Fantastic experience: We booked a holiday today (25 November 2024) with Maddi at Tui Oxford. We were very happy with the service we received, Maddi was cheerful, polite and efficient. We already knew which holiday we wanted and she led us through all of the options available to us. She got us exactly the holiday we wanted. Excellent very pleased.

Fantastic experience: Tiffany and her Team of Bethanie and Jason are simply amazing. After a few initial email enquiies, Tiffany made us a appointment and made sure we were taken care of, she was involved from the start to the finish, supervising it all and giving us piece of mind. We are booking/booked two holidays. Jason was the adviser we see and he was great so nice and helpfull. Bethanie is also amazing she had already done the hard leg work for us on the big holiday to Florida and Mexico, she spent considerable time on it to get it perfectly tailored for us. Tiffany set it all up for us to come in to the store to discuss both holidays and finalise it, while also she was over seeing it all from the very start for us and always being available to help. While in store Jason found our Rhodes holiday, he was really great at knowing quickly what ticked our boxs. Tiffany also made sure she was in store on the day also which we very much appreciated, we felt very well cared for by her. Our holidays arent the simplest to plan and book criteria wise, but they all did a great job to get it perfect for us, no compramises or quick easy suggestions, led by Tiffany they really do listen to your request and go the extra mile for you to get it perfecrt. Simply now we wont go anywhere else now to book our Holidays each year. This is exactly what we have wanted a team like this to take care of us and get it right. Tiffany and her team are FANTASTIC, great knowledge, so helpfull and do a fantastic job with a personal attention to detail. We highly recommend these guys. Negative experience: I wanted to change some foreign currency - a service TUI supposedly offers. I had to tell the girl three times before she understood me, and then she told me to find the best rate I could online, and they would match it.

Fantastic experience: I had conversation over the phone with Maddi. She was very easy to speak to and matched me with exactly what I wanted. Very polite and patient. Credit to the store.

Fantastic experience: Superb customer service at TUI Oxford (Westgate) - sadly at the last minute my eldest son has been unable to join us on our holiday in 10 days time so we needed to change the passenger name. Chloe from Oxford was outstanding in providing excellent customer care from the first phone call on Wednesday evening to completing the changes today (Friday). Chloe made the whole process stress free - thank you so much Chloe. I would highly recommend booking your holidays through this branch and especially through Chloe.

Fantastic experience: I had been looking at holidays for the last few weeks online and got in touch with the Oxford Tui Store for some guidance as online was overwhelming. Tiffany was so patient at putting together quotes for the 8 holidays we’d narrowed it down to across Cyprus and Tenerife. We requested a few tweaks which she completed efficiently and answered any questions we had. Megan then took me through the booking process over the phone. She was so clear with everything, answered any questions and just overall great service was given. The initial quote to booking process was completed within hours and was unbelievably stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the price, holiday, knowledge and service provided by both Tiffany and Megan. Fantastic experience: Big shout out to Megan in the Tui Oxford office who was quick to address our amendments when our flight was original flight back was cancelled. It was very reassuring and the courtesy call made me feel very important which was a nice personal touch :).

We have some uncertainty around dates, Megan suggested we purchase TUI Flex to give us the option to make a change free of charge if we need to. Fantastic experience: We booked our first family holiday abroad for May 2023. Tiffany was really helpful and pointed us in the right direction to find the perfect family holiday. The destination is perfect and the price was very reasonable for an all inclusive holiday. There was no questions that she wasn’t able to help with. The Tui app was also very useful as we were able to make payment as when it suits us. We are all looking forward to our holiday with tui.
