Fantastic experience: Katie was so so helpful - i wanted to book a holiday for 25 people in May next year and there were a lot of boxes that needed ticking as you can imagine!. Katie really went above and beyond to find us the holiday we that fitted and in budget during half term too. Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently booked a holiday for later in the year. We dealt with Amy who was absolutely fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. I gave her all the information with regards to what we were looking for and she couldn’t have been more helpful to accommodate all our needs while taking in to account our price range. I was actually blown away with what Amy came back with, she really did go above and beyond for us and thought carefully about our travel plans with having a two year old daughter. I’ve previously visited other travel agents and felt the service wasn’t as personal elsewhere and not as much interest in our search. Safe to say we’re absolutely buzzing and I highly recommend anyone looking to make an enquiry to pop in or call Amy for this exact reason, I will definitely make that call for our next holiday rather than searching online myself.

Fantastic experience: Have booked through TUI numerous times for our holidays but I seen a deal on the st James centre TUI FB page and Amy dealt with me in a very professional and speedy manner. She explained everything and if was unsure on anything went and got the appropriate information. She contact the hotel for us to arrange special room types etc which took the stress away from doing it on my own. Five star service thanks Amy

Fantastic experience: Hi Alex Thank you ever so much for your wonderful help and assistance. Sadly the Cleveland retail park branch are not a scratch on the Edinburgh shop. At least you done what you said you would do and called me back extremely quickly. Alex I want to thank you for your investigation into why the other branch hadn't responded to my email, although the Cleveland retail park shop refunded money to me, without any explanation as to why they had done it. The experience with Tui has been thoroughly frustrating, annoying and upsetting, Alex has been a breath of fresh air. It has been a terrible Christmas ruined by Tui, just wanted to say Alex that the delayed flight refund has not been completed. I checked my account and no refund has been made. Just adds to the additional stress that I need to call yet again and chase them. Luke in the operations department was the rudest man I've ever had the misfortune of talking too, his customer service skills are like an angry pitbull that had been poked with a hot rod, he was angry and shockingly rude. Thank god Alex was by far the nicest customer service agent that Tui employ. Keep up the fantastic work Alex, you are simply the best. Thanks again Mr Russell

Fantastic experience: Alex was absolutely fantastic. We booked a holiday package through TUI but due to the systems being down at the airport, we couldn't get on our Ryanair flights. We were going to miss our entire first day of our holiday as we couldn't fly out until tomorrow, Alex helped us make sure we were still going to be able to enjoy the rest of our holiday after we arrive and figure out compensation. She spent over an hour on the phones to support us.

Fantastic experience: We visited Edinburgh the other day and thought we would call in at TUI St James square, to see about a holiday we were interested in that we had no luck booking at any other TUI store local to us. It was just as well we went in. We cannot thank Lauren enough for sorting out the 3 week holiday to Thailand that we wanted. Very professional customer service. It was the most help we got from any TUI representative, whether that be over the phone or on a face to face basis. We left as 2 very satisfied customers.

Negative experience: When booking my hotel, I had a few things that were a must, Zoe confirmed my chosen hotel had everything to suite my family. On arriving at the hotel, I quickly realised it had nothing which I asked for, poor standard all inclusive, and a hotel mainly sold to Scandinavian guests. Awful customer service. Will definitely not return.

Fantastic experience: Great service from Zoe at Tui St James centre Edinburgh who booked our 2024 cruise instore. We had priced it online and Zoe matched the price and we also got the £300 discount which is available at the moment. Excellent

Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service! Have booked holidays in a few Tui stores now but the service we received in the St James Crescent store was exceptional! We arrived an hour before the store closed, but we were still given amazing service. I will definitely be booking other holidays at this store in the future.

Fantastic experience: Turns out they don’t just sell holidays/flights but local attractions in Edinburgh including ghost tours! They even go to the attractions so they know what they’re advertising! A really nice group (Amy, Chloe and company) who are down-to-earth.

Fantastic experience: I'd like to personally thank Chloe, Carly and Jenny (and anyone else I might of missed out) at the Edinburgh St James store. Unfortunately due to the wildfires, my holiday to Rhodes got cancelled last month but the girls at TUI made the process of changing my holiday so easy! They managed to switch my holiday (in less than 1 hour) to the same 5* hotel but with an even better beach than we initially had! Not only did they do that but they also gave me compensation which I really appreciated and paid the extra on the new booking. For this, I will continue to use TUI when I book future holidays as they really do offer great protection and make the entire process of booking a holiday so easy. Fantastic experience: I had to cancel and reschedule a partly paid holiday due to a family member’s illness this summer. Chloe, Erica and Alex went above and beyond to help me and we finally booked another holiday next year with minimal money loss. They were incredibly supportive and helpful each time I called to discuss options which proved a little tricky. They were absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful. Very happy with the customer service of this branch of TUI.

Fantastic experience: We contacted the Edinburgh St James store panicked after receiving an email regarding a change to our upcoming holiday-Chloe immediately put us at ease and told us not to worry at all and straight away was able to advise us of all the available options. She got us changed over to a new hotel straight away aswell as 3 other family members bookings as we are travelling as part of a big group. 5 star service we can’t wait to book our next holiday with you!

Fantastic experience: Having been in store and discussed our wishes previously, Amy got to work and provided us with many choices for a 7 night break in April. After advising us of weather temperatures at that time of year, she showed us many options in the canaries and helped us settle on a beautiful golf hotel and spa in Tenerife.
