Negative experience: Mean woman made us miss our train to London. She ruined out Scotland trip/experience with one attitude. You better hire people that give values that you are proud of. Unbelievable, there was no reason, she said you will need to wait for the other bus even though the driver said they could come in. Unbelievable……..

Fantastic experience: Easy, fast, spacious buses with storage space for all the luggage. Great connection between airport and city centre. You can use contactless pay.
