It’s great entertainment good food and you’re always in good company. I enjoy every Christmas here and this year. Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed Cricket St Thomas with my elderly mother. Great entertainment and accommodation. Lots to do in the time snd fully decorated for The only thing that we had problems with was the booking office which was up a flight of stairs in Teignmouth .

Fantastic experience: Our trip with majestic was fabulous. The coach driver was funny and informative and we watched a couple of christmas films which made a long trip pleasant. The hotel was fantastic and thursford christmas spectacular was brilliant. I would definitely take another trip with majestic in future.

Fantastic experience: We have just arrived home from a 5 day break in Blackpool, hotel was excellent, room very comfortable, wonderful staff who couldn't do enough for you. The coach journey was well executed and well organised and our driver Steph was truly amazing, could not fault her she was very friendly, kept us updated and her driving was 2nd to none.

Negative experience: Disgusting behaviour coach drivers, a woman discovered a cat on board partway through the journey and the mong of a driver just let it out when at a services miles away from where it could of got on. Disgusting behaviour and I bet the company does nothing to fix this.

Fantastic experience: Lovely 4 days away, at the Tiffanys hotel.Rooms where adequate, but the bed mattresses, where complained about by several people on the trip, ourselves included.Bar prices slightly Highland entertainment was varied, Excursions where enjoyed by all.Food in the hotel, was delicious, and served by lovely people, who went out of their way to help, everyone.The reception staff,where helpful with all enquiries,and the cleaners, came daily to service the rooms.Majestic provided a comfortable coach, and our Driver Nathan,was a lovely helpful guy.All in all the trip was one, that will always be remembered, thanks to Majestic Travel.Mrs A.M.Davies

Fantastic experience: What a brilliant holiday! Isle of Nan was fantastic! So much to see & do, the guide was incredibly knowledgeable. Loved staying over in Blackpool to see the lights on the way.

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed our trip to Whitby and Goathland. Found York a bit too busy. Scarborough was a lovely place, we stayed at the Royal Hotel which was very good, we enjoyed the food and relaxing in the lounge areas. We spent one day discovering what was in the town, we were not disappointed and would visit there again.

Positive experience: FIRST THE BAD BIT rooms very poor very old beds broken chest of drawers. very old bathroom with small shower, Hotel staff were lovely , Very steep steps to get into the hotel difficult to lift cases up. Lift not working one side of the hotel so more stairs to get your case up . and more stairs to the basement Restaurant. The Food was very good and so were the staff there. Entertainment very good on the monday night, close to the bus and Tram stop.

Fantastic experience: The Ilse of Man trip was great, from the driver, hotels and tours. Would really recommend this trip.

Fantastic experience: Grand hotel lives up to it's name. Rooms are adequate, view is breathtaking. The excursions were top notch, with a very accommodating driver who made the trips out pleasureable. Meal times meant the evenings were ours, the food especially breakfast was excellent and varied. But for the long hours to make the journey, we would consider going to Scarborough again.

Fantastic experience: A great first time experience travelling with Majestic to the Isle of Wight, very good value for money, the hotel was situated perfectly for all my needs, everyone was really friendly as I was a lone traveller, coach driver was lovely and very professional at all times, good excursions, would definately recommend!

Fantastic experience: This was an excellent holiday. I learnt so much about the Isle of Man. The coach driver and the guide were both knowledgeable and helpful as I am a bit disabled. The coach journey and crossing were not easy but this was due to factors beyond the scope of Majestic.

Fantastic experience: 5 day trip to the Isle of Wight was excellent, everything on time , plenty of excursions to places of interest, great coach driver ( Stuart) good food in the hotel ( Royal Pier hotel Sandown). Good value holiday , would recommend .

Fantastic experience: Just come back from Liverpool Adelphi hotel which has loads of old fashioned charm right in the center of the city. Excursions very good especially the Beatles tour. We also had plenty of time left each day to explore the city with it's lovely cathedrals, shops and waterfront. Thank you everyone for a most enjoyable holiday. The weather was great too.

Positive experience: Our tour was Switzerland. A lot of driving, obviously. A beautiful country and a lovely hotel. Our drivers were Adam and Matt who were superb - nothing was too much trouble for them. If I had one complaint it was the coach, which was immaculate but not very comfortable for the amount of time we were travelling!

Fantastic experience: I had a lovely break away food was a little disappointing the vegetables the roasted potato's lamb meat balls looked dried up and not appertising to eat dessert didn't look to fresh and pre made but I really must say I really enjoyed the daily soup

Fantastic experience: Edinburgh tattoo tour a good experience driver was excellent and very helpfull hotel(Queen Jubilee) was excellent good service, clean and excellent facilities (pool gym etc) good trips out. Good value and would recommend it if you have not done it yet.

