Fantastic experience: Eddy has made my day today. I had seemingly left it a little late to get some money for my holiday to Thailand in a few days time. After it seemed there wasn’t any in stock, Eddy ran half way across the car park to find me as he had come up with a solution. He had some reserved for another customer but he knew he would be able to reorder some in time for the other customers collection for a holiday in a few months time. Couldn’t ask for better customer service as Eddy went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be using Tui again in the future. Thanks again Eddy, am I now ready for my holiday!

Fantastic experience: Me and my family went in on Saturday to hopefully book our family holiday for next year. We had spent several days looking online trying to make a decision, but gave up on that. We were hoping for a well travelled member of staff with a lot of knowledge. Eddy, certainly did not disappoint. He was very helpful and had some great knowledge on various locations and resorts. We will certainly use this location again and recommend family and friends to go and speak to Eddy.

Fantastic experience: Just back from Cape Verde, had an amazing holiday, Eddie was very helpful and knowledgeable helping with our visas and luckily passports, only back two days ago and been in to see Eddie and have rebooked for next year. Eddie was very friendly & bubbly & made us feel like valued customers.

Negative experience: Unprofessional staff,lack of knowledge about what they're offering, can't provide anything what was asked, advise to search on Google manager of shop very bad attitude shouting and don't let people talk and say their opinion

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Becky at this branch highly enough! Having searched for days trying to find the right family holiday with only 2 weeks to go, I called Becky on a recommendation from a friend. She was amazing - great knowledge, very helpful, patient, professional and calm. Communication was excellent too, over the phone and via email. She managed to find us a fantastic room set up (very spacious) at an all inclusive resort in Tenerife. I would definitely use her services again. Thank you so much Becky!

Fantastic experience: I have had the help from Becky over the last few days to create our perfect holiday. She has been lovely, and so patient with me, having to go back and forth to confirm different dates with the dog kennels. Becky was always on hand to chat to everytime I called, she send me all our different options by email immediately for me to look over, nothing was too much trouble. She was kind and understanding when discussing plane seats, due to one of children having additional needs and hating to be too enclosed. Becky was great, understanding and did her utmost to book us the perfect family holiday. Thanks again to Becky and the tui team.

Fantastic experience: Visited the Lower Earley Store at Asda yesterday to book our family holiday. We usually book online but decided to go into the store on this occasion and so glad we did. We was greeted by Eddy who was absolutely brilliant. He was so knowledgeable and gave great advice on which destinations to go with our family. Fantastic experience: Visited the Lower Earley store at Asda this weekend and met the lovely Eddy. Have always booked online with TUI but it was actually much better going in store to do it and get all our queries answered. Having travelled, Eddy was very knowledgeable and good fun to work with. My boyfriend and I visited your store today feeling very nervous as this would be our first holiday together as a couple. Fantastic experience: Have only ever and would only ever book through Katie at Tui in Lower Earley Always a positive, easy experience and she is so knowledgeable about every country we have travelled to, for example can recommend hotels/complexes orvillas suitable for our children through the years and distance to the beach, evening entertainment and excursions. Fantastic experience: I have always booked my package holidays with this branch as they are so helpful. There was a fault with my upcoming holiday, as my hold luggage hadn't been added to the easy jet flight but a lovely gentleman working in the store on Monday 1st August 2022 sorted it out for me very promptly and reassured me that it would be rectified fast. And it was! Fantastic customer service and are always willing to help.

Fantastic experience: Following difficulty receiving the compensation due following a flight delay of 25Hours we called in to the Lower Earley TUI Shop to seek help. Charlotte was amazing. Her knowledge of systems and what had gone wrong and what needed to be amended to ensure we received the correct codes and E mails again was extremely helpful. We were not customers of Lower Earley Branch of TUI but her comment was, You are TUI customers wherever you booked your holiday and I am here to help. What can we say but a big ‘ Thank you’.
