities with their daily support staff and fabulous guides Franco, Dino, and Nick made our trip a success! Fantastic experience: We had a simply marvelous trip arranged by Bellaroma to the Amalfi coast of Italy. Having experienced agents made a huge difference for all hotels, restaurants, and excursions. The Hotel Poseidon was so beautiful (both inside and out) that we felt like we were staying in a museum. The service there was extraordinary and the people were super friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: 5 Stars is not enough!! We loved loved our time in Sicily. We have never experienced such a flawless trip from the airport transfers, hotel transfers and excursions and guides. My heart felt gratitude to Fredricka in assisting with the genealogy. She was phenomenal!! We uncovered so much family history. Not only did I see the town and the street he lived on, I also toured the church he was baptized and confirmed in with copies of these. The cherry on top was finding distant cousin. Fantastic experience: WOW!!! During the course of planning our (4 in our group) trip to Greece and Italy, we ran across many travel agencies with great reviews. We also ran across Zicasso and decided to reach out to them as well. Our point of contact at Zicasso was Stephen who took down our information including our proposed itinerary along with our personal information. Stephen was fantastic to work with and within a day or two provided us with several travel agencies he determined could meet our needs. One of those agencies was Bellarome Travel. When we first spoke with Mario at Bellarome we were all impressed by his willingness to work within our budget while at the same time providing us with the best travel experience possible. Mario was friendly, courteous, responsive and extremely helpful in putting together our initial itinerary. As we continued to refine our plans, Mario was always available to answer questions and to provide additional guidance and direction. Each time we made adjustments, Bellarome provided us with a new detailed itinerary, in color with links, pictures, etc. In addition to providing us with a formal written itinerary, Mario's team reached out to us each day of our trip via WhatsApp and provided us with an outline of the next day's plans including times, locations, etc. What a great use of WhatsApp - A+ to Mario and Bellarome travel. Our initial impressions of Mario and Bellarome Travel proved to be well founded once our trip started and we arrived at our initial destination in Athens, Greece. The driver who met us at the Airport was top notch. He was friendly, courteous, and had a great sense of humor. Those characteristics remained true throughout our travel with each driver and guide we met. All were a pleasure to work with. In addition to the people we were in contact with, the hotels and the restaurants included in our trip were outstanding. Clearly Mario has taken the time to put together a great team. Fantastic experience: I have always wanted to travel to Europe but it seemed too overwhelming. A friend had used Bellerome and highly recommended the company so for our 70th birthdays we went to Italy and Greece for 21 days. Our agent was Ludovica who did an outstanding job turning our rough outline into the trip of a lifetime. She listened to my concerns, made wonderful suggestions and designed a fantastic trip that far exceeded our expectations. The 24 hour helpdesk was also amazing keeping us on track. We requested drivers because the trains seemed challenging but as it turned out the trains are very easy to use. It all worked out as we really enjoyed all our drivers who were professional and able to communicate in english. We requested 3 star hotels and impressed with all with the breakfasts an added treat! Each hotel was unique to the area we were staying and added to our enjoyment. We especially loved Maria’s Place in Oia. If we were to recommend one change it would be to stay closer to the Acropolis in Athens. The hotel was nice with a great rooftop view of the Acropolis but situated a little too far out. I am not exaggerating when I say every arrangement, excursion and tour was outstanding, but we did have our favorites. Special thanks to our boat captain with Vernazza Water Taxi and Cinque Terre guide Elisa and our extremely knowledgable and personable Pompei tour guide, Nick Landolfi. But the highlight goes to Caldera Yachting on Santorini and their very hospitable and entertaining crew Anesthis, Costis and Utis. We would highly recommend Bellerome Travel.

Fantastic experience: Bellarome Travel organized an amazing 11 day tour of Sicily. I'd never been on a tour and was concerned. They did a spectacular job, catering with care even to people who couldn't walk well. The guides at each site were excellent. Bellarome arranged for a birthday celebration at a Mt. Etna winery--with a generous and fabulous wine tasting to pair with each course--that was fabulous. I also liked the hotels, the bus was comfortable and the driver tops. They clearly know how to arrange a tour.

