Negative experience: We have previously booked MY Travels but this time they have let us down. My two nieces went to Pakistan on a connecting flight on Turkish Airlines. On their return the flight times changed we were notified by MY Travels but the new tickets were not emailed or sent over and the girls were not allowed into islamabad airport. Imagine the stress caused by such negligence. After several calls to MYs with anxeity and worry we managed to print the new tickets. Now we all know what Islamabad Airport is like and the lack of respect and care they show to the people that travelling (especailly females travelling alone). You as a company take commission and mistakes like this shouldnt happen because this mistake was not the airports fault. When you informed them of flight changes new tickets should have been issued straight away.
