Fantastic experience: Just booked a holiday to kavos corfu with Rebecca, I can’t recommend her enough! We went in with no idea where we wanted to go, just somewhere sunny and with a beach, she had so many recommendations and was very accommodating to our budget making sure we got the best place for our budget! We will definitely go going back to her for our future holiday! Thank you again!

She made the entire process feel easy and exciting. The rest of the team were just as welcoming, helping to make the day feel really special. Fantastic experience: Nothing beats booking a holiday face to face. It’s just better being able to ask the questions and if the sales agent hadn’t been, some one in the store had and is able to give guidance and advice. Just booked my next little get away and can not fault the professionalism of Karen. She was knowledgeable and patience, she had no problem the multiple times I made her pull up my two choose cruises and allowing me to compare and contrast different aspects. Even giving me a heads up about the BLC which I’d completely forgotten about. Brilliant experience.

Fantastic experience: I booked a holiday with TUI over the phone and I needed to add a passenger, something that I thought would be easy enough to do. How wrong I was. After getting passed from pillow to post I finally got put through to Rebecca in this store, I was unsure if she could help at first as she was the 6th person that I was now speaking to over this. Also not sure why it took me getting through to NI to sort this out when I'm based in England but thankfully I did because after 6 tries Rebecca was finally able to add a passenger for me. She was such a lovely person who helped me when I was at breaking point. Rebecca went above and beyond to make sure that my amendment was dealt with quickly and efficiently. She is such a great asset to the team. When TUI made it incredibly difficult for me, Rebecca made it incredibly easy for me. Thank you Rebecca.

Fantastic experience: Just came back from TUI Newtonards. Had a problem with online entry form for The Dominican Republic. It was like navigating a minefield. All was resolved by a nice young lady called Tracy. She went above and beyond to solve this, and did so with a smile on her face. A credit to TUI. Thank you very much. Bruce & Joyce

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to express my appreciation to TUI in Newtownards for their excellent customer service. My family went on a holiday over Christmas to Gran Canaria which was carefully chosen for us by Shauna. An excellent choice and we are so grateful for the expert help given to ensure we had a perfect family holiday. There were a few add ones as time went on and both Shauna and Karen were an incredible help in getting various issues sorted out for us. Honestly this is the best travel shop we have ever used and myself and my family wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else. We deal with Shauna and Karen who are absolutely brilliant. It is so reassuring to know we are in such safe and genuinely caring hands and we are so appreciative of them both going the second mile for us on many occasions. Two really lovely girls who we trust 100 per cent. It is always a pleasure going into TUI in Ards. Fantastic experience: We saw an advert in the window for a holiday to Ibiza, we walked in and met Karen. From start to finish Karen made the booking experience stress free and was a pleasure to talk to with her bubbly attitude and charisma. Great customer service and so we went ahead to book the trip straight away with Karen’s help.

From I phoned to enquire if they could help with my query, until I eventually booked, and even after I booked, the staff have been fantastic but Shauna in particular has been a pleasure to deal with. Shauna took the time to go through all my holiday options and helped me get the best price and accommodation with the resort I FINALLY decided on. I spent many an evening scrolling through holidays and with so much to choose from I was finding it very difficult to make a decision. Shauna and the rest of the staff were really supportive and so good natured that it really took the stress of organising a holiday away. Their years of experience of the holidays and areas, is really reassuring. When the decision was finally made, she booked everything for me, making the rest so easy to do. Couldn’t have been more helpful, fast to email replies and callbacks, booked both a family holiday to Florida through her then a week later went back to her to book my wedding abroad. Would highly recommend her, so friendly and great on getting me the best possible price dates etc to suit all my needs. Thank you for everything. Negative experience: The worst customer service I have ever received. I will never step foot in another thompsons if this is how they are ran. Specifically speaking about the English girls working who I think is management was not one but helpful. Not only to me but to a couple before me.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service on several occasions! Very accomodating when booking the holiday but once booked they are not bothered! Will be the last time i ever book with Thomson!!

Negative experience: Absolute disgusted with Thompson Travel. After weeks of trying to obtain information regarding our booking for Northern Ireland games in France, we got our itinerary today and they have stated the wrong flight time! Flying out at 6am tomorrow and not 8am as printed. Definitely won't be booking with them ever again.