Fantastic experience: Bellarome Travel planned the trip of a lifetime for me and my husband in Sicily. We specified that we wanted to have one cooking class and go to a resort on Salina Island, one of the Aeolian islands easily reached by a high-speed hydrofoil ship. The cooking class in Siracusa was one of the highlights, as the chef was fun and amazing. Our agent, Mario, arranged for a wonderful boat trip from Salina to Lipari. We ate lunch with our captain and his son. They were both so delightful, telling us about their passion for fishing, cooking and more. We started the trip in Palermo, where at the well appointed Hotel Politiama, we had a large balcony with a view of the city and surrounding mountains. We had excellent, knowledgeable and friendly private guides (and drivers where needed). We went to the Monreale Cathedral with the beautiful mosaics. Mario arranged for us to have a truly gourmet lunch near the cathedral. We went to Agrigento where we saw ancient Greek Temples. We went to Noto and saw ancient Roman mosaic floors. We went to the Marsala wine region where we visited two wineries for tastings and lunch at the second one. We ended in Taormina at the beautiful Hotel Belvedere that had magnificent views and a swimming pool. The hotel staff, I believe, gave us extra special welcomes, knowing we were booked by Bellarome Travel. This agency was attentive and communicated with us daily and responded to any questions or concerns in the best possible way. Mario also gave us excellent restaurant recommendations for each location. As per our request, the trip was the perfect mix of sightseeing, wine tastings, boat trips (2) and leisure time. I would gladly use Bellarome Travel in the future.

Fantastic experience: Wow. Just wow! We were able to personalize our trip for how we like to travel. When we were creating the trip, Andrijana from Zicasso, our travel consultant, really encouraged us to keep the Milos sailing tour. I was hesitant - I get carsick! Andrijana assured us the Milos sailing tour would be a highlight of our trip. She was 100% correct! I am so glad we had that experience! Swimming in the clearest water, exploring caves, watching cliff jumping and the food!! One of my favorite tours was the Flavors of Naxos tour - it gave us a glimpse of the life of Naxians and the experience of creating a meal with a local chef! We can't wait to recreate our Naxos meal at home! So many wonderful experiences and precious memories shared. Having all the transfers set up made getting to the hotels or guided tours stress free. Having private tour guides was the best! The tour guides were personable and knowledgeable, we learned so much from each of them! Even though we were sent an itinerary ahead of time, along with any train tickets, etc. It was such a relief that we received a daily update from Bellarome giving us the next day's schedule and digital tickets. Each one was spotless, comfortable, and ideally located, allowing us to easily walk to many of the top attractions. We especially loved our stay at Hotel Villa Pinciana in Rome. Our room was incredibly spacious, featuring a separate sitting area and a private rooftop patio, which added a luxurious touch to our stay. Although we traveled by train, they handled all the transfers to and from the stations, which took the stress out of the process and allowed us to focus on enjoying our journey. The staff was responsive and incredibly helpful with any issues or questions that came up throughout the two weeks, making us feel well taken care of the entire time. Fantastic experience: We planned our trip to Italy using European Tours and Vacations (a subsidiary of Bellarome), which we found through Zicasso, in July 2024. Our agent, Francesca, was so wonderful to work with and highly communicative throughout the process. We gave Francesca a high level overview of what we wanted to do, anchoring the trip around a wedding we had in Lake Como. From there, she gave us a draft itinerary which only needed slight changes, and once we gave the go-ahead she took care of absolutely everything else. We ended up visiting Venice, Florence, Sorrento, and Rome, with excursions including a gondola ride in Venice, a private walking tour and a day trip to Tuscany from Florence, scuba diving and visiting Pompeii and Herculaneum from Sorrento, and finally private tours of the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums in Rome. We did a ton of sightseeing and structured tours, but were still left with plenty of leisure time to rest and figure out other activities and meals on our own. ETAV took care of booking a rental car, all of the hotels, all of our train rides between each city, private transfers between train stations and hotels, and all of the excursion/activity tickets. All of the hotels they booked for us were excellent; each included a wonderful breakfast, had A/C (which was essential for traveling in July), and had overall amazing hospitality. When we got to Italy it was just a matter of following the detailed PDF itinerary we were given; everything went off without a single hitch. It was truly the trip of a lifetime and we barely had to lift a finger. I would highly highly recommend ETAV/Bellarome for planning a trip to Italy (however, I would NOT recommend traveling to Italy in the middle of summer ).

