Negative experience: First of all the driver was rude and unfriendly at all , also they didnot tell me the price on the phone and didnot open the meter reading device and at the end charged me 20 pound for an 8 minutes drive … I would make sure to avoid next time Iam adding this part after your company reply because i cannot add another reply to your comment , Iam absolutelybin shock I didnot expect such an unprofessional attitude !! So first scammed me by not telling me the price of the service beforehand ( even if i cut off the line as you are claiming which is obviously not the case you could have either called back or let the driver tell me the price at the start of the journey ) , after that you called me shoutinv , screaming , calling me a liar because i said 20 while it was 18 ( what an absolute joke ) , I didnot lie i just said an aproximate number . You were as well threatining me trying to get me to remove my comment . You have completely ruined my day out with my family to the limit i had to block your number to make you stop calling me rebeatedely . You claim that you take feedbacks seriously while you obviously donot , you werenot even trying to listen to me and you just kept screaming and shouting unprofessionally. Obviously , I donot have any thing against your company apart from having a very bad experience today so i wanted everyone to be careful and try to aviod having the same awful experience . You also shared my number wothout my permission which as well proves my whole point about your unprofissional attitude.Iam more than happy for you to report me to the authorities but i donot think this will solve the problem .I thought that you will take my review professionally and try to reflect and improve your service the next time but it seems like i was absolutely wrong .

My daughter mentioned that the driver was excellent, and she was safely delivered right to our door. Fantastic experience: Once again Cantabury Taxis came to my rescue : Ian was fully booked but got me in time to my meeting by fitting me in. Emile has so far been amazing both yesterday and today in his driving ,quiet but polite manner and the conversation was great , too. I would rate Emile as highly as the company . It is the staff that make a place successful and whilst drivers are often blamed for being late even when assigned a job late they hardly get praise that they rightly deserve. I rate Emile s driving very highly as I usually notice all the bumps and troughs if I am intently reading but with Emile it was a very smooth journey each time. I would commend Cantabury Taxis on engaging such a good driver and hope I ll get to see Emile again next time I am in Cantabury for work and calling in Cantabury Taxis for their kind, reliable assistance. I wish Emile a good holiday in Poland to see his mother and I hope my feedback is passed on to him by Ian , ( with a raise in what he s paid for the good name he has brought to Cantabury Taxis as his good service has even exceeded the excellent service from this company , if that were possible!).THANK YOU. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Karen and Ian on Sept 23, 2024. We needed a taxi to drive our VIP guests from Canterbury to London and we only gave them very short notice. Karen was extremely helpful because I had a US phone, our guests had a Malaysian phone as contact but none of that fazed Karen. The driver kept me informed of the ETA at destination as I had to be present to greet our VIP guests. I would highly recommend Canterbury Taxis to everyone! May Sun

Fantastic experience: Called this taxi service last night. My sister is disabled and has an electric wheelchair. We have struggled with the wheelchair with other taxis before, but this service gets a 10 out of 10 from us. The driver couldn’t have been more helpful. The wheelchair did not faze him at all and he was so polite. Will DEFINITELY use again and would highly recommend them.

Quick response, considerate drivers and dispatchers, on time, friendly and professional. Trips to hospital appointments and vet appointments have been made easier knowing I can rely on the drivers. All of them are great but a special mention to Darran Williams who has been wonderful at avoiding potholes, taking it easy and very kind after hospital appointments.

Your driver was brilliant, he helped with water and support, ensuring I got back into my home and settled before he left. His actions were way above the call of duty, and I'm very grateful. Fantastic experience: Fantastic. I never used them before as I'm driving myself but my car was in the garage and I couldn't cope with this humid hot day as my equipment for work is really heavy. The driver put it carefully into the boot during I dealt with the keys. All I wanted was to get to the garage after work and pick up my car. Emil the driver arrived earlier wich I appreciated a lot as I was already ready. He recognised that I just want to sit in silence so he didn't said one single word during the journey which was 5* perfect for me as I could send a few working message and finish my day in peace. He drove very carefully, was polite with pedestrians crossing the street, 5* again. I definitly will use this service again if in need. Thanks

Negative experience: They are really bad. Your work is too slow. It won't be there on time

Negative experience: Drivers are all very good and give a great service. But the call centre is awful, there is a guy that will talk in a patronising fashion, and regularly hangs up the phone for no good reason ‍ not long after leaving this review, I was repeatedly called from the same guy, just wanting to argue with me. So many calls in fact, that I was close to calling the police to report harassment. I did in fact chose to not do so, but, had to block there number to stop the harassment callings.

Fantastic experience: I rely on cabs a lot & Canterbury Taxis is the only one who's never let me down. They've only been late once, and gave me a heads up beforehand. Consistent prices and the drivers are always very nice. Plus they're good with dogs. I have a very big one that has to travel with me and they're the only cab company that hasn't given me a hard time about it.
