Fantastic experience: it's the best local travel agent in Manchester I went with my friends, they want to travel to middle East to visit family , they offer extra bags for free with Turkish airline and Qatar airline, the staff was very nice and friendly and very clear with information and details of the trip, I would nightly recommend them if you looking for flight with extra luggage

The staff were unprofessional and dismissive, showing little regard for customer satisfaction. Communication was poor, and when I raised concerns, they were met with indifference and rudeness. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant travel experience. There are far better options out there that value their customers

Negative experience: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the unprofessional handling of the situation concerning delayed arrival for my flight. As you may know, However, there was no formal communication provided by this office explaining the situation clearly. Instead, an informal message was sent, which, at times, even included inappropriate and unprofessional language. In some parts of the message, there were even threats made towards suggesting legal action, which is unacceptable.

After 7 years, I traveled to visit my mother, but they put me in a very bad situation and canceled my tickets for extra money. I was even threatened with action and canceling my return ticket with a disabled child if there is no problem with the airline for my ticket and I have to I will follow the complaint process Your agency told me that since the outbound flight was not completed, the return flight will also be cancel.and when I asked this from the airline, they said that the return flight is still valid and there is no need to purchase it again or pay again . You changed and threatened me and even I asked you for a payment receipt, but you refused and canceled my return ticket three hours before the flight, which made me stay in that airport for two days confused with the child, which immediately after Since my child's return, she has been transferred to the hospital and we will present all these damages and injuries and traumas that you caused to us legally with documents to the court.

Negative experience: Came in. Tried to collect my parcel. The not-so-gentle man at the desk misheard and decided to go with whatever heard and die on that hill. He wouldnt listen to me when I was trying to clear things up and decided to get in my face and physical. One thing led to another, he called the police and nothing came of it. Got my parcel at the end with the help of the police and not a single scratch on me. Nothing came of it , dunno why he was acting so brave probably because he had some of his mates in but yeah really disappointed I've used these guys before for parcels and it was fine. Never going back though. Shame. P.S. just like some other reviewers of this place, the guy threw some sneaky racial comments at me.

Negative experience: Left my returns package with UPS with them, didn’t receive a receipt and after weeks they have told UPS it has “gone missing”. poor service even without my package going missing, which was at great personal cost avoid.

Negative experience: A very bad and customer service that I have ever experienced.. I had sent a parcel to abroad a week back and when I came back to them to know about the other surcharge included, the man in suits offered me a very rude behaviour stating it is the customer’s responsibilities to search on google to learn about the transaction I made. The man filmed me and threatened me “I will report this DHL” Is he trying to take parole for his mistake? If so, DHL please check the CCTV in the office and request not to encourage such management and behaviour. I dont know what he means.. trying to cover his mistakes and putting blame on me. His co worker is the witness and even he understood the situation but not the man in suits.

Keep pressing the buzzer no one picked or responded. Worst customer service experience. Will never use them for any service or recommend anyone to use them.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Sabah, the man, rudely insulated us together with a woman who works there. They screamed and shouted at us to the point that my little son got scared and started crying. They refused to let us know of our flight cancellation which was sent to them a month ago by the airline. As a result we paid extra for taxi and double for Covid tests as well as all the stress we went through. Their excuse for not letting us know that the flight schedule changed was: "we get 500 emails a day. We have no time to read them"!!! Rather than an apology, these two terribly insulated us. In addition they told us all Iranian people dodgy!!
