Fantastic experience: James planned our entire 2weeks holiday in Dubai and Seychelles in literally 10 minutes! When he revealed the price, we could not believe it! It was like we dreamed about it and it was affordable! From private transfers airport-hotel to the selection of hotels and excursions, it was simply the best 2 weeks we ever had! Everything was planned and we always had a reference person on site that I could text on WhatsApp to ask for information and confirm activities. The selection of hotels was amazing: all of the three were 5 stars with exceptional service and facilities. The itinerary was Dubai, Seychelles, Dubai. James organised out trip in such a way that we would see and stay in two different part of Dubai to be able to see it all. The Seychelles hotel was simply paradise: in one of the best beaches (Beau Vallon) and with incredible wild life, flora and walks on the beach to go to the near village. Overall, it was the best holiday we ever had! So well planned, organised and managed! Communication with James at Kuoni before leaving was so easy and effective. He also sent us reminder on VISA requirement and the relevant websites to find relevant medical information or vaccination requirement. Communication with the local reps during the holiday was simply perfect: fast and detailed. Definitely recommending Kuoni Cambridge and definitely coming back for our next trip! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We decided to book our belated honeymoon and joint 30th birthday celebration holiday through Kuoni. It was the first luxury holiday we’ve booked and as it was for such a special occasion, we thought booking through a travel agent would be so much easier… And it was! Throughout the process, Faye (our travel advisor) and the rest of the team at the Cambridge branch have been incredibly helpful answering the many questions we had, keeping us in the loop with updates, sending over relevant information regarding the trip, and sending reminders for things we needed to do our end. Whilst we were out of the country on our holiday, the Kuoni representatives were also helpful and Shammu was particularly helpful with providing us with additional information whilst we were out there and even helping us fill out our immigration forms for the way back! We would highly recommend booking your luxury holidays through Kuoni, and we can’t wait to save up to book our next one with the team at Cambridge!

Negative experience: it doesn't do flights, it only does package tours

Fantastic experience: James at Kuoni Cambridge provided really useful, individual and specific advice about locations and passport requirements to help us choose a Dubai/ Mauritius holiday. The pre-holiday phone calls and post-holiday check ins were invaluable to get all our ducks in order with paperwork and feedback. Everything went really smoothly and we are definitely booking again with Kuoni for peace of mind and service quality.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend highly enough James Cassedy of the Cambridge branch we booked our holiday to South America through James and as we hadn't travelled to this part of the world before we were nervous. James was so reassuring and helpful making sure we had everything organised before we went, from vaccinations to forms to currency. He went above and beyond. We had an amazing time were so well looked after, everything was so well organised and there were so many little touches that made this an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be using them again for out next adventure!

Fantastic experience: Faye Woodbridge was our consultant. She booked our holiday following 2 video calls - which was great as we didn't have to travel into Cambridge. She provided several different options and then changed the flights for us when we changed our minds. We haven't been long haul in a while and she provided lots of info to update us. The hotels that she picked in Phuket and Dubai we absolutely perfect based on our needs. The transfers by taxi went smoothly also. I would thoroughly recommend Faye - and Kuoni - I felt listened to and reassured that this was money being well spent. Thank you Faye!

Fantastic experience: James at the Cambridge branch was really helpful in planning our holiday to Vietnam. He had been there recently and so could advise us of the best places to see and things to do. As a result we had an absolutely fantastic holiday which combined cities, cruising and finally a few days at a beachside hotel. All the transfers and arrangements went really smoothly and every hotel chosen by Kuoni were perfect in their own unique ways. We will definitely be using Kuoni again.

Fantastic experience: Katie helped us plan our honey moon and she was just great. She spent ages with us working our way through all the possible countries we could go to before we landed on our perfect destination. She was so patient, helpful and had loads of really useful advice.