Positive experience: Just back from Yorkshire tour and the advertised full day in york was a huge disappointment. Arrived at the coach park 10.45am and was told to be back by 2.30pm! With it taking 15mins to get to a starting point, That left everyone with about 3hrs! (Certainly not a full day and felt short changed) When you don't eat at the hotel until 7pm and getting back soon after 4.30pm that left over 2hrs spare. Dont think anyone got to the jorvik centre as no time and fully booked. Skipton and Harrogate was nice, the saltaire visit was interesting with an informative tour. Haworth (Bronte) unfortunately was a bit wet and we got stopped off at the bottom of the main Street so the walk up the steep hill was difficult for some pasengers, locals told people that coaches are meant to park at the top. Woolpack was a nice nostalgic visit. Airport Hotel Britannia is a budget hotel with standard rooms but with a good choice of food for breakfast and evening meals. Overall left a bit disappointed mainly from the York not even half a day trip. If this is the norm then it shouldn't be advertised as a full day.

Fantastic experience: Just returned from The Riviera, Torquay. Great staff, food and excellent entertainment. Our driver Stuart done us all proud.

Fantastic experience: Having just arrived back from coach holiday in Torquay, suitably refreshed, I found the Hotel Riviera to be very satisfactory, the food and entertainment were excellent, and the accommodation was good. The holiday was also enhanced by the excellent coach driver who made it his priority to appease my fellow holidaymakers, many thanks to him for that. All in all a great time was had by all.

Negative experience: I went on the June Bruges and Ghent trip mainly because I was looking for my great - uncle’s grave from ww1 and this trip also gave me the opportunity to visit Ypres, the Flanders Fields (so I thought) and Ghent. I’m guessing this was the first time this trip was attempted by Majestic holidays and in theory it could have been wonderful and having never been on a Majestic holiday before, I was impressed by the administration before departure. However, although the hotel had a great location, good food, comfortable rooms, the rooms weren’t serviced once during our stay. Nor was there tea and coffee in the rooms in spite of having hospitality trays! Having paid a single supplement £150 for four nights, I wasn’t that impressed. Also, smoking is allowed on the terraces and as there was no barrier between rooms and I had a chain smoker next to me, I just didn’t want to go out on the terrace or open my doors, which wasn’t good in the very hot weather we had while there. The hotel is a very slick operation and I’m sure is very successful and it felt that no effort whatsoever had been put in place to accommodate our relatively small English speaking coach party. They didn’t need to - easy money! The driver was very pleasant, but not a great communicator in terms of timings, etc and it felt like he was making decisions based on his own convenience throughout and I don’t think he was as as confident about where he was going and the itinerary as he would have had us believe! I voiced my observations when I got back to Majestic and I felt that they were very careful about what they said in reply. Based on this, my first experience with Majestic, the holiday was disappointing and certainly did not represent good value for money for me as a single passenger. For those reasons, I wouldn’t book with them again, nor could I recommend them based on this experience and their response to my feedback.

Fantastic experience: The total experience was first class from my first phone call to my return home. The 12 hr coach journey was not as bad as I expected and the crowd on the coach were very good to be with. It is the best Majestic holiday I have had. 3 previously all very good but not to this standard. Other to a lack of any entertainment or even back ground music quietly in the bar area. There was a minor issue with one of the guests regarding table place allocation. We were not instructed to keep the same seats, I personally wanted to meet and talk to as many of the guests as possible so meal times were ideal for this. It was all very easily resolved. but more clarity would have averted this, plus there were not enough seats for the number of Majestic guests on the first night but easily resolved.

Fantastic experience: The Edinburgh Tattoo trip staying at The Golden Jubilee Hotel was exceptional. Everything about the tour was excellent. The Driver Phil went above and beyond his duty.

Fantastic experience: Another great break with Majestic. Tony the driver was very professional and polite. The hotel is only a 3 star but you get what you pay for so be aware.

Fantastic experience: I recently enjoyed a holiday with Majestic, we were picked up on time and we'll catered for throughout. We visited Lincoln, the International Bomber Command, Stamford and the Springfield Shopping Outlet which had lovely garden. We finished our holiday with a visit to Burley House and gardens which was wonderful. Overall a good holiday with good service.

Fantastic experience: Everything was fantastic, despite the Irish Ferry being delayed by about 3 hours each way. Our driver Phil and the team at the hotel couldn't do enough to make our stay one of the best holidays we've ever had. We'll certainly be using Majestic next time AND insist that we have Phil as our driver again!

