Negative experience: Book online flights were £400 more expensive each. How can you be a broker and charge double price.always look online first don’t pay a silly fee when you can spend on holiday.

Negative experience: I walked in and no one looked up and didn’t even say hello. I stood there awkwardly and then someone looked up and said hi and I sat down. Asked for help about a code and was sort of told there’s nothing we can do and made me feel I was a bit silly and that it needed to be used with a time scale but it said nothing on the t&cs. So I left with no help really. Not a friendly store and not friendly staff

Fantastic experience: We popped into the store on Friday and was greeted by Maritta who was very welcoming and friendly. We then managed to book our summer holiday easily and quickly. She was efficient and friendly the whole time and we had a great chat about various destinations etc, We were extremely happy with the service we received and are looking forward to our holiday in 64 days .

Negative experience: Could be the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with my whole life. Don’t put yourself through the stress. It’s only 1 star because it wouldn’t let me post with 0.

Fantastic experience: Went in to see about a holiday to Egypt. Rob the travel agent was more then happy to help. We thought we could only afford to go for 11 nights but Rob went above and beyond to find us a good deal with what we wanted and now we are going for 14 nights. If you want good service I would highly recommend going to see Rob in MK1

Fantastic experience: Alex was amazing. Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Alex helped sort out a couple of excursions that we had wanted to book for our holiday but were not sure about. Alex gave us piece of mind and now can’t wait to go to Mexico

Negative experience: Me and my partner wanted to take out a certain amount of travel money as were due to go on holiday. When initially ordering money in we discussed with the consultant (Theresa) exactly much in pounds we would like to take out and she reassured us they would get the amount ordered in. When we had previously looked online prior to go into the store we saw that tui had the best rates for the currency we were needing. We get a call to come in and collect the money and the consultant takes the agreed payment. After the payment was taken it turned out that we got much less money than anticipated.we were told that this is our own fault and that there is nothing that can be done about it as we have already paid. We were extremely unhappy with the way tui had handled this as it’s not our fault that the consultant never discussed rates until she processed a payment and it was too late. We were not informed that the online rate is different to the store rate! Please be extremely careful with this we would hate for this to happen to someone else! After half an hour of negotiating and reading terms and conditions we managed to get the difference refunded back.

He works with a cheerful, happy and helpful team. Would recommend to others and will definitely be using again in the future. Fantastic experience: Have booked a couple holidays at the store, a lovely lady called Charlotte helped us book, she was so helpful and made it so easy for us. Honestly felt like I had known her for years she made us feel that comfortable. I don’t normally do reviews but I have to say I was extremely impressed and will be going there from now on. All other staff very lovely but as Charlotte has dealt with us I couldn’t recommend her enough! Thank you so much, we had such an amazing time away. Will be back to book again ready for next year

Fantastic experience: I popped into store to book our first family holiday aboard, Charlotte was fabulous! So knowledgeable of all the toddler & family friendly resorts! She even managed to secure us the most amazing flight times & arrange transfers! We will definitely be coming back!

Even after strolling in to the store 30 mins before closing, then leaving to confirm numbers and then returning again 15 minutes later, Carrie was more than happy too help me complete my booking with a smile on her face - thank you Carrie! Theresa has been helping me with my booking ever since and has been so rapid in her replies to my emails which is so refreshing. Fantastic experience: Booked with Theresa for my partner and myself to holiday in Cyprus. We asked for a family run hotel, close to the beach and easy access, to Paphos and Coral Bay. Theresa excelled in her knowledge, by showing us the The Queens Bay Hotel, which was between Paphos and Coral Bay, it is easily accessible via bus to both of the above. The Hotel is excellently run, food fantastic, very friendly staff, no problem getting a sunbed, decent size rooms. Definitely be booking our next holiday through Theresa and Milton Keynes Superstore.

Negative experience: Went to the Kingston store, waiting forever and was ignored by all staff whilst waiting at the reception desk. Even the customers being served spoke to me and i was still ignored by the staff ! Looking at the reviews it seems to be the normal for this store ... This store needs to be managed better as customer service surely is essential, right ?

Fantastic experience: Theresa was great in helping my partner & I sort out final details for our Honeymoon, whilst answering any questions we had. What was meant to be a 'quick visit' ended up being about 40 minutes and she was super helpful! :)

Positive experience: We booked our first holidays through an agency and we can't complain about the service provided by Theresa - she was really great, friendly, explained everything in details, never pushed us to book anything, but quickly answer all our questions. We are only rating the experience as a whole as 3 stars as we were really frustrated with the constant changes to the three excursions we booked, which made our holidays a bit chaotic. We end up wasting half a day waiting for a pick up for a excursion that was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. We missed one of them completely as we were told it was cancelled and not offer different dates, but other TUI guests did went for it. We were told one day before the last one that it is cancelled because of a public holiday in Greece, which the agency should know and plan better - at that point we had not enough time to plan something else locally. What is also annoying about these booking is when a date change you do not get a new voucher with and updated date so you need to remember all the dates and times and try not to make a mistake. The reps in the hotel were changing and they had issues with finding our reservation saying that we got "lost" in the system, not sure how?? They also said that if we booked it in the agency before our holidays then it is a different system they don't have an easy acces to, which is annoying. Last day of holidays we needed to chase them up to get a time for our airport transfer, which again is frustrating that the agency does not know all thier customers an make sure everyone is contacted. To sum it up we will definitely try a different agency next time if we go through one, as it really didn't felt like were taking care off and we missed out of sightseeing the island, had to move our other appointments to be able to go on the excursions and it was very frustrating when you want to go on a relaxing, stress free holidays. We got the refund for cancelled excursion, buy we were not even asked in the office about what happened, or how was our holidays and no apologies were given, felt like at this point no one was interested anymore as we were already back.
