Fantastic experience: I booked a holiday this morning at Tui Cambridge. I was quite indecisive as I had particular requirements that I was hoping to be met, but Aimee and Chloe were extremely helpful and very patient with me and accommodating of my requirements and indecision. I left Tui feeling very pleased with my booking. Thank you both.

Fantastic experience: Booked our first family ski trip with Aimee at the Cambridge branch in Next today and what a lovely experience we had. Although I've skied a lot, it will be the boys first time so we wanted book with a rep to ensure we didn't miss anything. Aimee was really thorough and made sure that we found somewhere suitable for families and beginners. She checked and triple checked all the details along the way which reassured us that everything was in good hands. Aside from all that she was just lovely to spend time with and shared some of her own ski experiences and really helpful first hand advice. So excited to head off in Feb because I already have complete faith that she did a brilliant job.

Fantastic experience: I visited TUI Cambridge on Saturday and spoke with Hannah. Despite the team being on two members both of them provided excellent service. When we arrived, both staff members were busy assisting other customers. They asked us to join a queue via a QR code and we received a text when they were ready to see us. We had a question about our upcoming holiday and were very satisfied with the assistance we received. We will definitely be back to book another trip!

Negative experience: Came to look for a holiday with the Mrs. Sat down with a lady, another lady shouts across the room while with other customers that we need to have an online booking and they will text when ready to see us. Felt a bit unwelcomed. Possibly have signage you need an appointment. Went next door to another travel agent , super friendly staff, attentive and helped us right away. We booked our 2 week all inclusive holiday with them. Easy and seamless . it’s next door to Next much easier and more helpful than tui in next

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service this weekend. Went in to make a group booking for 11 of us between 3 families. What could have been complicated was made so easy thanks to the excellent knowledge and help from Chloe. Everything sorted for us easily and she understood exactly what we needed. Fantastic experience: Popped into Cambridge Branch on Sunday and was looked after by Hannah. She was in for a long day due to staff off sick & a new starter meant she was the only full time staff for the day!! The service she gave us was fantastic and a credit to TUI as there were other people waiting. Thanks Hannah we can’t wait to come back to book our next trip!!

Fantastic experience: WOW!! What a fantastic experience me and my partner had today booking our very first PROPER holiday together! Big thanks to Chloe Ward!! Her knowledge and expertise of the countries and hotels was next level and she really did show us how to get the best bang for our buck! Negative experience: Rude staff with attitude. Lying to customers. Shocking and unprofessional behaviour. Staff on brake for and hour and a half on Saturday afternoon, when customers going outside waiting to be serve. I won't back there and I will never book holiday with TUI.I am very disappointed.

Negative experience: Went there Saturday after work to discuss a holiday. We got there just as they was closing for lunch. Witch is fair enough. There was a couple in front of us who said we've got to come back in 40 minutes. How ever when we went back 45 minutes they said to come back in another 40. When I said but we come earlier they said well we've only just closed for lunch. Very disappointed so went to premier travel and found the perfect wedding package.

Fantastic experience: What could have been a one star review for Tui was a definite 5 star thanks to Charlotte at the Cambridge store. Although she initially thought she would be unable to help me with my issue, she spent more than 1 hour trying to help me resolve it. We eventually got there- thank you so much! :)

Fantastic experience: Come to TUI Cambridge after a bad experience at another TUI store, Hannah and Charlotte were so helpful and knowledgeable on the kind of holiday we was looking for. We have just booked a holiday go Cyprus and Hannah even went the extra mile to give us suggestions for days out etc! Would definitely recommend anyone coming to see these two! My partner and I will definitely come back to TUI Cambridge to book another holiday again!

Fantastic experience: Absolute first-class experience! I had not been to a travel agency since booking online became a thing. My daughter & I decided to try TUI Camb out for ease of going away together & having someone to advise us. We met Charlotte and instantly clicked with her. I feel she has a genuine ability to read people & get a sense of them, before even striking up a conversation. Because of Charlotte, we booked a holiday extremely quickly & efficiently. I will go back to her every year now. I cannot recommend Charlotte enough. She gets to know her customer, is perceptive, thoughtful, kind, an excellent communicator and she will know what you’ll like and where you should go, before you even do! I cannot explain in words how absolutely impressed I was. I feel very lucky to have walked in and met Charlotte. I would also follow her wherever she works, as I felt a big trust in her right away. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Negative experience: Shame I can't give no stars. Disgraceful service all round, discriminating towards people with hiding disabilities. Complaining is pointless as they don't care once they have your money!

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. They just show you information from google checking it in front of you. No knowledges and no desire to help. It might be only TUI Cambridge agency like this as we booked with the other ones before and the experience was absolutely different. Management has to check their staff Do not recommend

Negative experience: TUI Holiday Store Ricoh Arena Coventry. I 100% do not recommend for the more expensive holidays. Ok for a cheap holiday that you are willing to lose money over but not an expensive one. Staff is incompetent, rude and unhelpful once you sign the dotted line and have paid the money. The old team was brilliant, I am so disappointed. I will complete a full review after my holiday and see if they cause me any further distress in the meantime.