Fantastic experience: A terrific trip to Switzerland with majestic. Our drivers, Matt and Adam were great not only as drivers but as hosts for our group. They were keen to ensure that everyone had an enjoyable time. Matt and Adam were also flexible with the itinerary to ensure our sightseeing was on the best days for good weather. Many thanks to Matt and Adam for making our Switzerland trip a memorable one.Finaly, the Seepilateus hotel in Hergiswel was a superb location on the edge of the lake.

Fantastic experience: Lovely few days away in llandudno North Wales. Lovely driver , called Patrick made us laugh with his jokes , and was very friendly. Had trip to port merion, where the prisoner was made, many years ago .beautiful place .also saw the smallest house in u.k ,.and had trip on steam train, and tram up tother top of the Orme .beautiful views from there .filled our few days with seeing so much. Entertainment at hotel good , especially first 2 nights ..Good singers but also very funny .food lovely as well .must go into weatherspoons to see what they,ve done inside ..so lovely

Negative experience: Don't waste your time booking a Majestic holiday. I booked three holidays for this year and they have all been cancelled by Majestic weeks before departure. I have rated one star as not possible to do zero.

Fantastic experience: Excellent tour to Belgium , Bruges, Oostende and Ypres . Coach driver Paul from Dartline was excellent with a relaxed itinerary and easy going . Hotel was opposite the beach, near shops and had a balcony. The food was great, the beds super comfy and it was very clean with friendly staff - had some great excursions . Been on a few coach holidays - can never complain for the money - highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Just back from Rob Roy Country and The Trossachs. Fabulous holiday. Booking staff, coach driver (Phil) and everyone involved get top marks. Rob Roy Hotel Aberfoyle was set in a beautiful location. Food excellent rooms nicely decorated and clean, staff friendly and all the excursions included in the holiday well worth a visit. Would highly recommend. Excellent value for money

Positive experience: From pick up to the end of our tour everything went well, the Grand Hotel is a superb building but the decor is currently being restored but no problem, it is ideally situated for access to the town and we were amazed at the standard of cleanliness, no litter flying around at all. The excursions were excellent and the driver Patrick kept us fully informed whilst driving. All in all one of the best scenic holidays we have had. Well done Majestic

Fantastic experience: We went to chestworth house hotel last week.we had a great time.the hotel was great the staff couldn't do enough for.if you had a problem they would sort it.we has a Seaview room which was great.the room was very nice and clean.had some problem with water as being on the top floor.we went to see the staff and we could I had another room.but decided to stay in our room because of the Seaview. only thing I think they need to sort out is the evening menu.becaure if you like roast every night you will be OK.on the fourth night we when out for a meal as roast every night was to much for us.marj our driver was really good.we would go back to this hotel.but to long of journey for us.we went with majestic. We would use these again.

Fantastic experience: The Switzerland tour is an exceptional trip. The beautiful Seehotel Pilatus in Hergiswil is a fabulous choice with its position on Lake Luzern and the outstanding views. The hotel rooms were lovely, clean and very comfortable. The excursions were wonderful as were the coach drivers Adam and Mat. A fabulous tour and very reasonable price. Thank you Majestic, I loved everything about it.

Fantastic experience: Our Switzerland tour with majestic tours was a blast. The service provided throughout our time away was excellent. Pick up was spot on time and with only two other pick up points at services in Exeter and Bristol along the way we were not subjected to a prolonged journey to channel crossing in Dover. The hotel in Switzerland "See Pilatus" was excellent and a cool swim in lake Lucerne was most enjoyable if a little bracing. The spa facilities were a welcome addition to relax after a day exploring. The food served in the hotel was very good and varied, continental breakfast to fuel the day and four course dinner each evening. The drivers Adam and Matt were excellent and made sure we were well cared for and catered for regular stops and in travel drinks supply, and also insured our safety at all times. Yes the journey is a long one from UK to Switzerland but with a stop over hotel on our outward and inbound return journey gave us time to recharge. A totally enjoyable time was had and we are left with some lovely memories of such a beautiful country.

Fantastic experience: I attended a Michael Bublé, Jersey Boys and Tom Jones Tribute weekend at the Templestowe in Torquay 16th-19th February 2024. The entertainment was excellent, food was delicious, Customer service was super, and my bedroom was comfortable. Will stay again

Fantastic experience: All good. Entertainment was West End quality and we ain't easily pleased. We were served again by Dougie in the restaurant, he's a diamond. Don't rate the excursions but who cares the hotel was home from home.
