Negative experience: Disappointed with the visit. The guide read the information from the phone that they were supposed to provide. Little training. I wouldn’t repeat with this company after this experience. I’m sorry because I think we have had bad luck.

Fantastic experience: Nos encanto!

Fantastic experience: I took a tour with them in June and everything went perfectly. Our guide was waiting for us at the agreed time at the meeting point, and for a free tour, the quality of the tour and the explanations was excellent. I have really noticed a difference compared to other tours of this kind in other countries, which tend to be more basic. I can't wait to return to the UK to take another tour in another city with them! Highly recommended :)