We were treated and cared for like VIPs and maximized our time in Sicily it was so worth it to see Sicily this way. Before I even got home I was texting and sharing my experiences with family and friends and told everyone they should come to Sicily and use Bellarome for an incredible time in a beautiful country. Several of my friends have put Sicily on their short list of places to visit in the next couple of years after my rave reviews of my travels and BellaRome.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I just returned from our first visit to the Lake Region of Italy. We have traveled extensively over the years but our agent had recently passed away and we were in need of a new agent. Luckily for us, an acquaintance recommended Nicole Morello from Bellarome travel. I cannot praise Nicole highly enough, as well as the Help Desk Bellarome provided to us throughout our stay. Nicole was thoughtful, lovely, well spoken and all in all a pleasure to deal with. She listened to our wants and dreams for this trip to be special as we were celebrating our Golden Anniversary. Nicole worked on our itinerary, was open to any modifications we requested and made excellent suggestions to us. Nicole selected the most wonderful 5 star hotels I have ever stayed at, as well as creating a custom itinerary which met our physical challenges. From 5 star transfers to private boat excursions we learned all about Lake Maggiore, Lake Como and Lake Garda. We visited castles, gardens and small islands with lovely cafes and amazing histories. Nicole requested room upgrades when available, and so each of our rooms/suites were beautiful and had terraces overlooking lovely views of the lakes. Our one day trip to Switzerland was absolutely perfect! The help desk could not have been more efficient. Every evening we were given the pick up information and itinerary for the next day. After our day trips were completed, the desk checked to see if all had gone smoothly and efficiently. We truly felt pampered and totally at ease during our vacation. I cannot recommend Nicole and Bellarome travel highly enough. In fact my sister in law is using Bellarome and Nicole for their family to visit England and Amsterdam in the upcoming year. Fantastic experience: Our family planned this trip to Sicily to see where our ancestors came from over 100 years ago. Everything was wonderful. The food was fantastic and the included lunches/dinners were at great restaurants. All our tour guides were both knowledgeable and a lot of fun. When we needed to make a few changes to the itinerary while we were in Sicily Bella Rome was very accommodating. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend Bella Rome to anyone traveling to Sicily/Italy.

Fantastic experience: We had our trip to Tuscany planned by Bellarome recently and we were pleased as most of it went as planned without any hiccups. Where there was a delay their help desk was very efficient to respond. All transfers proceeded smoothly and on time. We want to acknowledge the drivers Vieri and Enrico who had been marvelous in keeping us entertained throughout our trips. Our guides Alessandra and Fabio in Florence and Bologna were equally entertaining. Fabio was truly excellent as a guide in Bologna. Our guide in Cinque Terra was less so as I think she should not have been wearing heels in a place like Cinque Terra as the key spot she left us to walk on our own. Fantastic experience: Bellarome helped us plan a family holiday to Rome and Sorrento. It was amazing! All the transport went smoothly, including airport pick up and drop offs and the train from Rome to Naples. Communication from Bellarome was clear and they provided us with all we asked for. Our family tour of the Coliseum was excellent and Hotel Lancelot gave us a large family room from which to base our time in Rome. The skip the line tickets provided for the Vatican were easy to use. Once in Sorrento, Hotel Florida was relaxing and our adjoining rooms gave us all the space we needed. Our family tour to Pompeii and Vesuvius was at just the right pace for us and the lunch at the vineyard was a real highlight of the holiday. I would also recommend the chairlift on Capri - outstanding views. We had an amazing time and I would definitely use this company again.

