Fantastic experience: Brilliant service from lorretta. When I went into the shop I wasn't sure where we wanted to go. By asking me a few questions about what i was looking for etc Loretta narrowd it down to a few amazing choices. Then we went through them. i happly decided where i was going and booked a fantastic holiday. She took all the stress from me as I was trying to find one on my own for weeks. Also thank you to the manager of the store who was great too. Definitely be back to book other holidays.

Fantastic experience: Iv rang shop few times with enquiries. Alice is the young lady who helped me this time , even made few suggestions regarding which hotels where nice in turkey for families . Fantastic experience: I’ve been using this branch for many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else the customer service is second to none the staff are so helpful and friendly . I rang the store Yesterday looking for a last minute half term holiday (with quite a wishful thinking budget in mind) but Tina went above and beyond for us searching high and low and we came away extremely happy and more than satisfied with her service. It’s always been a pleasurable experience dealing with Tina Andrews , sometimes look forward to the booking of the holiday as much as actually going ☺️

Fantastic experience: I went to TUI Kings Heath to book my wedding in Mexico, all the staff was so lovely and friendly. Fantastic experience: Have used this branch a few times now, there’s a lady called Emma I always go to as she finds me the best holidays for me and my sons and the price is always so so good! Highly recommend, especially if you’re like me and don’t have a clue about travelling lol

Fantastic experience: Great little travel agency with no long queue like some of the larger stores and more of a personal experience. Informative and knowledgeable staff. I just booked with Emma for the third year who is always very helpful, ,very friendly as well as professional with a vast knowledge of destinations flight duration’s and global accommodation to suit my needs Looking forward to booking with Tui again for this summer break.
