Fantastic experience: A very friendly helpful member of staff called natasha spent a lot of time on 2 seperate visits sorting out a holiday for myself and my partner. She was lovely. And we can get currency there at a good rate too. Well recommend hayes travel to book your holiday with. And several payment options with low deposits.

Negative experience: Despite being clear we needed the full package with transfers as our elderly mums were with us. The manager Linda forgot to add this request and left us 2 days before holiday trying to sort this out. Not very thorough agents.
