Fantastic experience: My wife & I dropped into the Livingston store today where we were greeted by Natalie. We explained that we were looking to book a Sandals resort 2 week holiday for April / May 2026. Natalie was extremely helpful and patient with us as she took us through the various resorts that we were interested in. She pointed out the pro’s & cons of each resort and identified the best airports to fly into with the least transfer time to the resort. Natalie was very friendly and helped alley any slight concerns we had & answered all (& there were a lot) of questions that we had. Through her excellent knowledge of the Sandals resorts & their surrounding area’s, Natalie helped us book a holiday to Barbados. We can’t thank Natalie enough for all of her help! We will certainly be looking to book more holidays with Natalie & Barrhead Travel in future.

I called Barrhead Travel to arrange this change and I was automatically put through to the Livingston branch. Positive experience: This is the first time using Barrhead travel and it won’t be the last. It took all the stress out off booking everything myself. Natalie was great, went through everything with us. Gave us choices and suggested things we hadn’t thought off. Nothing was too much trouble, if we weren’t happy with something, she would try and rectify it. Correspondence afterwards to date, is great. We just need the Holliday to be good now.

Fantastic experience: Went in to Barrhead travel in Livingston today and we're greeted by Natalie Gordon. She was very diligent and found us a wonderful holiday. We had gone in with a few ideas but Natalie spoke with Joe who gave us some ideas and within an hour we had our wonderful holiday booked to the Maldives. Natalie gave us lots of information and she was very professional. We will be back to book our next holiday after the amazing service we received.

Negative experience: Not impressed... No customer engagement made by staff nearest member sitting 5 foot away made no attempt to meet or greet us on the 03/09/24. We stayed in the store for about 5 minutes reading the brochure on Turkey.. Still no staff approached us it wasn't busy store so we left the store and and booked our holiday next door travel agents £4200 better spent I feel...

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Barrhead Livingston especially Mackenzie who sorted our holiday for us. We came in with the price of a holiday we’d seen online and she managed to beat the price by a small amount but still a saving non the less. So I cheekily asked her if she could take it down another small bit and she did so very happy with that. Paid for it there and then with 2 cards which wasn’t a problem. Did all our details and went through everything we needed to know and away we went. She said the details should be emailed within 30 mins and they were. Reading thru I realised I’d put my partners date of birth month wrong but shop was closed by then. So dropped Mackenzie an email to inform of my mistake and received an email first thing stating all sorted.
