Fantastic experience: I went into the store today, for the first time in a long time (I have booked online a lot recently). The service I got from Ruth was 5 star! Looking to book a ski holiday for a group this coming winter and she definitely knew her stuff! She had great recommendations all across Europe which included activities for everyone in the group. I will 100% be back in to follow up with her when I get confirmation from the group! Thanks Ruth!!

Fantastic experience: We went into Tui at the Mall on Saturday without too much idea of what sort of holiday we were after (we did know we wanted a holiday). Corinne was extremely patient and very helpful in bringing up ideas and her knowledge of holidays in different countries was invaluable. We had a very limited window of time in which to go away and Corinne understood our requirements quickly and worked within the parameters she was given. At no time did we feel pressured and eventually settled on a week in Santorini which we are very excited about. Thanks very much Corinne 10 out of 10

Negative experience: Holiday was booked months in advanced, flight got cancelled shortly before and choices were to cancel the holiday or pay the “live new price” which was extortionate due to it being last minute. Poor principals from tui. Poor customer service, nothing was offered to make it right. The “live new price” difference was the cost of another holiday itself

Fantastic experience: Ruth has been a star We initially booked our cruise with the shop, but the cancellation due to issues outside of everyone's control meant we were looking for an alternative. The price was fantastic, and the service too, dealing with our extra requests post booking to ensure the booking is exactly right as a replacement for our dream cruise. All of this was carried out over the phone and through email. Which saved us a trip into Bristol So thank you Ruth! You've really saved our trip!

Negative experience: If you see a girl with blonde straight hair and black rimmed glasses on the help desk, Give her a wide swerve! This is why; I visited the store today for advice. We have booked a Tui package holiday in May. We are getting married at the hotel on this holiday. So we popped in to find out how best to transport the wedding dress. If I needed to pay for extra luggage etc. The girl on the help desk told me that we could not book extra luggage and Tui would do nothing to support or arrange the safe transport of my wedding dress, because we did not book the wedding through Tui. I did question this with the girl. before speaking with this girl we had preferred to book our holidays through Tui, as we have always found their holidays to be great quality and the staff helpful. However she was less than helpful in fact she was disinterested, showed no empathy and actively looked bored as she observed the distress in my face at hearing the news. I left the store worried and upset, worried that I would not be able to get my wedding dress to my wedding!!! We decided to cut our shopping short to head home to call Tui’s telephone help line. Thank god they knew what they were talking about and we have been advised how to transport the wedding dress. I have say Im still shocked at how cold and unhelpful this girl was.

Fantastic experience: Lisa provided such a great service. Usually wouldn’t book with a travel agent store and just do it online however couldn’t recommend doing this more!! Thank you so much Lisa, you were so helpful!

She was so kind and friendly, and helped us look for our dream holiday which we booked there with her. She was amazing with her knowledge and took the time to help us and we really appreciate this. Fantastic experience: After visiting Cribbs Causeway Store and speaking with Holly on Saturday regarding booking a holiday for eight of us to Florida in 2025, we returned on Sunday to book it. Holly had worked hard with her manager Jess, to get us a very good deal on the holiday we wanted. Tui was having internet problems and was not playing ball. Both Holly and Jess continued until they got the system to except the booking! Well done girls! Excellent service and 8 very, very happy customers. Thank you both!

Fantastic experience: We recently booked a last minute holiday with Corinne, she was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We'd found the hotel we wanted to stay at which was slightly out of our budget, Corinne looked into other hotels for us but with our hearts set on this one hotel Corinne suggested flying from another airport making the holiday affordable. Thank you Corinne, we would definitely recommend TUI to our family and friends :)

Justine was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable regarding the destinations I was interested in. She went above and beyond to find the right holiday for me and was very professional. Poppy saw us straight away and despite losing her voice, she was professional, courteous, enthusiastic, cheery and a pleasure to speak with. Fantastic experience: Spoke to Matt over the phone today from this store, he went above and beyond to secure us the best seats on the plane. He talked us through our options, providing us with the pros and cons are various different seating arrangements. Since this was a Marella Cruise holiday, he had to call through to a different department as he wasn’t able to book them using the internal system which he didn’t mind doing. Afterwards, he provided us with a confirmation email outlining the seats we had selected. Very friendly, patient and attentive service. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Big Thank you to Chloe at TUI, my wife and I Walked into the TUI store at the mall Cribbs causeway with no intent nor purpose, we were greeted by chloe at the front of the store, my wife and I were unsure on where, or if we wanted to book a holiday. After sitting down with Chloe who gave us her full and undivided attention even after we were so unsure of multiple destinations. Chloe was so patient, extremely informative and answered all of our questions and concerns especially relating to the latest Covid rules and restrictions. We booked our first abroad holiday together to Cyprus in 2023 and we are super excited. Thankyou Chloe

Negative experience: Really wish this company and the people here would actually help us. We’ve needed to make an amendment to our holiday with them but every time we go in to ask for help and to look at alternatives they just direct us to their website. I work in sales and always do my best to help even if I know they can easily do this on the website, however it’s good customer service that makes people actually help you which clearly isn’t the case here… at this rate I think we’ll just lose our deposit for our holiday as we can’t be bothered to go up for the third time this month to ask for help and be turned away. Just really want someone to sit us down and go through some options with us and help advise as per the code but really struggling here to get any help. Called me old fashioned, and I know this is the case with most people these days, but I prefer to do these larger purchases and holidays face-to-face. It is disappointing you cannot do this with Tui.

Positive experience: Wanted to recognize the fantastic service we had from Matt at Cribbs Causeway today. TUI sent a note to say our flight was cancelled for a holiday we booked nearly a year in advance. Matt literally spent hours with us today to help us rebook another holiday. He had endless patience and was so helpful , nothing was too much trouble. Couldn’t recommend Matt highly enough, a real asset to the TUI brand.

Fantastic experience: Recently, I called into the TUI store at Cribbs Causeway. The store was busy, but the lady on reception made me an appointment, took my details and said they would call me when an advisor became free. As promised the call came and I returned to the store for my appointment. I didn't really know where I wanted to go, but Ellie was massively helpful. With x2 teenagers in tow, I needed a holiday to entertain them and Ellie suggested a few locations that all looked great. Ellie has a broad knowledge of destinations and came up with a few excellent options. It certainly made choosing a holiday much easier for my family. Thank you TUI and thank you very much Ellie.

Fantastic experience: Justine at Cribs Causeway was a joy to deal with from start to finish. My husband and I had not travelled since the pandemic and were unsure where to even start but Justine was very patient, very knowledgeable and helped us plan and book our dream vacation for this July.