Jenny was our consultant and she graciously and professionally answered ALL our questions for every detail of our trip. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and we wanted the planning, and the trip itself, to be as care-free for us as possible! Their 24/7 Help Desk was fabulous. We found ourselves in need of assistance on a few occasions: 1) our plane was delayed in arriving to Rome and the Help Desk contacted us and rebooked our pickup time & driver; 2) we went walking on our own and we were going to be 10 minutes late for our evening convertible Fiat tour of Rome. I texted the Help Desk and they notified the driver and he waited for us; and 3) We got off the Bullet Train from Florence to Venice 2 stops to soon, but the Help Desk got us "back on track" again! We have recommended Bellarome Travel to our friends and we will again use Bellarome Travel & Jenny again in our future travels.

Positive experience: Nearly didn't use them as couldn't get hold of anyone on the phone and email answers weren't adequate. Did purchase a sports travel package eventually ....impressed with private transfer in Merc saloon with a brilliant driver, Andrea, he gave us a tour, he laughed,smiles and was very imformative and we were happy to tip him. We really hoped he would be with us for the return journey. Return driver was not comparable. Barely even said hello Hotel was very tired, Aircon and windows broken, carpets stained Bellarome need to review the hotels they chose Would be great to have transfer to stadium included as was very difficult via public transport

Fantastic experience: We all had a great experience in Rome for my belated 40th birthday to watch the Rugby. Hotel was in a fantastic position and had a lovely roof top bar. Great breakfast and great staff. The game was great, had fantastic seats. All in all definitely would recommend.

The hotel was good location and clean with the staff being very friendly. Our seats at the rugby were also amazing for the price we paid. The Hotel Narvona Colors was in a perfect place, away from tourist streets but close enough to stroll to all the sights. Fantastic experience: We used this agency via Zicasso for a 2 week trip to Italy in May of 2023. Overall, they planned an exceptional trip, and the guides/ most hotels were wonderful. We did have an issue arise about a vendor that failed to show up, but we were ultimately compensated and received a free upgrade on another tour we had scheduled in Florence. I would use Bellarome again especially for trips to Italy.

Negative experience: Honestly super disappointed. The itinerary looked dreamy unfortunately they dropped the ball over and over again. Our itinerary said we would be staying in 4 star accommodations and every single one was only 2 or 3 stars. There were only a couple hotels we actually enjoyed. They dropped the ball on scheduled tours to MULTIPLE places that never even happened and many tours that did happen were not accurately described. They completely swindled us and we didn’t even get refunds for THEIR mistakes. Will never use again. Terrible customer service thieves.

Positive experience: Excellent hotel choices in Naples and Rome for our bespoke two-centre trip. Travel arrangements and pickups worked smoothly (the intercity train delay was a nuisance but not the fault of Bellarome). Perhaps more in-city information might have been helpful, especially as Rome in particular was exceptionally busy and we struggled to book last minute entrance to places

Fantastic experience: We are coming to the final part of our trip, and I have nothing but gratitude and praise for Andrijana and the team. We have travelled from lake garda, Bolgona, Florence, Rome and now Sorrento. Everything we asked for has been arranged from air tickets to hotel bookings to train tickets to excursions (delicious bologna is an absolute must which is reccomended by Andrijana) to taxis, where needed, for our ongoing journey. Everything has been seamless. We had a slight glitch with a hotel issue but the Bellarome team intervened and made the ongoing trip even more special. We initially booked a trip with Bellarome in 2020 however due to Covid it never happened. At the time they dealt with the situation professionally and refunded us without any problems. As a result we were determined that if they survived Covid, as I can't imagine how tough it would have been for such a company through covid, then we would make sure we booked with them again.