Negative experience: Awful experience! Staff members extremely rude and unhelpful especially the person known as an assistant manager. The assistant manager is not only rude but not aware of company’s travel guidelines either. We booked a holiday and 6 days prior to our flight my child developed chickenpox. Contacted the store to ask whether we will be able to reschedule the holiday. We were unkindly told by the assistant manager that there is no alternative options at all, she was constantly repeating herself. If our conversation was recorded you could hear at least 5 times her telling me that there is nothing could be done(without telling us that she has to find out whether she can help somehow)and chicken pox is not exceptional condition?! In other words she was trying to get rid of us as quickly as possible! When we asked if there is someone above her so we can discuss the issue with them the assistant manager lied and said NO! A couple of days later we got in touch with the customer service team and we were INFORMED THAT CHICKENPOX IS EXCEPTIONAL and we are allowed to reschedule our holiday. Therefore the assistant manager either does not know company’s rules or either is taught to rip customers off. The same person was in touch with the customer service team and told them that my husband’s private travel insurance will cover the cost of the booked holiday that’s why they must not offer us any amendments! If a customer’s condition is exceptional it is exceptional regardless of having or not travel insurance! When we asked the retail manager (Cambridge store)if the chickenpox is exceptional she started skirting around because she was trying hard to back the assistant manager up and finally admitted that chickenpox is exceptional condition. I am absolutely shocked and utterly disappointed! Instead of an apology customers are shouted it’s just unbelievable! The case is already given to a legal advisor and thankfully my claim is gone through! If you don’t want to have a headache and don’t want to be ripped of avoid this company at all cost.!As their main aim is bullying people instead of helping them and defending lies!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to book a trip I'd found online, but wanted the reassurance of speaking to someone in store first. Emma was very helpful, went through the details with me and matched the online price I'd found. She was very patient with my questions and sent information through so I could check at home and then came back the next day to finalise the booking. Fantastic experience: Went to book a cruise and spoke to a lovely lady called Emma. We wanted to go on a carribean cruise and wanted to include a stay in Barbados, Emma, was very knowledgeable about the island, and really sold it to me. She even matched the on line price for me, went over everything to make sure I had what I wanted. All in all a very pleasant experience actually booking in store rather than on line. I will definitely be booking my next trip in store

Fantastic experience: I went in to visit the TUI Cambridge store and the ladies were all so friendly. Fantastic experience: Booked our holiday to Disney with Charlotte and everything was absolutely amazing, we encountered a few problems with the trains due to the strikes in France and she went above and beyond to help us out. Negative experience: The most awful customer service experienced on 13/10/2022. The members of staff who were there could not be bothered really. It appeared they had better things to do. Walked out dispirited after being given flimsy reasons why a simple phone call cannot be made to the online team. Is it the same company? Yes they say. Can you call online for me please? Well its difficult, you go home and call because they will need details. Horrible at best The star is for a clean and alluring office space. Wont recommend at all.

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner visited Tui yesterday morning and spoke with Amanda, she was so helpful and went above and beyond in my opinion as were the other two lady’s in the store, to help us out of a tricky situation (I had booked a holiday during a family members wedding)! After looking at some different flight dates, costs etc we managed to find a different hotel a couple of dates after our original flight date. I now don’t have to feel guilty about missing my family members wedding and we still have an amazing holiday booked.

Negative experience: I have been using Thomson for over 16 years booking two holidays a year, i normally book on line but due to family i had some questions that i didn't have the answers for so i decided to go and speak to the Thomson reps in Newmarket and get advice, so myself and my partner found the location and hotel etc and booked it there and then paying £300 deposit as we wasn't going for another 8 months, so a day goes by and my partner has a doctors appointment which we found out that we couldn't go on the holiday due the health reason which the rep said we was fine to go, so we booked another appointment with Thomson Newmarket where we found another holiday and started to book but an issue come up where the rep had entered the information in the wrong place at this point myself and partner had been there for 2 hours, the rep who entered the information was new to the business and in my mind was made to feel awkward by Heather who stated she was the Manager, so at the point we just want to book the holiday, but Heather then asks for more money rudely and states we would have lost £200 due to the fact we went into the shop ( Admin Charges, must get a bonus from it) , she was also stating that she wouldn't of entered the information that way she would have done it differently again making it awkward for the new starter, so we then go away and think about our options so we phone up the next day to book the holiday and move over the deposit which again i speak to Heather who was very rude now we find out that the British airways flight deposit has been paid which we looked at the night before and no deposit had been paid, so i state that we see the information last night so then she then rewinds and changes her mind that its not paid, so then we go to book and she states we have lost £200 for charges fees again, this has been one of the worse time on booking a holiday when this should be one of the happiest times something to look forward too, i can say i will never be using Newmarket again i hope TUI understands what i have said and makes some changes or send some of the rude staff for training,

Fantastic experience: I never leave reviews however your sales assistant manager was absolutely outstanding I couldn’t not! she went above and beyond her job role finding my new holiday booked 07.03.19 Heather was brilliant professional and very happy to help and assist. Not only did she book as a fantastic holiday she advised us and guide us to find the perfect place, it was very unbiased genuine advice which was much appreciated . She also helped us select our seats and put in our passport information of which I always find very difficult, such a funny girl and made the process fun and enjoyable! 10/10 yours sincerely Emily.

Negative experience: Very rude and unhelpful staff. Last time I will be booking a holiday through them. If I could cancel it now I would.
