She is a super friendly member of the team and as well as being very helpful, was incredibly patient and took us through the whole booking process from start to finish answering all our questions along the way. Sue was incredibly knowledgeable and followed up with an email to us. We returned back to the branch to book our family holiday. Sue wasn’t available, however Vicky booked our holiday and was equally as lovely. Excellent Service and we will be back again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Great service and advice provided by Rebecca. We were unsure of when and where to go for our cruise, so popped into the store to speak with someone and get some advice. Rebecca was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and gave us some great advice on whether to have a balcony or window, discussed cruise and stay options, gave us prices for all options and also discussed the better places to visit in October, weather wise. In the end we decided to go for a balcony and 4 nights stay at the end of our cruise, and we can't wait to go!!
