Negative experience: It says this place is open at 10am but it definitely isn’t. Went at 10:45 and it was not open yet. They really need to update their opening hours or get there on time

Fantastic experience: Super, super helpful, they take away all the stress and uncertainty of finding and booking a holiday - plus it’s a myth booking yourself is cheaper! Excellent service from a family run independent. Recommend highly!

Negative experience: They never answer the phone and don't reply to emails, so how can we make an appointment to see them?!

Fantastic experience: Second time using Moseley Travel - won't be going anywhere else now. Lianne couldn't be more helpful, especially when dealing with all the Covid paperwork. Really personal service from a local firm.
