Negative experience: I have been trying to get a refund for flights cancelled by the airline for over a year from this company. They do not respond to emails or call you back. Very poor service.

Negative experience: Ridiculous...Click bait pricing. Website said £401..Nice.. spoke to a lady called Charlotte who then said it was just a promotional price and all the seats had been booked...Real price £840 something. Steer clear.

Negative experience: Company very un cooperative when something went wrong. Trusted them when they booked us into a 5 star hotel which turned to be a nightmare and had to move after one night. More like a 2 star with half built building sites across verandah and musty , dirty rooms. Water in corridors which was very dangerous. Agent admitted that a previous client had refused to give a review on it.Had to pay all over again for new hotel and transport. No compensation for ant extra expense, even taxi fares! Reason that I went to a Travel Agent instead if doing it myself as I thought they will sort all the issues out, a very expensive trip that went extremely bad

Negative experience: Do not waste your time thinking you will get the low prices displayed on their website offered, it will be minimum 3-4 times more once quoted. There is no valid reason for such a high difference in price, when you look at flight comparators it's much less than what they quote. I think this is pure greed. Don't waste your time.

I like that they do a lot of communication outside of business hours on WhatsApp and they work really hard to get everything done. I also liked that you can pay and instalments which is really useful. I find being able to talk on WhatsApp really good for me because I'm disabled and I find that type of communication easiest. They were very friendly and really helpful and helped me find really good deals. Even though I was quite a difficult customer. They stayed very calm and I'm really glad I went with them.

Negative experience: I don't appreciate getting a phone call at 11.30pm asking if I can pay £200 pounds of my flight

Negative experience: Roger from white magic travels give me a price and asked me to pay as he would be unable to hold the seats at that prive for too lomg and that it would guarantee to reserve seats , waited couple of hours and had to chase for my invoice and tickets, to then be told there are no seats left at that price and to either pay extra or move my travel dates. Now I am Out of pocket to rebook ticket elsewhere until I get my refund which is between 7-10 days, so potentially I will end up paying more or lose seats altogether. Unless your seats are confirmed DO NOT USE this company. I also asked for email confirmation of the cancellation and the pic attached is all I received. Terrible service .

Negative experience: Advertised enticing low prices but when you contact the company prices multiply by 3-4 times the advertised price! They then tell you you have a very special deal, budget fare, BRITISH AIRWAYS flights!!!!! Due to recent uncertainty to quarantine rules, my son was due to sing at Teenstock in Miami then return on 15 December to go straight to Edinburgh for first of 3 Scottish gigs, that coupled with his impending NAT5 exams and prelims we decided to cancel or even defer until May when he has been offered another opportunity to sing in Jupiter, Company refused us a refund and offered to transfer flights for well in excess of a further £1000! Avoid this company like a plague! We’ve learned a bitter lesson, if booking flights, defo best to book through British Airways or other airline direct! Please, please do not find yourself in my situation losing in excess of £2500!!!! We’re a hard working family therefore this has hit us hard. So very disappointed that there are such crooks in an industry where we innocently entrust our hard earned cash for what was potentially an exciting opportunity but due to unpredictable uosurge in Covid, we have lost the lot!!!
