Fantastic experience: I recently booked a flight from London to India (Hyderabad) through Business Flight Shop, and I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received. Marvin Johnson was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He was patient, professional, and very responsive throughout the entire process. He provided me with multiple flight options and itineraries based on my changing preferences and was always quick to reply with accurate and clear information. What really stood out was Marvin’s attention to detail and consistent follow-up. He made sure everything was in place and followed through until my booking was fully confirmed. A friend of mine had used their service earlier and highly recommended them—and I’m glad I followed his advice. Thanks to Business Flight Shop, I also managed to get lower fares on Virgin Atlantic, which was a great bonus.

Fantastic experience: In the first instance I was unsure about using the Business Flight Shop Web site. However I called them to discuss, 'Sumit' answered my call, he took note of my requirements and fairly quickly came back with 3 options. One of which fitted my timings pretty well. The transaction went through, followed by a nervous wait till the flight confirmations were e-mailed to me. The bottom line is that I was happy with the service and will try BFS again for future travel options.

Negative experience: Awful service provided. Flight time and airport changed no communication, had to find out myself and no support provided. Car is now parked at a different airport so further costs and a day of holiday spend trying to sort out.

Abraham could not have been more helpful and patient and never resorted to any kind of pressure salesmanship. The price for my business class flight was superb and the whole procedure was quick and efficient, even a telephone call to ensure my flight tickets had arrived completed with all seat reservations.I was amazed he had only been at the company for 2 months. Positive experience: Very helpful and good pricing. Roger sorted out a complex pair of itineraries for me as I needed to travel out at a different time getting a fare/routing that couldn't be found simply online. Bit surprised by the £100pp booking fee, not an issue but would have been good to know up front rather than just see it on the invoice. Only see a 1% charge mentioned in the small print, which I missed anyway. Otherwise would have been 5*.

Fantastic experience: I first dealt with Brad from Business Flight Shop to arrange competitive flights to Australia to visit family. Every communication was responded to fast and effectively and gave me a huge confidence in using this company’s service. The booking was by no means smooth due to failings by the airlines which Brad either dealt with or gave sound advice on how to deal with the problems. Flights were cancelled at the last minute on booth the outward and inward trips. However with Brads advice and help the issues were dealt with efficiently and we finished up going by Emirates instead of KLM. A great result as the Emirate flights and facilities are superb

Negative experience: AVOID THIS COMPANY Please be warned this company will say they will price match and when you send the details over to price match they will then block out and reserve all the seats not allowing you to book them elsewhere. This will last for 5 days then the flights will be come available again. I ended up spending an extra £670 that I didn’t need to spend after the company whatsapped me pressuring me to pay the money quick. The fair actually went down not up yet they charged me extra and I still don’t have tickets. I am currently sewing hoping to close the company down. This is disgusting behaviour.
