Fantastic experience: Drive an hour and half to Bristol to meet my granddaughter who's coming to Florida with us. Booked it while she was there. Staff lovely and friendly. Easy to book with them and wouldn't hesitate to again.

Fantastic experience: Steve and Harry went the extra mile in booking a holiday for me. Nothing was to much trouble and they looked tirelessly for the right location, package and deal. This took a few hours including some extras which weren’t easy to apply. There perseverance and friendliness was very refreshing and demonstrated “what good retailing” looks like. I would certainly recommend the team and wouldn’t hesitate to book in Bristol again even though it’s 70 plus miles away. Thanks again and keep up the hard work.

Negative experience: Spent 3hours 15mins in this shop trying to book a holiday to Disney while they achieved nothing. Got home and rang Virgin Holidays direct who sorted it out in 10 minutes: All the flight seats we wanted were available all the time. All this was after we rang the day before and she assured us she would be all ready to book it. We will never go in there again

Positive experience: Jess is specifically brilliant, so many of the staff have been fantastic. Always really invested in what you want and need. Weve booked many holidays through them and have always been thrilled with the care and attention they've put into everything we need - especially as Disabled people. Can't thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: A Brilliant Way to Book a Holiday. The Virgin Store is a Great Experience, it's like having a drink with a friend , discussing options and ideas for your next vacation. It was relaxed and very informative with no hard sell. We had a laugh, a drink and snacks, and came away with our Dream Package .....I will never book a Major Vacation online again.

Positive experience: Good selection of shops but quite unorganised. Difficult to find what you are looking for if you are new to it. Quite expensive compared with the same brands on regular high street.

Negative experience: Booked our honeymoon through this office. Holiday got cancelled 1 day before setting off. We got a new holiday which was then cancelled as we were boarding the plane. Contacted the office, absolutely no help what's so ever, landed in mexico with no holiday, no support. The customer service are no better, still not resolved. All these companies offer the same holidays, stay away from this one and go somewhere else. If anything goes wrong they will wash their hands of you.

Positive experience: Used Virgin for our honeymoon in 2017 although everything was smooth, we discovered shopping around was cheaper and you have a lot more options of villas to choose from
